• millie (3/5): My family refused to stay on tge 2 & 3 night - The place was creepy vibe doors didnt shut Did someone die in that house ?
• Srijana (10/5): very good, comfortable and worth the money. - Everything about the place was very good and clean. Very comfortable felt like home. There wasnot anything that I didnot like. Only thing missing was a clother dryer as it rained the whole time when I stayed in perth.

• Margot (5/5): Passable - Good location for us.... Photos do not really show the rundown condition of property. Was disappointed on arrival. House was cold with very little warm window furnishings. Cupboards and taps need attention. Heater in hall unable to be moved due to broken wheels.

• Angela (5/5): Terrible customer service - The location was in a good spot , enough rooms for everyone The property was outdated , and so dirty , I left a sentimental item behind in the master bedroom and rang 30 minutes after we left I was laughed down the phone , we left on a day that was not bin collection so had rubbish in the outside bins I later got a call from the park ranger asking why I was illegally dumping in the park next door , customer service was appalling and put a lot of unnecessary stress on me and my family while staying here

• Juran (7/5): Family Home with Poential - - Location is the best - Outside cover area is perfect for breakfast in the morning sun - It cateried for a big family of 8 - Wooden floors are nice and make it easy to clean - Access to Netflix - Internet access - Communication with SmartStayWA Team was good even offering to send someone to repair some issues but we declined due to privacy. Kitchen - On arrival no power to fridge, AC control and powerpoints (the power switch was left off at powerbox after the dishwasher was looked at) Mastee Bedroom Ensuite - Fan doesn't work - The floor seems to have water pooling from somewhere (we nearly slipped) - Moldy toilet rolls inside the bathroom cupboard Master Bedroom - The bed has broken wooden feet under the middle of the bed, making it sink in when you sleep on it. - The walk in wardrobe has some damage on the bottom shelf Bedroom Wardrobe - Signs of assembly damage for shelfs - Handles will come off when opening the wardrobe doors - Skirting was falling off in walking wardrobe Bathroom - Leaking taps - No shower curtain Separate Toilet - Doesn't flush properly, needing it to be flushed 4+ times - Has a small opening at the top of the window that can't be closed (there is tape and some plastic covering it) - Of the two entrance keys, one works, and the other key doesn't lock the mesh front door - We found the blinds hard to use and missing a few things to make them operate correctly. - No pegs for hanging clothes
