• Jonathan (9/5): - The dorm was very clean and had all necessary amenities. The lounge was very spacious and chill. The host was welcoming and clear in communication!
• Stephanie (9/5): It was a fine stay. thank you - Great location. Quiet as I was only one there that one night. Was able to let myself in easily. And check out was not rushed at exact checkout time as no one was there. Shower was good. I would stay again there if I had to and was in the area. Thank you :) Price could have been a bit lower for quality and since check in isn’t til 5p though luckily I came later that day.

• Amélie (7/5): Convenient - The hostel is conveniently located, just 20min away from the base of the Trolltunga trail. The dorm room is spacious and has air-con/heating. The kitchen is quite impractical as it doesn't have a sink, but it is otherwise well equipped – just don't plan anything too complicated. The bathrooms are clean but could definitely use some renovation. The bathrooms are insufficient (only two of them in the entire hostel) and they are quite run-down. The fact that there is no sink in the kitchen is a bummer as it would otherwise be a really great kitchen.
• Archana (5/5): - The people(not staff) who I met here were really nice and helpful. There were not enough facilities in the kitchen. There was no place for drinking water and there was no staff available to contact.
• Miroslava (7/5): Convenient stay for hiking to trolltunga. - We like the good equiped kitchen. It was 20 minutes by car from Trolltunga hike starting point. The bathroom was also clean. We shared the room but there was only one person with us. The building looked very old. It looked a little scary from outside, but it was so much better inside.
• Gibbs (9/5): Fantastic - Right at the bottom for Trolltunga ❤️I was pleasantly surprised to find a kitchen area to use. That I could only spend one night. I would have stayed longer if I didn't already have plans.

• Namita (9/5): I had a very comfortable, peaceful and pleasant stay at this dorm which is in an excellent scenic location for a good pr - Excellent location; very scenic and comfortable. The kitchen doesn’t have a sink with hot water.

• castillo (10/5): Great little home away near Trolltunga - Easy going host. I had booked 2 beds in a mixed dorm with my son and he gave me the female double room which was very nice. It is very relaxed and you can cook and have a dish washer. My pillow was not as comfortable as I would have expected

• Lava (5/5): - Ligger utanför Odda, finns ett dubbelrum och ett stort rum som är en sovsal. Fanns inget dricksvatten i köket och boendet har låg standard. Det är inte dubbelrum man bokar utan sovsal.

• João (2/5): Do not reccomend! It’s the worse hostel I’ve been to - Location is good Kitchen had no sink and we had to do dishes in bathroom sink. The beds we were supposed to sleep still had the bedsheets from the previous guests. Cleaning wasn’t great in general. The water in the shower as very hot and impossible to regulate.
• S1737886 (10/5): Exceptional - Comfy bed and the entire place was well equipped. Excellent location with nice surroundings and convenience to the trolltunga hike.
• Koen (8/5): Very good - Friendly, communicative owner. Accommodation has everything you need if you're not into luxury. It's quite expensive for what you get.

• Seb90 (5/5): The bare minimum for a decent amount - + This place offers a bed in a warm, more or less clean place for a not so high price + Information on how to get into the house was sent via booking app and was clear. + Free parking right in front of the house + Bed was comfortable. + Linen and towels were free of charge + Dorm room with 6 beds was clean - Staff absent, communication via booking app did not work perfectly (which luckily wasn't crucial in my case). - the bathroom was not very clean and also the bin was overly full - there is a second part of the location right next door with a couch and even a small kitchen as well as a second bathroom. That place was pretty messy and there was a weird smell (old smoke?). Definitely not a place I wanted to spend time in. - the front door of the flat couldn't be locked. I was the only guest and it was pretty creepy to sleep in that place all alone with an open door. - there is a rather expensive seeming restaurant in a nearby hotel and a shop (about 10 min on foot). Apart from this you have to drive to Odda to eat something. The kitchen seemed really very basic, so I would plan accordingly.
• Kerstin (7/5): Good - Easy check-in, kitchen and living room as seperate rooms to use. Very close to Trolltunga. Bed sheets and towels are there to use. The dorm is ok, but also dont expect too much. Also the cupboard with the bed sheets/towels was very messy.

• Balaji (10/5): Exceptional - Staff is very helpful and even though we checked in late midnight still it was very comfortable to get in and stay was also very comfortable Nothing much to dislike
• Florence (7/5): Good - Effort from the owner to have furnished a common room, with big sofa, enough tables and chairs. The dormitory was renewed with wooden walls and floor. Confortable beds. One middle size locker box per bed, with key included. Bed linens and towel are included in the price. Good and quick communication with the owner through the booking application chat. Overall not really clean, accumulation of lots of small objects everywhere, you are clearly in the middle of the house if someone else, gives an overall creepy atmosphere. The owner does not show up and the staff is absent.
• Célestine (9/5): Perfect location for hiking to Trolltunga the next day! - Really nice location for hiking to Trolltunga the next day, it’s next to the Tyssedal stop! Not all the bed were booked so we were alone! Nice contact with the personal by email. We could arrived earlier than 5pm so thank you! Be careful, the address on Google Maps in not the right one! Look on your booking :)

• Maksim (8/5): Mostly comfortable stay - It’s very close to the bus stop for the bus that goes to the Trolltunga! It was strange that there was no sink in the kitchen, very unusual.
• Timofejevs (5/5): Passable - Location and the price of dorm is only good things about it. I really didnt like that you dont see or meet the owners of the dorm. Price for the dorm was to high, for that you get i think this dorm should have to ne cheaper.

• Philipp (8/5): Travel back into the 90s! - Shared room in one of the historic labor buildings of the hydro power plant, now a museum. The interior was not changed in the last decades, it seems, and the 1990s flair is charming. The living room is very cozy! The bathrooms smell like old pipe, water tastes a bit strange. Front door was not locked, though I believe it's not seen as a problem in this quiet neighborhood.
• Liubomyr (5/5): The place was acceptable, but not good. - The dorm has everything one might need after a hike in the mountains, or to rest for a night. Just keep your expectations low. I think that for this level of quality the price could be a bit lower. The whole place smells weird, some rooms more than others. Shower and toilets are rather old. The kitchen does not have a sink, which is quite confusing.
• Kim (2/5): Horrible - The wonderfull people I met in the dorm Gps couldn't find the place. The place was dirty and smelly Overbooked. One guy had to sleep on a coach. Never met the owner or staff. Kitchen has no sink. Shower was cold
• Stef (7/5): Prima voor de prijs - the location of the accommodation is great if you want to walk the trolltunga hike. unfortunately there are no nice restaurants in the area where you can go. however, if you have a car you can easily get to Odda for a bite to eat. the accommodation seems a bit old and dilapidated and the beds could be vacuumed more often, but the space is fine to stay in for one or two nights.
• Paul (3/5): No reception no service - There was nobody to check in at 5pm. I waited 3 hours at the door. Till another guest let me in. Kitchen has no sink. So you can do the dirty dishes at the bathroom. But this is not convenient!

Comfortable bed Property looks old and badly maintained. Grass around the property not cut. Kitchen badly equipped. Stale Smell in the property
