- Nene (1/5): - I made a booking with this company and was told afterwards that they had no space available. Despite this, my payment was still taken.
What bothered me most was:
I was not informed about the availability issue before payment was processed.
There was no clear solution offered after they told me there was no space.
I am still waiting for a refund / had to chase them multiple times about my refund.
This experience has left me feeling misled and inconvenienced. At the very least, I expected accurate information about availability and prompt handling of my payment and refund.
I would advise others to be cautious and to double-check availability and refund policies before booking

- Dulcee (1/5): Bad - After receiving the booking confirmation from Booking.com, we contacted the host to confirm the booking and informed him that we would call him when we arrive at Cape Town. He acknowledged our booking and indicated that he will await our call. On arrival at Cape Town, we called him and he did not respond. He was nowhere to be found when we tried to contact him. We tried several times as we were not familiar with the area but our attempts were futile as he did not respond to or return our calls. We then decided to drive to the place as it was getting late. We ended up in a very busy, noisy and crowded area and tried again to call the owner because we couldn't locate the place. Our calls went unanswered again. To this day, we have never heard from him. The saddest part is that we were shabbily treated despite having booked on time and paid for this accommodation in full. We ended up looking for an alternative accommodation and did not end up using his facility. In this regard, we would appreciate it if we could be reimbursed in full as we did not use the accommodation that we paid for. We were greatly inconvenienced because we had to search very late for an alternative accommodation (for which we had to pay for). It was a highly depressing experience for the family.

- Michaels (1/5): Total scam !! - I did not like anything The photos shown are not the same as what I received. I was told that they gave my room to someone else by mistake when i tries adressing the issue. The bed smelled like drool and there were still eyelashes on the bed. Floors were dirty and bathroom is not as shown as in picture. There is no fridge or any of the facilities listed, just a bed and a barhroom. Don't pay for this place, it is a scam and look like a drug house operation apartment. Worst experience ever

Appliances need to be improved like Electric sockets against the hardboard wall were loose and exposed to danger. We struggled to connect the plugs and also the fan was working on and off and switched off by itself. Also you must update Booking com because things you listed on Booking com were not there in our room.

Everything, it was dirty, the shower was not working well, the bar fridge was also not working, the towels were brown in colour instead of white, the blankets were not warm. Just book at your own risk
- Mlenzana (1/5): Horrible - Nothing 1st of all the building is in a doggy street,u would swear they running that business for prostitutes.As we were sitting in the reception waiting to get a room,a lady came and told us that if it happens and rain we must put a mat next to the window.The room was so dirty the bedding was horrible also had cigarette burns.There was no way in hell we would have spent a night there.I dont wanna start with the bathroom the towel was originally white but now its brown with a lot of yellow stains.We stood there for about an hour trying to look for another place to sleep.We left the guy at the reception had the audacity to ask us to give them a good review didn't even care that we just lost our money 🤔.Those pictures are there to deceive people 🤞

- Odette (7/5): My stay was good. It felt like a home away from home Reception staff are friendly and very helpful. - Location is perfect as there are shops and restaurants close by. Staff is very friendly and polite. The only problem I encountered is the cockroach infestation. Nothing that a fumigation can't fix. The other problem is the cleaning staff sometimes do not come to clean your room and you have to personally request them to clean and even if they do, you will find the cockroaches you killed, still lying around after they cleaned. Reception staff on the other hand are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Overall, it is good value for money. As stated above, the cleaning ladies could do better. There should be stricter cleaning criteria. Rooms should be inspected, kind of like spot checks, after daily cleaning has been done.

- Michaels (1/5): Bad - I ended up at another guesthouse instead. So I didnt sleep there. When I arrived here the AREA and location first of all scared me so I left and went to another guesthouse. It looks very dodge. I paid upfront because I trust business people to give quality for money. But this was really bad. I need a full refund.
Please include the honest location so people won't end up in dodgy locations.
- Mbutho (2/5): Not good. - They gave us a different room than the one we booked, a room that didn't even have a table to put things on. TV didn't work. When I asked about my room they said they gave it to someone else, and that confused me. Sheets had cigarettes burn holes.
