• Sinanovic (1/5): Logement de remplacement insalubre et dangereux (saleté, fils électriques à nu, absence de ventilation et de détecteur i - Rien L’appartement initialement réservé a été déclaré indisponible pour des raisons techniques et j’ai été déplacé dans un autre logement qui ne correspondait pas du tout aux standards attendus : sol sale, absence de table pour manger, aucun programme TV, fils électriques à nu dans les armoires, ainsi qu’une absence de ventilation et de détecteur incendie, ce qui pose un réel problème de sécurité. J’ai accepté ce logement uniquement pour une nuit et demandé une meilleure solution pour le lendemain. Mes messages ont été vus par Grega, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse, malgré le fait que nous soyons hors saison et que plusieurs logements semblaient disponibles dans l’immeuble. Ce n’est qu’après avoir contacté Booking que j’ai obtenu une réaction de l’hôte, qui a clairement mal apprécié ma démarche. Très déçu par la communication et la gestion de la situation.

• Emil (8/5): Quick and comfy stay - A nice location on the outskirts of Ljubljana. Very nice room atmosphere. Simple and functional. Clean and tidy interior. The bathroom does not have a window, so it needs a long time to properly ventilate. Possibly some piping needs maintenance, because it smells a bit. But it was clean and functional!

• Marko (10/5): - We had an amazing stay! The apartment is fantastic and everything is still new, spotless, and very cozy. It was warm inside, perfectly equipped with everything you might need, including a cute little kitchen and a great bathroom. One detail we absolutely loved is the heated floor in part of the bathroom – such a lovely touch! Communication with the host was excellent and super clear from the very beginning. The location is perfect if you’re coming by car, and the bus stop is also very close. We reached the center of Ljubljana in about 15 minutes. If you’re not traveling by car, this place might not be absolutely ideal. I’m not completely sure how frequent or convenient the public transport is, so keep that in mind if you rely heavily on buses.

Non fanno fatture con pretesti falsi di mancato pagamento. NON PRENOTATE!!!

• Peter (8/5): Für meinen Arbeitseinsatz genau richtig. - Habe Dusch Handtücher angefordert und auch sofort bekommen. Geschirr Handtücher wären von Vorteil, mindestens zwei Stück. Die große Pfanne war ganz hinten im Schrank versteckt und noch komplett mit Resten vom letzten Mieter voll. Ich konnte die Pfanne noch reinigen, ist aber nicht meine Aufgabe normalerweise.

• Maya (10/5): Beautiful, minimal and quiet stay just outside of Ljubljana centre - Loved this apartment for its size, design, comfort and location. I loved the slanted roof in my room, with a small skylight window above the bed that you can also open. The kitchen had everything and it was a perfect size for a solo traveller or a couple. It also had AC and a TV, it was the perfect last minute stay! I loved this location because it was out of the centre and in a quiet industrial area next to a forest, but if you don't have a car, using the bus can be troublesome as it comes every 30 mins to an hour and might be late. I didn't understand the transport card system and some buses didn't have the option to scan cards, and the only other option is paying with cash only. Be mindful of this when booking.

• Larisa Alina Moldovan (8/5): - Easy check in and out, good communication with the staff, we had a car so was easy to travel around, parking available free in front of the complex, shops 2-3 minutes away by car, Ljubljana 15’ -20’ by car. the apartment is located in warehouses area, walls are thin and you can hear everything from the other apartments, cleaning (especially at the bathroom) could be improved.

• Alessia (9/5): Appartamento moderno, funzionale e strategico: un’ottima scelta per visitare Lubiana - L’appartamento è super moderno, arredato con gusto e con una cucina perfettamente attrezzata. Il lucernario aggiunge quel tocco di charme in più, rendendo l’ambiente ancora più accogliente e luminoso. Tutti gli spazi sono organizzati con intelligenza e ogni dettaglio è pensato per garantire comfort e praticità. Il bagno è piccolo, ma sorprendentemente funzionale. L’unico piccolo limite è la mancanza di una vera finestra o di un balcone dove poter stendere i costumi bagnati… ma è davvero solo un dettaglio, un piccolo sfizio che non toglie nulla alla qualità dell’alloggio. La posizione è strategica: a soli 15 minuti dal centro di Lubiana, perfetta per chi desidera risparmiare qualcosa sull’alloggio senza rinunciare alla vicinanza con il cuore della città, facilmente raggiungibile. L’appartamento si trova all’interno di un complesso indipendente, dove ogni stanza è parte di una casa gestita con estrema cura. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, moderno, ben organizzato e decisamente consigliato. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo che rifarei senza esitazioni.

• Natalia (10/5): - The apartment is very close to Ljubljana. It is located in industrial area, but there are several bars and bakery. It is a good location to travel in Slovenia. The self checkin is used which makes it very comfortable for guests.
• Miha (9/5): - Čistoča, lokacija, mir, udobna postelja. Kuhinjica je imela nerodno postavitev (korito v kotu, takoj poleg njega pa indukcijska plošča), kar precej omeji pomivanje posode. Manjka tudi kaka omarica, saj je ta pod pultom precej natrpana. Nekaj poškodovanega pribora (vilice razpadajo).

