• alonso (2/5): Es pésimo el apartamento - La ubicación Estaba muy sucio, desastroso y tenía chinches en las sábanas, es una vergüenza que se alquile este tipo de apartamentos en el estado en el que estaba. Nada más llegar estaban de reforma con lo que no pudimos entrar hasta por la tarde. La limpieza era pésima y todo estaba roto. Lo único bueno era la calefacción y la ubicación. No lo recomiendo ni gratis.
• Van Biljon (1/5): I recently stayed at Brixton Apartment (Flat 2, 27 Hayter Road, SW2 5AR) after booking through Booking.com, and the expe - There was nothing to like about this property. Run down, poor condition, unfit for purpose, misrepresented as the pictures of the property provided on Booking.com did not actually represent that of reality. The property management team. Have ducked and dived from taking responsibility and accountability for the poor condition of the property, they don’t communicate with their customers or respond to phone calls or messages. Don’t fall victim to this property like I have.

• jonathan (1/5): Apartamento Pésimo - La ubicación Apartamento en condiciones lamentables, todo roto, muy dejado, muebles apunto de caerse, Humedad en la ducha, en la cocina... Agujeros en las paredes del comedor, baño y cocina. Cortinas rotas e incluso algunas sin cortinas. Lámparas sin bombillas. Mando de la televisión sin funcionar ( avisando 3 veces y nada), falta cubiertos para 6 personas ( no hay ni cucharillas de café). Sofá y cojines con las fundas muy sucias. Para lo que cobran ya podían tenerlo un poco decente! El peor apartamento que he visitado!!!

• noura (1/5): Apparemment à éviter - L'emplacement de l'appartement, plusieurs bus à proximité et le métro à 13 minutes environ. *À l'arrivée, nous avons eu du mal à accéder à l'appartement, les clés laissées dans la boîte n'était pas les bonnes, trop d'attente pour finalement la femme de ménage nous ouvre la porte et nous préviens qu'elle ne peut pas nous laisser entrer car elle a du retard sur le ménage et nous propose d'aller faire un tour et revenir. *Punaise de lit. *pas d'eau chaude et la cuisine est dans un état catastrophique, fuite d'eau, canapé très sale. Bref une grosse déception.
• Sciberras (5/5): Sympathique mais mérites quelques rafraîchissement (joints salle de bain) - L’emplacement et le charme de l’ancien. La literie était bonne. Les propriétaires étaient très sympathique lors de nos échanges La moisissure dans la salle bain et les fuites d’eau entre la salle de bain et la cuisine en dessous. Les stores abîmés ne permettaient pas d’être dans le noir pour dormir.

• Mary Robin (1/5): The second worst I have ever stayed at - Bed bugs and black mould .It was listed as a 2bedroom but when the fridge,three bunk beds and a hideabed and a dining room table are in the same room is it a bedroom?No heat,intermittent hot water,a washing machine in the kitchen,a dryer in the bedroom.I need more room.
• Laurencelines (3/5): - Safe location, convenient transport links, bed was comfortable No keys available at check in, 20 minutes before we could get access, communication was poor, messages were ignored. Tumble dryer in bedroom with water puddles on the bedroom floor. No battery in the TV remote, no lightbulb in bedside light. Washing machine still in use when we arrived. Mold in bathroom and kitchen no plugs in sinks settee is old and badly stained no curtains broken blinds. Kitchen cupboard doors not secure and mouldy, Layout of living room not conducive to relaxing. Fridge dining table and bunk beds in living area.

• Henrik (7/5): Ok værdi for pengene. Vi havde en fin ferie, selv om lejlighedenvar slidt. - God beliggenhed og fin indretning. Jeg synes prisen var god. Flere ting var slidte/gået i stykker. Men det lykkedes os stadig at have en god ferie.
• saeed (4/5): - Ik ben teleurgesteld. Er was geen warm water,vind ik het niet netjes,kapotte keukenkastjes.Raamjalozieen waren ook kapot. Ik vind het ook beetjes vies.
• Gros Jacques (5/5): ‘Piuttosto che niente, è meglio piuttosto.’ - Costa relativamente poco, staff cordiale e disponibile. Ampia disponibilità dí asciugamani e lenzuola. Vicino alla metro e alla fermata dell’autobus. Presenza di un supermercato a 10/15 minuti a piedi. La temperatura dell’acqua MOLTO difficile da regolare per la doccia; Le finestre non sono oscurate, ho dovuto coprirle con delle lenzuola per evitare di svegliarmi col sole la mattina presto; Le serrature delle porte d’ingresso sono macchinose da aprire; La finestra della cucina è rotta.

• Fiona (3/5): Good location, poor condition of property - Good Location Broken cupboards and cabinets, chips in walls, fridge in sitting/bed room so couldn't shut the door, broken blinds, cracked surfaces and bath, squeaky bed, no hot water, stains on sofa, very cramped.

• Jane (10/5): Perfect location for Brixton Academy - Excellent communication and easy to find and get in. The place was clean and tidy and very good value. It was perfect for a quick overnight to Brixton Academy - 10 mins walk from tube. Nothing - we were very comfortable there.

• Nigel (3/5): Poor communication from hosts. Flat a bit run down - Location The communication from the hosts was very poor. They ignored my messages and text in days leading up to my stay - had to call booking.com help line 3 times - including when outside the flat. When did get combination fir key box there were no keys - turns out cleaner was still cleaning flat at our agreed arrival time - but door bell didn’t work so she could hear us ringing.
