Jadeja (2/5): It’s an apartment in a low income housing complex. Would not recommend it. - Just the location Three floors up without an elevator! Very strict about check in and check out times. The place needs a pest control service; window cleaning; The heating was not on and they had to come and put it on. Same for the hot water.
