Valentyn (1/5): - Hello, I would like to clarify my position regarding the refund request. I booked and fully paid for the apartment in advance for the period from 06.09.2025-08.09.2025. According to the listing, check-in time was between 15:00 and 19:00. When I arrived at 15:00 after a long trip with my small child, the apartment was not ready, and I was told it would only be available around 19:00. This is a clear violation of the agreed check-in time. Since I could not wait for 4 hours with my child after a long journey, I had no choice but to book another accommodation at my own expense. Therefore, I request a full refund because the apartment was not available at the confirmed check-in time, which is the host’s responsibility. If a full refund is not processed, I will have to escalate the issue to Booking.com support and leave a detailed review explaining the situation, so that future guests are aware of what happened. Thank you for your understanding.

FIlosa (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno! Punto di riferimento per quella zona - Direi che è stato tutto da 10. L’host super servizievole e sempre pronto a rispondere. Appartamento in un punto strategico con una splendida vista sul mare. Interno ampio con tutte le comodità e gli spazi. Una cosa che lascerei come aggiunta personale, é un’ aspirapolvere. Per la comodità di pulire velocemente durante il soggiorno. Ma la casa era pulitissima
Temperini (5/5): Bello a metà - L'appartamento era pulito e completo di tutto l'occorrente soprattutto in cucina, abbiamo trovato la biancheria da bagno perfetta, e cosa che non di trova spesso, anche il kit di pronto soccorso L'appartamento è lontano dal mare, anche se si vede, non ha ricircolo d'aria, per fortuna c'è l'aria condizionata ma non è la stessa cosa. La cameretta è piccolissima, se i letti sono aperti non si apre neanche l'anta dell'armadio. Il fatto che davanti a casa ci sia un campeggio dismesso porta un'incuria che favorisce l'habitat per gli animali
