Le Pub à côté qui gère ĺa gestion des chambres et permet surtout de se restaurer Le fonctionnement en self service du petit déjeuner. En particulier pour l'eau .Penser à prendre la bouteille d'eau pour prendre le café. Pas de robinet dans cette partie de l'établissement. Monter au 1er étage et se servir dans les WC.

• Karolina (5/5): Hoppas på att det underbara köket kommer igen efter branden! - Jag har bott där förut och hade ett trevligare rum första gången. Jag gillar att det är gammalt och rustikt. Jag förstår att man inte kan erbjuda frukost på samma sätt som innan branden men man hade kanske kunnat piffa till den lite med färskt bröd. Man skulle göra sitt eget kaffe i presso-kanna men det fanns bara tre så när vi kom var alla redan använda. En termos hade varit bättre. Osten tog slut innan sista frukost gästerna kom, det fanns ingen personal som fyllde på eller så.

• Sari (9/5): Kivan hiljainen majoituspaikka. - Aamiainen oli olosuhteisiin nähden hyvä. Ei kuitenkaan mitään lämmintä ja kahvitkin olisi pitänyt keittää itse. Joimme mukana olleita pikakahveja :). Olimme ainoat majoittujat, joten rauha nukkumiseen oli taattu. Sisäänkirjautumisessa oli haasteita, kun bookkauksemme ei näkynyt heillä. Yrittivät laskuttaa uudestaan, vaikka olimme maksaneet huoneen jo. Heidän mukaansa, ei olisi pitänyt olla mahdollista maksaa Booking.com kautta.

• Koen (9/5): A nice stay after a long trip - A nicely renovated hotel where they kept the rustic atmosphere. Good varied breakfast. Friendly available staff Everything was fine, maybe to mention something, the rooms are not very soundproof and you can hear the people walking around, but it did not bother us.
• Kari (8/5): Super good breakfast - Staying in this hotel was a special experience. The building is very old and has its own special atmosphere. Everything is very basic but quite comfortable. Bed was good and the breakfast had a rich variety of items and everything of high quality. Taking the gondol skilift up the hill and hiking round fjell tops made our trip unforgettable. We could not find standard TV channels at all.
• Sanja (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice place to stay. Sauna is amazing and the whole place is beautiful and cozy. Excellent breakfast (quality of food as well as presentation). Not to forget the staff - friendly, polite, makes you feel at home.

• Irene (7/5): Good - Hemavans Wärdshus is centrally located and has ample on-site parking. The staff were very welcoming and the room was a good size. It was nicely decorated and the mosquito screens for the windows were a nice and welcome touch. Though we visited in the middle of June, this was classed as off-season and as a result the restaurant was closed and breakfast was a packed breakfast.
• Maxwel (4/5): Poor communication - We were traveling from the Swedish coast to Norway and needed a place to rest overnight. The location is great with free parking area and near to restaurant facilities. The space is cozy and the room was comfortable. We traveled right before Christmas and it is low season for skiing, after checking in, we were left alone in the property with no staff and it was offered to us to use the living room which is upstairs next to the rooms and a bag of breakfast would also be left in this room for the next morning. We went to relax on the room and there was a fireplace, wood and matchsticks and no sign forbidding the fire. We started a fire and minutes after there was smoke and fire alarm. Since no staff was in the property, it took a while for them to reach and disarm the alarm and the firemen ended up there. The staff coerced us to pay THEM a fine of 1,000 EUR alleging that it was for the call of the emergency service and up to this date, 3 weeks later, they haven't replied my message here and I haven't received any proof from them that the fine was charged and they paid an invoice. On the way back we avoided the property and I wouldn't recommend to anyone to have to deal with calling a personal number in the evening to try to explain a simple event (we put down the fire before they arrived, only the alarm was a problem), evacuate a building with -20C outside, and be imposed to pay an immense fine to the property and not to the institution issuing the fine.

The staff made me feel incredibly welcome. - The property was warm and inviting. conveniently located near the airport and the local amenities. the property was also styled and decorated in a fashion very appropriate for the area. I enjoyed everything

• Christina (9/5): Superb - This is a really lovely and cozy hotel. We had a standard double room and we loved it. The pictures really don't do it justice they are nice but the hotel is way better in reality :). They also have a lovely bar and lounge area and a chill-out area for guests only (free coffee and tea) and everything is made to make you feel at home and comfortable. The beds are very comfy and the bathroom comes with hairshampoo, conditioner, soap and hand + body lotion. The staff was very friendly and considerate (e.g. we were asked about any diatery needs at the check-in). Overall, it's one of the best hotels I've stayed in so far and I think for Sweden it offers a great value for price.

• Philip (9/5): Very welcoming. Lovely friendly staff. Amazing food. Very happy and would recommend - Staff were all wonderful and friendly. Food was superb. Sauna was lovely. We had just finished a long hike and this was the perfect place to relax our tired bodies and eat some nice food. So much better than we expected and we were made to feel so welcome Only (minor) criticism is i prefer a double bed rather than two single beds put together. However i understand that it the room is probably let out as a twin single room rather than a double so this is understandable

Many places around to eat if the menu of the hotel doesnt suit you, and the staff will be informing you about the possibilities.
