• Bob (10/5): Prachtige glamping vlak bij de zee, met topfaciliteiten en een heerlijke rustige sfeer. - Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf bij Milldown Glamping in Scotland. De faciliteiten waren uitstekend en alles was netjes en goed verzorgd. De ligging vlakbij de zee maakte het extra bijzonder; ideaal voor mooie wandelingen en volledig tot rust komen. Een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen, zeker een aanrader!
• Juniper (8/5): Fun and really comfortable stay with a short walk down to the beach! - Awesome little cabin, really comfortable and warm and had everything we needed. Access is super easy and the location is easy to find and drive to. Short walk down to the beach and St Abbs. Lovely hot shower and cosy beds. Location is slightly odd, technically very near to the beach but a bit of a muddy walk (it'd be really nice if there was a gate through to that path on the beach end of the site?) and unfortunately not in view of the sea. The spot it's in seems to be a bit of a wind trap: a few times when both Coldingham village and the beach were quite still, the field itself would be in a really heavy wind. WiFi would be a lovely addition if it's possible, but understand it might not be!
• Veronique (10/5): Very comfortable, well equipped pod in beautiful location. - Very clean and well equipped. Comfy beds, even the sofa bed! Fluffy big towels a plus, as well as the tea, coffee and biscuits basket. Host left us all we needed to light up fire pit/bbq, which was a nice touch. Location is beautiful.
• Naomi (10/5): Brilliant relaxed stay with the kids ! - The pod was very clean with a super comfy bed and beautiful towels! It has everything you need from games for the kids to tea/coffee. The host supplied logs for the fire pit. Unfortunately we could not make use, as weather was a little too windy during our stay but we will be back to try again. Looks like a great addition to the pods. This was our second visit here and we will be booking again. We have to young boys who absolutely love it! Eyemouth and beach close by, which we enjoy for the fish/chips and ice cream! Great hosts and communication. We managed to forget something and they got this back to us in such a short space of time. Thank you.
• Livia (9/5): Lovely stay for our family - The property was very neat and clean, and it was well designed and finished. My child particularly liked the board games available and to run around outside. It was also very quiet and peaceful, and a short walk from the beach.

• Georgina (10/5): The perfect family break. - The property was spotless, perfect location, the comfiest bed EVER, I need to know where the mattress / duvet & pillows are from! 😊 We loved that the hosts included games and swing ball, our little girl absolutely loved this and so did we. The outside area was a great addition, we toasted marshmallows on our last night and it made for great memories! Walking distance to town and the beach, 10/10 thank you for a lovely stay. We loved it all, can’t wait for another stay sometime!
• Evelyn (10/5): Amazing stay, will definitely be back - Pod was amazing. It was a lovely quiet area within walking distance of the village where there was a butcher and general store. There was also two pubs one with a fantastic restaurant. The pod was fully equipped with everything that you would need. There was even a barbecue The only thing missing was a mirror with a socket for drying your hair
• Edward (8/5): Great stay. Unfortunately the milk that was left was off.. - Sofa bed was bit uncomfortable, could do with a soft topper or duvet to put on it. Maybe need so.e air con or a fan as got stuffy in there. Not enough shower gel. Also read instructions to put vedding in an ikea bag but couldn't find it.

• jenny (10/5): Exactly as hoped for, beach time, family time, an easy place to be and enjoy yourself. - Location is superb 10 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins the other way to great little shop. Excellent facilities? Good shower, lovely comfy beds and nice duvets towels etc. everything was thought of. Maybe a separate light in the lounge area so don’t need main lights, but that is being picky. The lighting over the bed and outside was lovely.
• Gärtner (9/5): - Neben einer etwas größeren Anlage entsteht hier (Stand: August 2025) ein kleiner Platz, auf dem schätzungsweise 10 Pods Platz finden. Bei unserem Aufenthalt standen dort drei, wobei nur zwei fertiggestellt waren. Wir haben von 2 Wochen die erste dort verbracht und diese absolute Ruhe genossen!! Sehr wenig bis kein Tourismus, keine nervigen Menschen. Der kleine, idyllische Strand ist 7 Gehminuten entfernt, wo sich eher Einheimische nach der Arbeit und ein paar englische Urlauber aufhalten. Hunde erlaubt! Alles, inklusive die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Adam, der sich zunächst per Email kümmerte, kam den ersten Tag kurz vorbei um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Empfehlenswert ist der Coastway Richtung Eyemouth (ca 3,5 km;ein Weg) mit einem.tollen Küstenausblick. Das ist, wenn überhaupt ein Mini-kleiner Kritikpunkt: es gab kein freien Steckdosen, man musste etwas hampeln. Kein W-Lan ;)

• Michael (9/5): Fabulous few days in a very nice cabin - Location was really good, 10 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to the village and lots of nice walks nearby. There are a couple of pubs in the village, The New Inn which does food which was ok and The Anchor Inn which was good for a pint but I don't think they served food. The cabin was spotless and had all the amenities you could want, even had a barbecue While the bed was very comfortable it was just a little to wide for the space it was in making it a little difficult to get in or out of bed. I think it was a king size bed where a standard double may have been better, not really a criticism more of an observation

• Jo (10/5): An ideal holiday option for exploring Northumberland & Scottish Borders - Perfect accommodation for exploring all that the borders have to offer. Clean, secure - in a quiet location just a short walk away from Coldingham Bay and St. Abbs. Our pod had everything we could need; the hosts were lovely and their attention to detail was impressive. Loved the wildflower area for the bees… and the visiting deer in the nearby fields! A welcoming, cosy location for relaxing evenings that would be great for night-time stargazing too. All in all, this accommodation added so much to our long weekend away and we’ll definitely book it again for our next Northumberland adventures. Nothing to dislike. All good

The hosts had supplied everything you would need for your stay, and they also provided a lovely array of complimentary extras. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away, and the views are amazing. The location itself is ideal, close to local shops and pubs serving food, and some lovely walking routes. • Jeanette (10/5): Perfect Glamping Pod - Very clean accommodation with a full basket of provisions - coffee tea biscuits hot chocolate and milk. Super location as only two pods on the site at present. Secluded sitting area with BBQ and swing ball. Comfy beds and plenty of pillows to choose from. Good communication with owner. Everything was as expected. My only suggestion would be perhaps to have a few outdoors chairs along with the picnic table to make relaxing and enjoy the stunning view a little more comfortable.

• Michael (10/5): We felt right at home and welcomed from the second we pulled in. We arrived slightly earlier than we had planned but Ada - Immaculately clean!! Perfectly placed a 5minute walk from the beach. Great facilities such as a bbq, swing ball, games, kitchen and utensils, bathroom and tv. Beautiful views of the countryside and almost silent at night.
