Waking up every morning to the sight of the Faraglioni was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, truly stunning and unforgettable. The view alone made our stay incredibly special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy Capri. Highly recommended!

• Parrish (8/5): Beautiful villa with gorgeous views, but stay closer in town - It is a beautiful villa with unbelievable views. The photos and videos from other sites matched the villa exactly. The hot tub was surprisingly clean. Our having a washing machine was a pleasant surprise. Bathroom water pressure was decent. The host was wonderful and showed us all around the villa. Three major issues that would prevent us from staying here again. First, it is located 3/4 of a mile from the center of Capri. That would not be so bad if the main walkway leading up to the villa was not so steep. Our going out to dinner required at least a 20 minute walk in the Capri sun. Second, the wifi was horrible. They appear to have repeaters throughout but they don't help that much. My rebooting everything helped some though. Third, the bed in the main bedroom is horrible. It feels like you are sleeping on rocks. The property manager needs to seriously have it replaced. We woke up with bruises from the bed being so uncomfortable.

• Morgan (2/5): Disappointing Stay of amenities and utilities issue, unresolved - We had booked this due to only seeing good reviews and for the hot tub amenity but had several problems, and since there was no apology or resolution with the host, a detailed review is necessary. Hot Tub: 1) We arrive around 1 pm, to turn up hot tub to 37 C (99 F). We go to lunch and hike come back at 5pm, it is only at 32 C (89 F) so we sent question if this was really a hot tub / functioning. At first host says the tub does not go above this temperature, then talks to owner and say “the max is 37 but now it's cold that's why it's not reaching 37 c”. We find this odd since higher can be selected then after dinner the about 8 hours later when colder outside, the tub reaches selected temperature of even 39 C. Heater is very slow and were unable to use tub during day. 2) The hot tub contained strong smelling chemicals. We told the host at time of temperature issue that we will leave running to see if it resolves. They say “because we put the disinfectant today after the client's leave”. Once at night to finally use hot tub, the smell was still very strong to cause coughing and stinging in eyes. This was only correspondence with host about this issue. Water / Electric. 3) We noticed issue with low water pressure in the shower, where the selection of side spray would not fill with water. There was no issue with hot water in the evening. 4) In the morning the power electric went out since about 2-3 am. Also caused no hot water for shower in morning. We sent a message that delivered late due to WIFI out at 8:17am , heard response at 8:56. The host arrive about 9:25 am to help fix but check out was 10:30. There also was delay for host for checkout deposit return Issue is when host arrive in morning, there was no discussion or follow up of issue from night prior, and additionally no apology or concern. This is not hospitality, or quality of facilities acceptable at this price.
• Ian (9/5): Fantastic Views and very relaxing - This villa has the most incredible views ! It is stunning! The outdoor spaces were just amazing and the jacuzzi on the roof was the icing on the cake! The layout of the villa was great although we were travelling with two teenage boys who would not share a room so one of them ended up on a blow up mattress downstairs which was not ideal. Would have been better if there was an option to separate the bed upstairs into two singles. The room downstairs would be much more comfortable at night it there was a different couch they had two very small couches which were not very comfortable. Even with these two little things the villa was incredible.

• Triston (10/5): It was truly a perfect Capri villa and we loved the secluded nature while also just a modest walk to town. - We liked the view and the amenities such as the rooftop pool, the cappuccino machine, the washing machine, and the ice machine. The property manager was also incredibly helpful as he helped with coordinating portage of luggage, making restaurant recommendations, and ensuring our stay was as lovely as possible. We wish there was a better place to hang out as the couches inside were two love seats that were not comfortable for many people to sit at. Would have loved a large sectional sofa instead.

• Gaia (10/5): A magical place - Nestled in the beautiful Capri, this stunning villa exceeded all expectations. The terrace offered breathtaking views of Faraglioni, and it was perfect for savoring morning coffee or evening cocktails, as well as sunbathing. One of the highlight was undoubtedly the hot tub, a luxurious retreat after a day of exploring the island's charms and absolutely needed for spring weather (especially because most hotels only offer cold pools). The villa is impeccably designed and appointed, every corner of the villa exuded elegance and comfort. Our time here was nothing short of magical, leaving us with cherished memories that will last a lifetime. Last but not least the exceptional service provided by Claudio and all of the staff truly elevated our experience at this villa. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality, making us feel instantly at home. The staff's attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring that every need was anticipated and promptly met. Their courtesy and professionalism were exemplary, enhancing our stay and leaving us with a lasting impression of Capri's hospitality. Wish I could have stayed even longer!
