- Agostino (1/5): - Non ho visto l'appartamento Ho prenotato con largo anticipo, ma il proprietario non mi ha comunicato che in quei giorni non sarebbe stato a Valona e quindi non poteva aprirci. L'ho scoperto solo una volta arrivato davanti l'appartamento. Ho provato a contattarlo ma non rispondeva e quindi ho chiesto informazioni ad un bar vicino. Sono riusciti a contattarlo e mi hanno confermato che era in Grecia. Credo che sia una mancanza di rispetto, soprattutto perchè eravamo con due bambine piccole. Per fortuna siamo riusciti a trovare un'altra sistemazione. STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTO POSTO!!!!

Telefono inesistente... Bisognerebbe avere delle garanzie maggiori onde evitare di rimanere in mezzo alla strada come è successo a me e la mia famiglia...

The host completely ignored us - no reply via email, phone, WhatsApp, or any platform. Total silence. No confirmation, no check-in instructions, no cancellation - nothing. We arrived in the city hoping to check in and instead, we were left on the street with our luggage, forced to look for a new place at the last minute. This is beyond unprofessional - it's disgraceful. Do not trust this place. Do not book it. It ruined our plans. Zero reliability, zero responsibility. Avoid at all costs - this place should be banned from Booking Absolutely outrageous experience. This is by far the worst and most irresponsible hotel I've ever come across.
