- Fikile (1/5): I found myself changing the sheets myself at 23:30 just before midnight, I hated my stay. - Only the location The sheets were not changed during my stay and they had stains and looked like they didn’t even bother to change the previous guests sheets on check out.

Enlish was probably the staff's 5th language. No milk for morning coffee. No water in fridge. Fridge off......House keeping p..s poor. Roof lights not working. No light in bathroom.

The location is quiet and chilled. The food was so nice!! breakfast and dinner! Maybe install the aircons instead of a ceiling fan?

- Lesego (4/5): Horrible - Cleanliness That bed was so hard uncomfortable and pillows, my husband and I woke up with body pains and stiff necks. No teaspoons provided for stirring, no earbuds, cotton buds not refilled, the facility still uses a fan “my goodness”, hand-soap was empty not refilled, small size shampoo, one tissue roll, one body wash and lotion… I mean it is me and my husband(adults) Not even a Tennis biscuit 😭to have with tea. The bedding was incomplete no comforter on top, we had to use a sheet only to sleep. A alarm from outside woke us up, noise from the main house (microwave, conversations). Unfriendly staff and a lady peeping at us from the bathroom window from the main house and she was half naked. Ohhh No WIFI!! Listen I didn’t like that place at all, especially that hard bed with hard uncomfortable pillows.

- John (6/5): Clean and tidy room, comfortable bed, but too small for our needs and no space for our luggage. - The King size bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean. We had access to DSTV, which was great. We also had WIFI, which was great. We had under cover parking and the property was secure, so we felt safe. The property is in a nice quiet suburb in Middelburg. The room was serviced daily and neat. The staff were very friendly. The pillows were way to hard to sleep on. The shower screen door was missing, so the entire bathroom floor got wet when we showered. We had to ask for an additional towel (the room only had one bath towel when we arrived), and we were 2 people. We also only had one glass, one bowl and one plate in the room. The kettle had to be put on the floor when we wanted to boil water, because the power cable did not reach where it stood on top of the fridge. The room was very small (too small for all our luggage). We did not have any tables to put the luggage on, so we had to put it on the floor in the bathroom. When I asked to borrow an iron, I had to iron on my suitcase on the floor, because the iron power cable also could not reach if I wanted to iron on the bed.

- Armand (7/5): All in all, a good option when in Middleburg for a weekend. Great ,when running the Loskop Marathon - Upon arrival the staff greated us we sat foot out the car and offered to help with our luggage. The check in process was seamless . We were handed the Key straight away and shown to our room. The room itself was very neat and clean, and had a small fridge, kettle and even plates. The bathroom area was also very nice and clean . The staff were also really helpful with recommendations on nearby Restaurants as we felt the need for pasta that evening. We left very early in the early hours of the morning and the staff had no problem opening the main gate for us. A few areas where they can improve. The rooms are situated very close to one another and therfor the noise level can be bothersome or when the other rooms occupants make use of the bathroom , it can be heard. Suggestion- put up a sign for noise levels after a certain time in the evening. There were no forks and knives to go with the plates in the rooms. (We may hqve just not seen it) , but luckily we had takeaway cuttlery to eat our food with. There was also no wifi password written down somewhere, and this was inconvenient to call the staff in the evening to get the password. The last thing was that there was no double point adaptors. We had to call the staff to bring us one, so that we could charge our appliances.
