• Diana (10/5): - Квартира в прекрасном месте и прекрасным видом. Большой телевизор, просторная. Джакузи греется около 4 часов,к этому надо быть готовым. Сама квартира вроде как ,,не хватает,, женской руки для идеального порядка. Очень отзывчивый хозяин . Чистота не идеальна,шкафы нам не были доступны,все было занято или закрыто. Диваны в зале не совсем удобные,т к квартира большая и нас было 4 человека,места для релакса на диванах не хватало
• Edyta (10/5): Przewyższył moje oczekiwania - Rewelacyjny apartament. Jacuzzi z widokiem na morze i promenadę - WOW! Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona, zestaw powitalny- bardzo miły akcent. Pokoje czyste, wygodne materace. Właściciel cudowny człowiek- nie tylko oprowadził po obiekcie, ale również polecił najlepsze supermarkety, atrakcje, restauracje, itp. Jeśli wrócimy na Cypr to na 100% tam. Polecam!
• Ilona (10/5): - Fantastyczne mieszkanie, którego widoki zachwycają już po wyjściu z windy. Największe jego atuty to lokalizacja, przestronność i widoki z każdego pomieszczenia. Apartament ma wszystko co potrzeba, właściciel jest bardzo pomocny. Zdecydowanie warto zatrzymać się w nim.

• keith (9/5): - Very clean and comfortable and met by a very friendly and helpful host. Property has great sea views and beachfront is just a few minutes walk, together with many cafes and bars. Excellent Italian restaurant is effectively under the apartment. Airport is under 10 miles away with direct door to door public buses or at time of writing around €20 taxi fare. There’s a taxi office about 200m from apartment if needed. Highly recommend

• Samantha (10/5): - Beautiful bright flat, high ceilings, active views of the square and marina, with sailboats and tourboats coming and going, 180-degree views of the Med from the huge terrace with hot tub. Fantastic host who met us at the building lobby and acquainted us with the premises. Lots of sofa seating and a huge TV. A well-equipped kitchen with cooking condiments, cookware and utensils, and a Nespresso coffee machine with pods, along with some welcome snacks and wine. Glass dining table with comfy chairs if need table to double as a workspace. Wifi was good. Bedrooms - Comfy beds, some closet space, and room darkening curtains in the 2 bedrooms. City views to mountains beyond. Bathroom a good size with large vanity top - room to put cosmetic bags. Shampoo and shower gel provided. Hairdryer also. Perfect for a family. Washing machine and drying rack, coat rack in foyer. Beach is close by also. Loved it all! And our amazing host.

• Boby (10/5): Din înălțimile zeitei Afrodita - Locația aproape de plaja Finikoudes si de toate obiectivele din oraș. Wiew superb de la etajul 8 , zona spa de relaxare după o zi plina pe insula . Proprietarul a făcut totul pentru a ne simti bine -- ne-a oferit un loc gratuit de parcare in parcarea subterana a imobilului, a utilat apartamentul cu tot ceea ce este omenește posibil , ne-a oferit recomandări de restaurante, etc. Nu este cazul.

• Mira (10/5): Très beau séjour. - Super bel appartement. Bien équipé et proche de la plage et du centre ville de Larnaca. Le gérant est très gentil et nous a bien accueilli et conseillé sur des activités qu’on pouvait faire avec les enfants. Ma famille et moi gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et nous y reviendrons avec plaisirs. N/A tout était bien.

