Poor communication that check in was not until 4pm! Was sent via email at noon with little notice. We traveled a very long way only to wait to check in. No way to park and absolutely no instructions to CHECK IN at the guest services on the other side of the highway 5 minutes away.

Private beach and tiki bars were amazing. I had the best iced latte at the coffee truck and the pool was amazing !! No complaints and I will be booking again in 2026

- Alejandra (9/5): - Excelent for the price, very nice and wide room, I loved the confortable king bed we 3 could feet there but my son decided to sleep in the sofa bed. I loved the floor's color and super clean, everything perfect for me I loved the fact you can walk 5 minutes to the ocean, that I drove like 2 minutes to get to the front whide ocen and we have the pool just steps behind and nice restaurant and the beach white sand with beautiful view of nice hotels. Im very happy I came with my 2 boys. I only missed a little stove you know to cook some eggs and sausage in the morning some times. Also, Shampoo and conditioner wasn't enough for 3 days for 3 people, it was just a tiny botle of each. I suggest you go to the dollar tree store and buy a much bigger bottle Shampoo Conditioner for 1 ór 2 $ 🤣 2 things I didnt like at all. I wasn't Aware(my fault, I didn't read) I didn't read that the low price was because there was builders workers outside and Jeess the decond day at 7am to like 10 a really high noise of a drill just out of our window woke us up, me and my por my kids were so mad, we couldn't stand that noise. But it was showed innthe description but sadly I didnt read it, so be AWARE to reade Well always the description en you find a good price. Second I didn't like the actions of an African american lady, she did an ugly face to me the last day I was leaving and she was wispering constantly looking at me, just because the schedulento leave os at 10am and and I saidnthat I was leaving at 9:40 but I decided to orga ize and help to clean the room and wait for the latina nice lady to tell me where is the trash can so I can take out my trash, so in the older lady I lie because I texted her saying I was leaving 20 earlier but I decided to help. And there is no reason for her to give me ugly faces that really bothered me, cus anyway the time.to go is 10am. Worker have to leep their feelings for themself and if something bother them about their customers, complaint with your boss. Beside those 2 ugly things, I really enjoyes staying there. Thank you!

This was not what I paid for and would really like to talk to someone about it - Pool, beach Workers outside the balcony at 8:00 am and all day with drills and hammers. I got this place for a relaxing getaway and it was not that. Amenities, room and beach were nice, but I was really sad by being woken up at 8:00 both mornings by construction workers. I also got woken up from my afternoon nap.

- Jarrod (3/5): Good location / facilities, bad room. - The only redeeming thing about this stay was the location, it took a bit to figure out the resort (no good instructions / maps / etc), but once that was figured we enjoyed the facilities available, hot tub / pool, and the beach was phenomenal! Literally everything could have been better, this was the noisiest room, from HVAC noises, to being able to hear everything going on outside the room, elevator noises, people talking, etc, and the "noise machine" that was supposed to be in the room was non-existent. The fridge/freezer smelled bad (moldy / mildew), to the point that I cleaned it out with lysol wipes to make it half usable, there was hair from a previous occupant left in the shower, and when you turned on the shower fan the entire bathroom and then room would start smelling strongly of garlic, so I'd rate it very low for cleanliness. The blackout curtains worked except that they only cover around 95% of the patio, letting in plenty of light which rather defeats the purpose. The bed itself was overly soft (memory foam I believe), though that is more of a personal preference thing. The internet was not the best, though I may be biased as I am used to fiber, and the TV while large and offering free netflix / a range of channels, was probably the slowest "smart" TV I have ever seen and thus very frustrating to use, supposedly it was only 2 years old as of the time of this review but I have a 10+ year old smart TV that puts this one to shame.

- Mary (6/5): Not the best trip we’ve had to the area - It was a decently priced rental for a short notice trip. It was extremely crowded! The condo, the amenities, and especially the beach. The beach was more crowded than a public beach. We got up around 7 a.m. just to go set out our chairs and umbrella and still was packed in like sardines. Honestly, I won’t stay here again specifically due to that. The whole purpose of staying in a resort area is to have access to a private beach and it was so overwhelming that we didn’t actually spend much time at the beach.

- Jamie (7/5): Tufan was a good communicator, very thorough. Prices throughout the industry have gone up a lot, but for the price, we e - the Sandestin grounds were very lovely. The unit itself, for the money, was fairly basic. The unit was so basic, for what it cost per night. Maybe a bit more luxury could be added with better bedding, decorating, etc. I wouldn’t have thought of this, but after taking a nasty fall getting out of the slippery tub, a grab bar and an anti-slip coating on the tub would help solve the problem of the tub height being so different from the bathroom floor height.
