Guest Reviews
- Theresa (8/5): -
- barton (9/5): - Fantastic location and right in the middle of everything. Nothing mager ,the only thing l would change is the small and dated toaster.
- Mcclure (9/5): A LOVELY LITTLE HIDEAWAY - The central location was perfect.
The balcony and view were amazing.
- Jonathan (10/5): - The location is fantastic- we travelled by train. It was 6 mins from the station and had wonderful views of the Harbourside No parking - we did consider driving up but because parking is a problem we chose the train.
- Christine (5/5): Disappointed - The Location. Having a balcony with a great view. Everything on your doorstep. Having two bathrooms. Having white bed linen. Cosy. Didn’t like the price, which was extortionate for three days. Unappealing entrance to property with broken window in front door. No welcome package like a teabag and bit of milk, which most B&B/hotel rooms supply. Excessive texts regarding arrival time, which were off putting.
No internet, which was bizarre when we were expected to follow a link in email to internet for departure information. Not all of us have internet access on our phones. Out of date information pack. Cups in kitchen in desperate need of bleaching. One bedroom had 2 single beds, one of which is really for a child. Downstairs shower needs attention, door sticks, mould in areas and low pressure. When we got home we checked the link for departure info and were shocked to read that they expect you to strip the bed before leaving!! Not enough toilet roll. This really is just a money extraction operation. Would we book again….No!
