• Alba (9/5): - Emanuele, molto gentile, cortese e disponibile. La struttura pulita è il contesto abitativo signorile, il quartiere tranquillo, posizione ottima, fermata bus davanti il portone e metro a pochissimi passi, ufficio postale a neanche 20 mt, così come bar, tabacchi, ecc Due grandi negozi nelle vicinanze (upim e ovs) supermercati e piccoli market, farmacia nei paraggi.

• Maurizio (7/5): Ottima scelta e proprietario cortese - Posizione vicinissima alla metropolitana, molto parcheggio e posti per mangiare e fare colazione Troppo rumore dalla strada e dal portone, ma il proprietario mi ha riferito che avrebbe trovato un modo per evitare lo sbattere del portone

Particolare da non sottovalutare è l'attenzione del proprietario nel averci lasciato in abbondanza acqua fresca e il necessario per la colazione oltre che a caffe, zucchero, shampoo bagnoschiuma e balsamo.... Un pò rumoroso
• Carlos (5/5): - O acesso ao metro, literalmente a 50 mts do apartamento. Supermecado, confeitaria a 20 mts. O barulho exterior é insuportavél. O apartamento situa-se no rés do chão com ruas muito movimentadas de cada lado do apartamento. O barulho dura até tarde na noite. Impossivél abrir as janelas pois o barulho e o odor do combustivél impesta o apartamento. Não existe talheres suficientes para 3 pessoas poderem tomar 1 simples pequeno almoço quem dirá 1 refeição mais completa. O espaço disponivél para arrumar a roupa é insuficiente

• Oriana (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Appartamento super comodo per la posizione (fermata metropolitana Cornelia), comodo per i comfort. È la prima volta che alloggio in un posto e trovo asciugamani a volontà (di solito le lasciano con il contagocce), abbiamo trovato capsule per il caffè, bottiglie d'acqua, detersivi per la lavatrice, shampoo e balsamo, per capelli ricci e lisci. Garantisco che è una rarità trovare tutto a disposizione. Di fronte c'è il McDonald's e dietro l'angolo un supermercato. Abbiamo trovato anche fette biscottate e marmellate per la colazione. Le istruzioni per il check-in e checkout super esaustive. Forse mancavano istruzioni sulla spazzatura, ma mi è bastato un messaggio per avere tutte le istruzioni. Nulla nulla. Se dovessi tornare a Roma, sicuramente alloggerei qui.
• Patrizia (10/5): Exceptional - Room was super clean and very spacious. The decor was lovely and modern looking. I loved the fact that they had a washing machine. Although the apartment was on street level it was rather quiet. Emanuele the host, was very helpful and welcoming. In the vicinity there are many shops and cafes.
• Klara (10/5): Perfect!!! - Emanuele was amazing, very helpful and ful of understanding. Nothing that we asked was a problem. Place is very pretty, clean, modern and safe. We had a lot of towels and all the acquipment we needed. Also, its really close to all the main attractions because metro and bus station are close. Also, host gave us a lot of welcoming gifts which was very cute and thoughtful. :) Everything was perfect.
• Georgi (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartment, very well equipped with everything you need for a short trip to Rome. Next to the Metro station of the main line A, just 4 stops from the Vatican city. Termini station is on about 20-25 minutes. Nearby you have shops, very good and cheap restaurants, and cafes. My son was very satisfied with the quality of the sofa bed. I was pleasantly surpirsed by the selection and the quantity of coffee. It's a bit noisy from the boulevard side to the building
• Alliecek (10/5): Perfect place to stay! - Great accomodation, we found here everything we needed, even more. :-) The location is perfect - near metro station, bus stop directly from/to the airport. Moreover, Emanuele is a wonderful host, he was always here to help us if needed. Definitely recommend to everyone! A bit noisy from outside but nothing which would be unbearable. ;-)
