Guest Reviews
- Narinsiree (8/5): Enjoy the stay. Natural light to the bathroom. - Welcoming like a family Close to the port.
- Tiana (6/5): We had a good stay but we wouldn’t come back - The situation is perfect, next to the port, few minutes from the beach and not too far from the boat excursions.
The owner is really nice and welcoming The photos were a bit misleading.
It’s more a guest house like than an hotel, comfort is ok but not great, the bathroom is barely clean (worms appear every single nights, we had to ask for another toilet paper…).
The announce specified a breakfast which is not actually the case since the unfortunate typhoon last November but never mentioned since then (almost 4 months later)

- James (10/5): An outstanding stay with amazing service, a perfect location, and a beautifully designed room that made everything easy - One of the best places I’ve stayed.
From the moment I arrived, the owner and staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. They were always available to help, offered great local advice, and made the whole experience feel personal and stress free.
The accommodation itself is excellent. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and designed with a lot of attention to detail. Everything you need is already there. The outdoor area is relaxing, the bed is great, and the whole place has a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
The location couldn’t be better. It’s only a few minutes from the port, close to great bars and restaurants, and still quiet enough to unwind at the end of the day.
Overall, amazing customer service, beautiful accommodation, and a perfect base for exploring the island. I will 100 percent be coming back and genuinely can’t recommend this place enough. Nothing. Everything was great.

- Benjamin (7/5): I'm amazed!! Great - Breakfast is just right, no conplaint!! Ms Marrieta i the host is great. Very accommodating!! Their is minor water leak in the toilet.
- Víctor (10/5): Especial - El alojamiento muy bien para estar unos dias en Bantayan! Y Marieta es la mejor 10/10
- Gazzer (8/5): Enjoyable stay in a boutique hotel environment! - The owner and her staff were very very supportive during the entire stay. Breakfast was delicious every day, with variety. The room appointments were first class, much like a boutique hotel would offer. The main concerns involved the distance from the beach and the construction noise. We had a car, so walking to the beach wasn't required, but it was desirable. The resort is very much still under construction, with a restaurant and other expansion still ongoing. So the desire for a majority of time being quiet was not possible. This should resolve itself, as the renovations are completed.
- Barış (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mariano (2/5): For those who like to be near the shore, i wouldn’t recommend this place. The management is not ready for many customers - The silence at night during sleep time and the cleanliness. A walk to the beach takes 15 to 20 mins. and of course you’ll feel the heat walking. You’ll need to pay some entrance or rent a chair by the shore.
- Troy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nouche (8/5): Very good -
- Heidi (6/5): Pleasant - Very aesthetically pleasing room!! Friendly staff, good breakfast. Ants on floor always. Rat crawled on head while sleeping !!!
- Joaquin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alexandru (3/5): Poor -
- Maria (10/5): Hayyahayya Villa - What you see is what you get. If you are looking for a place to stay on Bantayan Island, Cebu, you might consider this amazing place, HayyaHayya Villas. The owner is very responsive, the design of the room is very unusual. It's a very nice vibe for me. It's cute. It is near to Sta. Fe Port and to different tourist spots there. The villa manager is so accommodating. They treat us like family. We'll definitely be back again. Thank you 🥰
