• ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΟΣ (10/5): Ξεκινώντας απ την κυρία Χριστίνα ήταν πάντα ‘παρόν ‘μέσω μνμ σε περίπτωση που θα χρειαστούμε βοήθεια παρ όλο που ήταν όλ - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ άνετο ,μοντέρνο κ σε άριστη κατάσταση με σκεύη κουζίνας κ πλυντήριο πιάτων!! Δεν ήταν κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε..ήταν όλα πολύ ωραία!!

Responsive host It was supposed to have parking as per the description, however there was only free parking on the street (which was easy to find, still not what I expected). • Emilie (10/5): - Accueil hyper sympathique de Christina. Elle nous a donné les bons plans autour de l'appartement et nous n'avons jamais été déçu. Elle nous a également bien gâté avec des petites surprises pour chacun. L'appartement était vraiment beau avec les terrasses qui donnent sur les piscines c'est la déconnexion assurée. La plage est à moins de 2km et Nauplie est tout proche aussi. On est restés 7 nuits et on reviendrait ici sans hésiter. Nous aimons cuisiner et pour 5 il manquait peut être un peu d'ustensiles de cuisine tels que: une planche à découper et 1 ou 2 casseroles mais cela n'a en rien gâché notre voyage. On a profité des restaurants aussi 😁

• MJR (9/5): - What I liked the most was that we had a swimming pool, which was much appreciated during those hot days. Also, we were the only ones there, so it was even better. The host was super nice, she even gave us a list of recommended places to go. During our stay, there was a problem with the running water, but our host fixed that really quickly.

Piscina pulita e con lettini e teli mare a disposizione. Aria condizionata. Provvista di generi di prima necessità, come cialde caffè, zucchero, tisane. Gestore gentile e disponibile. Non è provvista di parcheggio e abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare a 150 metri dalla casa. Siamo andati a fine settembre e per noi non è stato un grosso sacrificio. In alta stagione potrebbe essere problematico..

• shani (10/5): מקום מדהים, חלומי, מתאים למשפחות ולכל מי שחולם על חופשה מפנקת. - מקום מקסים, מפנק, נקי, מאובזר - הכל חדש ומתקדם, שווה ביותר. הבריכה מפנקת, הוילה מרווחת, המיטות נוחות, שקט. פינוק אמיתי. אני חושבת שאפשר היה להפריד בצורה טובה יותר בין הוילה לשאר היחידות כדי ליצור טיפה יותר אינטימיות. קצת קשה להיכנס לחנייה עם רכב גדול, הרחוב טיפה צפוף.

• Elisabetta (10/5): Soggiorno fantastico tra storia e mare - La casa è una costruzione recente in mattoni, molto bella con area esterna con comoda piscina, piccolina ma ben tenuta e molto comoda al rientro dalle escursioni. Possibilità di barbeque ben accessoriato, abbiamo trovato disponibile carbone, diabolica e griglie. L’ appartamento al primo piano era fantastico, perfettamente tenuto e dotato di ogni necessità. La proprietaria, gentilissima e sempre raggiungibile, all’arrivo ci ha fatto trovare acqua e marmellata fatta in casa. Soggiorno veramente fantastico! Unico neo, ma che non dipende dalla struttura, l’acqua non è potabile quindi occorre fare scorta di bottiglie.

Accolti e salutati con grandissima gentilezza. - Gestori e staff molto carini e premurosi, l'appartamento è molto grande come da foto e dotato di tutto il necessario. E' disponibile anche una piscina (per la quale vengono forniti anche gli asciugamani ad hoc) e una zona barbecue, entrambe condivise con altre 2 unità. Si trova un po' fuori da Nafplio, ma a 5 min. di macchina dal mare (spiaggia di Tolo) molto carina ed attrezzata.

La posizione è ideale: a soli 10 minuti di auto da Nauplia e a circa 2 km da Tolo, il che permette di visitare facilmente entrambe le località. Gli spazi sono confortevoli e l’atmosfera accogliente. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, che consiglierei.

• Zvi (10/5): Exceptional - Highly recommended! A luxurious complex, well-equipped, with excellent service from Christina. This complex includes two sub-complexes, the first has a 3-story villa, with a bedroom And bathrooms-shower on each floor, a large and equipped kitchen, and a living room. Outside there is a seating area, pool, grass and parking. In the second complex there is a 3-story building, each floor a separate apartment. We were on the top floor, where there are 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets-shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. The building has an additional pool, and a large barbecue area including a seating area. The water flow in the shower is good, but not perfect.

• Sneža (7/5): Good - The apartment is spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Communication with Christina was good. The yard is spacious. The kitchen is super equipped. The double bed is huge. WiFi is very weak. So weak that not even an email will go through. We found a couple of large cockroaches in the yard. The apartment is in the basement and there is not much natural light. I think it was actually intended to be a basement. The first night we had a flood in the bathroom and kitchen and I collected water for two hours. Later, one of the owners appeared and transferred us to a smaller apartment, where we stayed for two days and had only one bedroom. My husband slept on the sofa, which is very uncomfortable to sleep on. As a sign of apology, she gave us a 100e voucher for dinner and an afternoon at the pool (which is otherwise only used by guests of the villa, not the apartment). The other small room in the apartment has no window at all, that is, it has one, but it faces the wall and has no air conditioning, only a fan. Every time you turn on the water in the kitchen or bathroom, the water pump is heard. There was also a problem with parking because they don't have one. Honestly, I expected much more from this accommodation. The bass kind of spoiled our vacation...

• Anne (10/5): A beautiful spot to rest, recharge and explore the local area. A gem of a place. Book it! - The villa was amazing. So spacious, modern and clean. The shutters blocked out all of the light so we had the most restful sleep after a long journey. Even the kids slept in. The outdoor garden space was delightful. The apartment was cool, quiet and relaxing and the ideal spot to stay just outside of Nafplio. If you are travelling with friends or family I can highly recommend this spot. We would 100% return here. The best accomodation we stayed in while travelling around mainland Greece and visiting Nafplio. The host Christina was fantastic and helped us with recommendations. Nothing! It was all incredible.

• Richard (9/5): Modern basement apartment close to beach and short drive from Nafplio - It’s very new and modern and the basement apartment stays cool easily. It’s a 5 minute drive to the wonderful beach. The garden offers a nice terrace and space to relax. Parking is available but you need to be creative in fitting it in. Although the basement apartment is not explicitly advertised with a pool, the general page shows pictures of a pool which led us to believe we could use that - for us that was a factor to book this accommodation. However, only if you rent the villa you have access to the pool. Luckily the wonderful beach is nearby though (5 min drive). Having said that the apartment is very comfortable and pleasant and Christina is a wonderful host.

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning is greate. the surroundings is very quiet. The yard is very big so the kids can play outside. The owner is very nice and helping. The beach in tolo is gorgeous, well organized and the food is very tasty and all kinds. There is a grocery shop too. Nafpilio is 10 minutes drive , beautiful city to travel to and explore. We will surely come again Nothing
