• Tsume (8/5): Great stay, especially if you decide to be on the Asian side of Istanbul - Really great location, 5-8 minute walk from the metro station (with direct line to SAW airport) and the ferry port. Also lot's of good restaurants around the area. The staff was very friendly and were available whenever I needed. I would definitely stay here again As mentioned by others, there is very little noise isolation. But I always pack ear plugs, so I cannot tell if there was lots of noise during the night

• Seyran (10/5): - I stayed with my family, and this hotel was the best I've ever stayed in. The location, staff, and amenities were fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious, and the cleanliness was superb. They also provide you with daily water as long as you ask. For women, they can also a strong hair dryer. Shortly, everything was amazing. Additionally, the location is 5-7 minutes from the Kadikoy pier/center, and access to restaurants, cafes, and the markets is very easy, all right next to the hotel. They are all open until late at night. You won't need to look for another hotel.

I will not select this place for my next - The location was very good - quiet neighborhood and very close to ferry station (5-7 min walk). Very close to cozy breakfast cafes (2 min walk). All shops and other facilities are also close. Clean sheets, shampoo and soap are available 1. Bathroom state: 1.1. Very dirty bathroom - black mold on the tiles, overall feeling of discomfort using the shower, even with slippers on 1.2. Bad pressure of water and old shower equipment 1.3. Very bad ventilation, it was very humid in the bathroom even with switched on ventilation (could be cause for mold) 2. All noises and neighbors were heard very good 2.1. We observed that we can hear our neighbors very well (even their load sounds of love) 2.2. Doors squeaking loudly If you want to sleep well and do not hear your neighbors life - do not choose the hotel 3. Room needs reparation (at least cosmetic) 3.1. Many stains on the walls, ceiling, curtains, floor 3.2. Bathroom ceiling was raining during the rain (we were on the last floor, so seems roof need to be repaired) 3.3. • Murat (10/5): Definitely recommended!!! - Staff was very kind to all of our questions. We booked 2 rooms for our family stay in Istanbul. There was an issue in the room but hotel management responded very fast and upgraded our rooms to a different one. We even got 3 rooms instead of 2. No need to even mention the very cenral location in the heart of Kadıköy. Definitely recommended!!!

The floor near the entrance was heavily damaged and the paint was damaged in many places. The toilet seat was terrible quality and the shower door was missing which caused water to go everywhere.

• Artem (7/5): - Perfect location, very friendly staff and good internet We were not able to sleep there. First some drunk people came and woke everyone up at 2am. Hotel solved it. Next other people checking in around 4am with the same result. I would say that noise isolation really poor which causes mentioned trouble. It is a bit old and I would appreciate better cleaning. But still might be reasonable place to stay 1-2 nights.

• Kristina (7/5): Good location, solid room and a weird staff member. - Great location, solid room, and cleanliness. It had a wide, spacious balcony that I enjoyed each morning. Staff at the reception had a weird attitude and asked unrelated private questions, such as ''Why did you book a twin room?" and, ''Is someone going to visit you? Is it a male or a female?''. As an alone female traveler who stopped by Istanbul to meet a couple of friends, I did not feel very safe at that moment; at the very least, it was a weird interaction. This was an elderly man at the reception with a beard who acted this way. The other staff members, such as the younger gentleman with blond hair, were very kind and helpful.

• Simona (7/5): - Great location, it's a very lively area that's buzzing with restaurants, bars, and shops. Close to a metro station as well. The room was clean and decently big. There is no elevator, but the staff offered to help taking the suitcases up the stairs :) There was a lot of mold in the shower and the toilet tank didn't work properly. The tank was completely empty upon arrival. The staff assisted us with that, however then water was leaking in the toiler so we still couldn't flush properly.

It’s less than a 15 min walk to the ferry and metro, making it easy to reach any part of Istanbul. The hotel could use some updates in the bathrooms, particularly the tiles and showers, but everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no daily cleaning service, though we received fresh towels upon request without any problem. Bottled water was provided throughout our stay. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, bars, shops, and bakeries, more than enough options nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I recommend this hotel for travelers who don’t expect luxury and plan to spend most of their time exploring the city. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to sleep, shower, and relax after a day of sightseeing, this is a great choice. There was a circulating boiler inside a wardrobe in the room that made noise when the water was running in the bathroom. We weren’t sure if it was just for our room, but we simply turned it off at night using the on/off switch. No one complained :).
• Sümeyye (3/5): enttäuschend - Zentrale Lage und höfliches Personal. Die Ausstattung ist sehr mager. Draußen teilweise sehr laut, aufgrund vieler Geschäfte und extrem dünne Wände. Unser Zimmer war direkt beim Eingang neben der Rezeption. Somit hat man alles gehört und wurde nachts gestört. Das Bad inkl Ausstattung war in katastrophalem Zustand. Keine Ablageflächen für Shampoo, etc. Duschkopf, Fließen etc. sind fleckig und extrem veraltet. Für 4 Personen ist das Zimmer viel zu eng. Wir waren zu dritt da. Es gibt kein Stauraum für die Sachen außer einem Schrank, der ebenfalls wenig Platz anbietet für 3 Personen. Es gibt kein Warmwasser, sondern entweder eiskalt oder brennend heiß. Auf den Handtüchern waren fremde Haare… Definitiv nicht das Geld wert. Verstehe all die positiven Bewertungen nicht.

Kadikoy itself is lively and there are some great eating spots nearby. The fridge in the room is handy. Also, the hotel is down a back street so quiet at night. No lift

• Igor (8/5): - I specifically picked the top floor room with balcony based on previous reviews and was not disappointed, even if it cost a bit more. The view from the balcony is pretty basic but still gives the opportunity to relax in privacy with a cup of tea. If you prefer to spend evenings in cafes there are so many around. Tv, aircon, kettle, cups, towels, even slippers are provided. Stable internet. A short walk to the ferry terminal and metro stations, I did not need to take a bus. Cheaper prices in cafes comparing with more touristy areas. Steep, poorly lit staircase to the top floor. Apart from cafes there are no many attractions around, take a ferry to the European side.