• Giusy (7/5): Un luogo strategico che può migliorare - lascio una recensione costruttiva per migliorare sempre più e consolidare i punti di forza di questo appartamento: punti di forza, la casa sì trova in un punto strategico non lontano dal centro di Lubiana così da consentirti di viaggiare nei dintorni comodamente, l'arrivo ed il check in sono facili e funzionali non ci sono chiavi ma solo un codice per il portone e la porta, la casa è piccola ma deliziosa con un comodo letto a fouton adagiato sul parquet, a/c, una doccia comoda e funzionale, una piccola cucina con tutto l'essenziale, il portone e l'interno sono molto accoglienti e moderni ho apprezzato molto. Punti deboli : all'interno della casina non ci sono punti di appoggio, scaffali o piccoli spazi dove poter mettere abiti per poterli togliere dalla valigia, il lavabo in bagno è troppo piccolo, quasi inesistente, persino per lavarsi le mani, per il viso allaghi fino a terra, la biancheria da bagno deve essere bianca e profumata e secondo me potete migliorare, in bagno non si lasciano flaconi di bagnoschiuma già usati, se volete fare contenti i clienti fate trovare piccoli flaconcini sigillati e sarete molto apprezzati per questo, nel letto matrimoniale abbiamo trovato due copripiumino singoli in cotone piegati e basta come se fosse incompleto, ora è estate e non è stato problematico però secondo me dovete fare più attenzione. Basteranno pochi dettagli per migliorare che però faranno la differenza per un' ottima ospitalità. Per il resto il popolo sloveno è fantastico quindi torneremo.

The apartments are located in Trzin Industrial Zone; whist there are beautiful woods nearby, the only view from the skylights is of industrial buildings. It is about 45 minutes by walking and train to Ljubliana Old Town. YOU WILL ALMOST CERTAINLY WANT / NEED A CAR IF YOU STAY HERE. It would have been nice if some basics could have been provided considering the location of the apartment, for example coffee or tea bags and a couple of glasses for cold drinks. If you have a car, a visit to Kamnik old town is worth the drive. The room was very compact, but comfortable and clean. The apartments are located in Trzin Industrial Zone; whist there are beautiful woods nearby, the only view from the skylights is of industrial buildings. It is about 45 minutes by walking and train to Ljubliana Old Town. YOU WILL ALMOST CERTAINLY WANT / NEED A CAR IF YOU STAY HERE. Room air was always cigarette smoke from bring it from another rooms . We noticed to hostess even she doesn’t reply . No interesting to solute . 2. Really the bath is very small and when you make shower all waters goes out 3. The area of Trzin is industrial area and rooms probably build there to service workers . 4. Room hostess asked us to leave taxes 6€ in table before we go from room but how we can leave money if nobody comes there . How we ll be sure who ll care of these money ? Why it was not included in the full payment ? We didn’t had problem to full fill , but to leave money to invisible person we ll never 👎 do this . 5. We booked with same money in another countries and our experience was totally different from this room . Another hostess respect you and try to solute . 6. Mirror in room is not exist 7. Who design this hotel must be more focus about lights , not enough in room 8. There is no place to leave some of your things 9. • Beáta (1/5): Bad - The town basically consists of company premises. I would mostly recommend it for people just passing through. The apartment itself was nicely renovated and modern. However, when we entered, there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room, which we couldn't air out. It made the entire stay feel unclean. It was not comfortable at all. There was also a sewage smell coming from the shower drain, which, according to the host, was due to bad weather. It was a very unpleasant experience — I couldn’t wait to leave the place in the morning. I informed the host about these issues, but we didn’t receive any compensation, only a promised discount for a future booking — though I definitely won’t be staying here again, no matter the price.

The decor is modern and inviting, with a great sense of cleanliness that immediately made us feel comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a restful night after our adventures exploring Ljubljana. The host was fantastic—very responsive and attentive, which made us feel well cared for. They quickly addressed any questions we had, which added a warm, personal touch to our experience. The location is very peaceful, situated on the edge of an industrial area. While the neighborhood is quiet and has easy access to nearby nature trails, it’s important to note that a car is essential for getting around conveniently, especially for trips into Ljubljana or nearby attractions. All in all, this apartment is a solid, comfortable base for visiting Ljubljana and the surrounding area. With a few added details—better kitchen equipment, a bit more soundproofing, this space could truly feel like a home away from home. We’d happily consider staying here again and look forward to seeing how the property continues to improve! While the apartment offers the basics, a few improvements would make it perfect for a longer stay. For example, the kitchenette could be more fully equipped. Essentials like oil, salt, and pepper were missing—luckily, we brought our own. For a more comfortable self-catering experience, additional cutlery, plates, and cooking tools like a larger pan would be beneficial. The apartment’s design is unique, featuring a sloped window that does allow for some natural light, though it’s somewhat limited. The main drawback was the noise from the hallway. The walls are quite thin, so we could clearly hear other guests entering their rooms using PIN codes, which was sometimes disruptive. Some soundproofing could go a long way in making the space feel more private and restful.
