• Mary (10/5): - Lovely expansive property. Excellent location Nothing!
• Miriam (9/5): Very comfortable, clean and spacious but more appropriate lighting is needed on the stairs. - The accommodation was very comfortable, spacious and clean. We had a lot of room and privacy for 3 adults and a teenager. The pack of Tim Tams in the fridge was a nice touch and appreciated for supper. There were a lot of basics provided and this made the stay more convenient. There was no lighting on the stairs, which made it very difficult and a real hazard in carrying our luggage up in the dark. Our family are aged and I would be careful in choosing accommodation with stairs again, especially arriving in the dark. We were told that a business underneath forgot to leave the lights on! Sensor lighting that can not be turned off would be a good addition to this property.
• Ryan (10/5): - The air conditioner return vent may need a clean as it sounded a bit noisy, but might be just the way it is.
• Edward (10/5): A must to stay - The owner was the most considerate, kind person. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She went out of here eat to make our stay wonderful. Couldn’t recommend it more.

• Megan (9/5): Clean and spacious apartment in a great location. - The property is in a great location and big enough for a family to stay. The unit was clean and the hosts attentive - even during a busy Christmas period.

• Megan (10/5): Fantastic and will stay again - The room or mini house was perfect Everything was great but it was raining and the stairs got wet and it was slippery and no night light down the stairs so please be very careful… had a few near misses going up and down …. It the room itself was incredible … this is just a safety hazard

• Robyn (4/5): not worth the money . cold & basic . there was 5 of us & only 2 coffee pods . replace the beds .... - location was up stairs & we had 2 elderly people with us . with luggage that made it very difficult to get to . there was no lights on the outside stairs when we arrived & it had been raining . Slippery with wooden stairs ... recipe for disaster
• Alice (4/5): Ok. Could have been better. - Tidy and neat apartment with everything you might need. Loved that it had a box of kid toys to keep the little one entertained during our stay. The carpets and bedside tables were dirty. There was a glitch with the hot water system and we were left without hot water half way through day 2 of our stay - contacted the property and they said they would be out to fix it first thing in the morning and they never showed and never said anything more to us about it.
• Garry (10/5): We enjoyed our stay in Narrabri as we were celebrating a wedding Anniversary & touring around - The size of the unit for our group , Close to the shopping part of town , Walking distance to most pubs & clubs , View from Deck towards the river , Had a good size Kitchen , Lounge room with Comfy Chairs Air con was great ' Air Con was a bit Noisy & Dinning room chairs were a bit wobbly & could do with some repairs , A gate on the Deck would help for people with children , Light over the Steps for night time use , for larger groups a Few more Towel racks in Bath room

The property is very well maintained and organised. All amenities are at walking distance from the property. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again.

Grace was a pleasure to deal with offering to provide additional equipment I enquired about. As two couples we found the apartment was spacious giving us plenty of room to relax in the family area whilst the layout of the other rooms gave us privacy. Two bedrooms were internal rooms which was a concern for my husband.

• Shane (10/5): Wonderful modern and highly appointed apartment which is centrally located. Highly recommend - Excellent very large modern 3 bedroom apartment in a central downtown location. All of the beds and linen/towels etc were of exceptional quality. The host Grace was very easy to deal with and responsive concerning the key collection arrangements. The undercover parking was a nice plus, as was the welcome extra's. Much nicer than staying in a motel. Highly recommend. The exhaust fan in the ensuite bathroom may need replacing soon, as it is a bit noisy when in use. Not a big issue, just proactive feedback.

• Maree (9/5): Huge very comfortable unit, close to everything. Great place to stay. - Great unit, close it everything you'll need. Very comfortable and spacious unit. Picture reflect unit Grace was at unit when we got there she showed us around, lovely lady. Upstairs unit with patio to watch sunset. Do yourself a favour and stay if you are in Narrabri. We will be back. Small want - somewhere to put suitcase on in room for overnight stay. Bag rack.
• Corey (10/5): Top knotch unit - Loved our stay here! The unit is massive, and i mean massive! We had 4 people stay, it can accommodate 6 people no problem at all & there's heaps of room in the lounge room, dining & verandah area (which overlooks the park) Kitchen is fully equipped, it has all the utensils you need to cook up a storm, and a dishwasher to clean up after it. Good sized fridge/freezer, ample cupboard storage, and a coffee pod machine/frother that makes killer coffee's!!! The 3 bedroom's are a great size, especially the master bedroom (with ensuite) & a 2nd bathroom which also has a washing machine & dryer. And, our stay being in January.. The ducted air conditioning kept us nice & cool throughout the unit! Thanks once again Grace, we'll be back to stay in the future :)