• zdenkó (10/5): - Everything was great, and the host was very kind. What I liked was the view, the hot tub, and the huge terrace. It's a 5-minute walk to the Finikloudes Promenade. For those traveling by bus, the bus stop is right in front of the place, which is convenient if you're coming from or going to the airport.
• Jean-François (10/5): Absolument Fabuleux ! - Notre hôte est passé à l'appartement à notre arrivée pour des explications, il a pris soin de nous laisser du café, des bouteilles d'eau et des sodas et même une bouteille de vin blanc bien frais ! l'appartement est fabuleux avec une vue à couper le souffle, il s'y trouve des adaptateurs pour les prises 220V. C'est spacieux et confortable, la terrasse est bien équipée avec un jacuzzi en fonctionnement, vous pourrez faire vos repas grace à la vaisselle sur place, vous avez même la machine à laver ! l'expresso delonghi est café en grains de qualité. la TV est mode écran géant avec Netflix ! La nuit, la vue est fantastique ! tous les commerces et les plages sont à proximité direct, pour trois transats et un parasol, compter 10 euros la journée complète ! La station de bus générale est à deux pas, l'appartement est bien climatisé : heureusement car il fait très chaud ! L'immeuble est moderne et très bien situé. En résumé, si je devais revenir à Larnaca, c'est cet appartement que je réserverais ! Merci à notre hôte Vasilis pour son accueil !
• Katarzyna (10/5): - Apartament jest przestronny, czysty i z pięknym widokiem na morze i miasto. Taras bardzo duży - opcja jacuzzi i leżaków bardzo nam się podobała. Miło było spędzać tam wieczory obserwując morze w blasku księżyca i lądujące samoloty. W mieszkaniu mieliśmy niemal wszystkie udogodnienia i sprzęty - brakowało tylko zmywarki, ale to nie stanowiło dla nas problemu. Był to wspaniały czas i żal było nam żegnać się z tym miejscem. Właściciel serdeczny i pomocny - dał nam wiele wartościowych wskazówek co do dobrych restauracji i pobliskich sklepów.

• Martynas (10/5): Luxurious apartment with splendid Seaview and the wide panorama of Larnaca - Our family stayed at this luxurious apartment in February. We liked everything there. The location of the apartment is in front of Marina and on the 8th floor, therefore it offers splendid Seaview as well as the wide panorama of Larnaca city. The apartment was well equipped (including huge TV), heating air conditioners in every room, huge balcony, sleeping mattresses were comfortable, carparking, shopping and numerous restaurants, castle and Lazarus church within short walking distance. The jacuzzi bath in the balcony deserves special mention. All these features made our stay pleasant and comfortable.

• Mario (10/5): The place to be! - Super equipped luxury flat! We had a very warm welcome by the hosts, and they took the time to show us everything. We enjoyed the magic of the jacuzzi while watching the vibrant life at the Marina. The location couldn't be better, close to many good restaurants, the old town etc... Strongly recommended if you want to spend time in Larnaca!

From the moment I arrived, I was in awe of the panoramic scenery that greeted me . The apartment itself was not only beautifully decorated and well-equipped but also impeccably clean and comfortable. Waking up to the sight of the sun rising over the city skyline from the large windows was truly a highlight of my stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with a touch of luxury.

He was waiting for welcome us in the evening and to show us everything in his place. The view from the Terrasse to the sea was great and even some candles 🕯️were burning there. I think especially for a couple this is a very romantic place. U can sit in the jacuzzi and have a wonderful view over the beach. 🥂☀️🌊 Everything was there u would need. Bathing towels, coffeemaker, air condition, products in the bathroom, I think I even saw some things for the beach (but we didn’t need and so I can not remember exactly)…..some water was already in the fridge. Because Vaso didn’t need the apartment immediately the next day, he let us stay longer in the place so it was easier for us and we enjoyed our last hours on the terrace, relaxing on the sun-beds. 😎☀️😎 The apartment is very bright and friendly! Everything was clean and this is always very important for me. U find everything u need around you… close to the beach and all the restaurants. In the garage there we got a parking place for the car. But the best thing at the end when I finally forgot my headphones: he immediately called us - but we have already been on the airport - so he organised everything to send them to me. Thank you so much Vaso! U made me very happy when I got my headphones back!!! I really highly recommend your place! See you again! Thx for your great help!!😊🙌
• Sergios (10/5): 5 star room with a view - Amazing apartment, very nice and spacious and the view WOW, seaview and amazing location, 5 min walk maximum to all restaurants and bars down town Larnaca. Will be revisiting here first chance i get. Big thank you to the owner for the extra requests asked. People pay big money for these sort of views.
