A Grab tuk tuk to town / riverside is just over $1 and are plentiful. Very pleasant balcony overlooking the pool with nice table and chairs. A quiet hotel. Very restful sleep with almost blackout curtains. I was granted a free early check in and 3pm checkout but clearly this depends on how busy the hotel is. A well managed premises. A room safe would have been useful.
• Marcin (9/5): Jesli poruszasz się skuterem to bardzo dobrą lokalizacja. - Przestronne pokoje hotelowe z balkonami wyposażone standardowo. Na miejscu można jedynie dobrze się wyspać. Nie ma restauracji, baru, czy nawet recepcyjnego sklepiku z wodą.
• Marcin (6/5): Bardzo dobre miejsce na jedną lub deie noce. - Villa jest przestronna i dobrze pomieści rodzinę z dwójką dzieci. Spory hałas od ulicy, w willi jest kuchnia ale nie jest wyposażona, w obiekcie nie ma restauracji ani baru.
• Stephanie (8/5): - Meticulously maintained and serene premises. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms clean and comfortable. Slightly outside of city centre (a preference for me) but just a short tuk tuk ride to many great spots around. The pool area is beautiful and the room balconies allowed for a nice spot for morning coffee.

• Shino13 (10/5): - The pool was wonderfully maintained, allowing us to enjoy it every day until the early evening. As for the villa itself, it was handed over to us in great condition. The bathrooms were spotless and easily met European hygiene standards For a property marketed as a villa, the kitchen supplies were quite limited; there were only enough plates, cups, and cutlery for exactly six guests. To meet true villa standards, a dishwasher and a washing machine would be a welcome addition rather than a luxury. Additionally, there were no pans available for those wishing to cook. Fortunately, we had a great time exploring the capital instead
• suna (8/5): A bit far from town but nice and relaxing - The pool was right out side the room so felt like a private pool clean and relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing. Both day and night We didn’t realise there were no facilities onsite eg no drink machine restaurant or place to get food. It’s a bit of a drive from town over a a little railway track so seemed a bit remote. This is a good place if you come by car with your own picnic box etc but nowhere nearby to walk to. it’s like rented apartments in undeveloped area with a pool. It seemed about three people take care of the property that live onsite. Not much to do here except relax and swim. But still nice if you want this type of place.

• Cameron (7/5): Good value, lovely pool and a short tuk tuk into the city centre - Great pool, good sized room and comfortable bed Air con needed a re-gas, struggled to keep the room cool, was offered another room. No restaurant on-site.
• Joyce (8/5): Very good - It wasn’t very old, nice and clean, just out of the main town Nothing bad but you will need to order tuk tuk or have a motor bike.
• Andrea (7/5): 2 night stay - Room good, quite roomy for 3 adults although one bed is in living area as only one bedroom. Beds very comfortable. Nice pool area, very peaceful, water warm. Staff friendly and helpful. Out of the town slightly but very easy to get tuk tuk if needed to go into Centre, only takes 5- 10 minutes. Enjoyed our 2 nights here. Bathroom was a wet room and you would have to walk through the wet shower area to get to and use the toilet. Would have been useful to have some plates and utensils in kitchen cupboards if you wanted to make up some food.

• Maddison (8/5): Spacious and peaceful - A great little place to stay just outside the main centre of Kampot. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Things to note: there is no restaurant/food options available, or any other services offered with the stay (eg laundry, tours, bike hire). This isn’t a huge deal as there are plenty of these kinds of opportunities to be found in the main town, however it is just something to not.

• Keith1643 (9/5): Clean and green - The manager and staff are hard working and responsive. I wanted the "Skyview" room but upon seeing it and noticing that it had quite a low ceiling, the staff allowed me to change to a regular room. The rooms are well cleaned, the AC works well, and the balcony is great for relaxing. It was very nice swimming in the pool, which is surrounded by nature. The entire property is very green. There was a power outage during my stay, but the staff worked hard to bring the power back on within a few hours. The manager is very helpful and hard working. The location of this place is slightly away from the main Kampot town but can easily be reached using a tuk tuk or remorque via a ride hailing app. Also note that there is a hostel nearby that sometimes plays loud live music into the night. I always bring noise cancelling earphones and foam earplugs everywhere I travel, so it wasn't a problem for me.

• Thalia (10/5): I Would defiantly recommend staying here. I had a lovely stay and will most likely be back again:) - Lovely place to stay, the staff are all very welcoming, they will do anything to help where possible. The rooms are very clean and comfy. I ended up staying here longer than expected and I really enjoyed my stay. It’s just outside the main centre of kampot so away from the noises but easy enough to access the centre. At the weekend there were what seemed to be a lot of locals who were playing music around the pool area however this was turned off at a reasonable time and didn’t bother me.
