• Krešimir (2/5): Very poor - When booking the apartment, we called the phone number and asked if we had booked the apartment shown in the pictures. The lady told us over the phone that we booked apartment number 1 and that the pictures are all together in one place and that ours has yellow elements in the bathroom as we thought. Arriving at the location, the girls who cleaned the apartment handed me the key to apartment number 1 and said that it was ready. After I parked and started to carry my things, the lady who is probably the owner of the building comes and tells us that she is currently on the phone with the lady we heard from and tells us that we are in apartment number 3. To which I immediately said that it was not an agreement. But I didn't want to argue, we come from the other side of the building to apartment number 3 and see that that apartment is 70% worse than the one we booked. I call Mrs. Martina, who swears to me that we booked apartment number 3 and that she will come later to settle the rest of the bill and to take a deposit of €100 for possible damage. we enter apartment number 3 with things and I discover all the flaws, but ok, I'll wait for the lady and report everything to her. The lady did not come, but sent a boy to collect the rest of the money. She did not answer the other calls, nor did anyone take our documents to register our stay, which was fully charged. Very bad attitude of the person who runs this business, and also very bad relationship between quality and price. So far, we have not received an invoice for our stay, only a handwritten paper with the remaining amount to pay, in my name and surname.
