- Kate (8/5): I would stay here again - The property is lovely and very well equipped. Very clean and great location The boiler is on the bedroom which led to disturbed sleep even when turned off. Wet room looks lovely but doesn't drain very well.

- Beaumont (10/5): Horseshoe cottage - Everything. The outside area was lovely. The cottage was perfect for a couple. The furniture,carpet's, equipment were all too notch. The owner David was very helpful in getting the cottage warm and toasty. The bed was so comfy, the bathroom was great. Every where was exceptionally clean.
It was our little haven a perfect home from home.
We would recommend Horseshoe cottage without hesitation. We liked everything about this little gem.

We only stayed for 2 nights and was booked for 3 nights we left a day early due to the issues mentioned

- Bainbridge (10/5): A very pleasant and enjoyable location - Property was very well maintained and situated in a pleasant quiet courtyard,
Also situated within easy reach of surrounding amenities i.e beaches and local interest. The owners were very friendly and easy to contact if required. Wi-Fi and internet access very slow at times.
- Dawn (9/5): Perfect little getaway - It was warm and comfortable. All well resourced...everything you could need in the kitchen was there.
Just a lovely little cottage which was perfect for my visit and had everything I could need. The shower holder needs replacing as it slips down and makes showering difficult...though not impossible!

We took our bikes and it was ideal to cycle to Flamorough light house, to Bridlington as well as Filey. We didnt use the car at all. Bit bigger bed would have een ideal

Waterfall shower was lovely The only negative was the mattress in the bedroom, you could feel the springs in it and you could feel the bed base through it. It wasn’t comfortable.

Grange Farm cottages are so well kept and looked after. The cottage we stayed in was just right for us, super location, and peaceful but handy for Flamborough/ Bridlington/ Bempton Cliffs. A superb stay, I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family for a lovely short stay option.
