• Chiara (9/5): Perfetto! - Appartamento accogliente, pulito e ben attrezzato. Posizione ottima, si collegata con la stazione campo di Marte ma conviene muoversi a piedi. In meno di 15 minuti abbiamo raggiunto il Duomo e successivamente Piazza della signoria. Niente

• NIKOLAOS (10/5): Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα / πολυ καλη σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής - Το σπίτι πολυ καλό και πολυ καθαρό. Η εξυπηρέτηση απο την οικοδέσποινα ηταν αψογη. Ο εξοπλισμός πλήρης. Η τοποθεσία του ακίνητου σε ήσυχη γειτονιά κοντα σε μεσα δημόσιας συγκοινωνίας. 10 λεπτά max περπατημα απο το ιστορικο κεντρο της πόλης. Πολύ χρήσιμη η εφαρμογή για την είσοδο στο ακίνητο (δυνατότητα ηλεκτρονικού ξεκλειδωματος των εισόδων του ακινήτου) με πολλές και χρήσιμες πληροφορίες, συμβουλές και προτάσεις για την πόλη.

• Ana Belén (9/5): - Limpieza del apartamento y tamaño. Falta una persiana en la ventana de encima de la cocina, para que no entre tanta luz y estante en la ducha.
• Stéphanie (8/5): Appartement agréable et fonctionnel - Très bonne communication en amont. Appartement très bien équipé, refait à neuf et qui correspond parfaitement aux photos. Literie de la chambre grand et très confortable. Climatisation très bien venue en cette saison. A 15 minutes du centre à pied (et sans marcher vite) Supermarchés, bars et restaurants à proximité Résidence calme. Seul petit bémol: la fenêtre de la cuisine non équipée de volets (la seule) laisse passer la lumière et réveille ceux qui dorment dans le salon sur le canapé. Un store vénitien pourrait réduire la luminosité. Les bruits de circulation venant de l'avenue y sont aussi plus élevés que dans la chambre.
• Marko Novakovic (10/5): - The Alfieri apartment is beautiful. Spacious enough for a family with 3 children. Includes absolutely everything you need. It is a great value for money. Location also very nice at the edge of Centro storico. Distance to Piazza del Duomo is 1,2 km (15 min walk), at the same time you can have your car parked very close in the nearby streets (outside ZTL zone). There is also a park close by. Our host Giulio was very kind and helpful. Few minor things that cannot overshadow all the good things.
• Gil (9/5): Estadia excelente em Florença - Apartamento perfeito. Como novo. Muito bem equipado e cuidado. Inclui todas as comodidades necessárias. Comunicação com o anfitrião muito fácil. Internet muito rápida. Podia ser um pouco mais próximo do centro, mas se não tiver handicaps faz-se bem caminhando. Os hóspedes que dormem na sala/cozinha no sofá cama não têm cortinas o bloqueio da luz da rua e pode ser chato se quiser dormir um pouco mais de manhã. Tirando isto, este apartamento é mesmo mesmo perfeito.
• Harleen (9/5): Lovely stay in Florence in a lovely clean apartment - We loved the style of this apartment. It was fresh and clean and layed out perfectly. The washing machine and iron was a useful addition. The communication from the host was spot on and they provided us with all the relevant information and was quick to reply whenever we had a question. I would definitely return to this apartment when I am next in Florence. The property isn’t super central but only a short 15 minute walk to the centre of Florence. The apartment door is tricky to open but once you get the hang of it you will be fine.
