• Melanie (9/5): Great Stay, Thank you - Big windows for natural light. Lots of space. Very clean. Secure, 2 set of pin codes to get in. Good hot shower. Comfortable bed. Lovely quality linens. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, sharp knives, pans etc for preparing meals at the flat. Everything worked which is always a big plus. A great big tick to the cleaning team, not a speck of dust anywhere and made tidy and welcoming. Rotten windows with gaps so drafty. Fridge small if stay more than a few nights or eating at apartment, shelves missing, freezer compartment needs defrosting. Main bathroom, undersink cupboard had water damage and swollen so difficult to open. Sink plug hole missing leaving a big gap about 2cm diameter, making it easy to lose something down there. Some complaints are quick fixes, so management team should act quickly as it let's the experience down. The windows would take longer but ought to be fixes before the end of Summer.

• Steve (1/5): - One star, and only because zero is not an option. The smoke alarm in the bedroom beeped continuously through the night, which made sleep impossible. A second smoke alarm had been smashed off the ceiling and simply left like that, which is a genuine fire safety concern in a let property. The shower head height adjuster is broken, so it cannot be moved at all. Repeated attempts to reach the host went unanswered for the entire stay. Given the issues, and particularly the smoke alarm situation, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

• Markus (7/5): Gute Appartement, gutes Preis-Leistung - Die Lage ist nur 5 min von der U-Bahn Warren Street entfernt. Einkaufen in der Nähe ist Problemlos, Lidel ist gegenüber der U Bahn. Die Wohnung ist sehr Sauber. Die Vermieter geben sich sehr viel Mühe in der Kommunikation, per Nachricht über Booking geht das alles sehr schnell, Probleme versucht der Vermieter( Maintenance) gleich zu beheben. Schlafcouch ist nicht sehr bequem und hat auch schon Schweißflecken. Betten Quietschen, Lattenrost könnte getauscht werden. Blenden am Kühlschrank fehlt, was das Öffnen erschwert.

• Luisa (6/5): - Buena ubicación Cama incómoda y ruidosa, baño muy muy muy pequeño, muebles cocina mal montados, el friegaplatos no se podía abrir del todo. La manilla de la puerta de la calle está rota. Si se cierra la puerta del todo, no se puede abrir desde dentro.

• Amanda (6/5): Good location but would not recommend - The location was excellent with access to 2 underground stations within a 5 minute walk. Secure access too. In need of some TLC! A screw was missing from the kitchen/lounge door hinge which made the metal piece stick out and ripped my son’s coat! Mould in the shower and the shower did not drain properly and took a long time for the water to drain away. No heating or hot water on the last day as there was a problem with the boiler

The water heater was inside one of the bedrooms, impacting both sleep and sense of safety. The closet in one of the bedrooms was full of unrelated material. The door knobs were broken and falling

Het was in een rustige straat, maar toch erg dicht bij het centrum en het station, wat erg fijn was! Er waren een paar kleine dingen in het appartement die het soms nier deden, zoals de wc of het hete water in de douche

There were a flight and a bit of stairs to get to the apartment. I had originally filtered by buildings that had elevators, but this one did not. I think this was a glitch on the booking.com site. The bed in the front bedroom was wildly uncomfortable. The person staying in the back bedroom said their's was better.

• David (5/5): The flat is in a good location but it needs a renovation and some TLC. - Good location, nice size for two adults and two children. The property needs a lot of maintenance work, door handles are falling off, cupboard doors are missing, shower screen hits sink which is very dangerous, smoke alarms look to be broken, noisy neighbours upstairs, not very clean lots of dust all over the floors, pillows on the bed are very poor and need replacing.

Quelques défauts d’entretien dans l’appartement (évacuation de la douche insuffisante, poignée de porte desserré, ampoule cassé, porte de lave vaisselle cassé) et l’absence de climatisation. Avec les grandes vitres cassé chauffe vite en été. Voisin calme toute la semaine, sauf le samedi soir.

Si trova ad un ottima posizione dalle fermate dei mezzi pubblici e supermercati. Il nostro appartamento (con 2 camere da letto) si trovava al secondo piano senza ascensore e questo può rendere faticoso salire e scendere con le valigie.

• Marcela (6/5): - La ubicación El departamento es cómodo, pero le falta mantenimiento. Picaportes que estan sueltos, la puerta de entrada cuesta cerrarla porque la alfombra se levanta y hace tope. El lavavajillas no se puede abrir del todo....hace tope con la manija del horno. Hay muchos detalles que claramente es porque nadie vive en el departamento, como para darse cuenta de que son necesarios. No sé si los que viven en el segundo piso eran turistas como nosotros o no, pero todas las noches hacian muchísimo ruido.

Great area and close to tube. Bathroom didn’t appear to have been thoroughly clean. Shower had mold that was really unsightly. Floors could have been given a fresh sweep.

• Leanne (7/5): Enjoyable. Worked for our family. - It was in a good location. Not too loud. The shower was not very clean. It was very hot with no ice tray and the freezer was in need of de-icing so we had a hard time trying to freeze water bottles.

• Tanya (3/5): Not happy with this stay. - The description of how to get in (with codes) was accurate It was appalling that the parquet floor tiles were detached all over the kitchen and living room. A tile beneath the fridge was detached and laying on the floor. Door knobs falling off from both bedrooms. No kitchen towel, salad bowl, or cutting board. The washing machine did more damage to clothes than actually cleaning them. It spread the dirt in the clothes and didn't actually wash, and clothes came out drenched even though I used the button that combines wash and dryer method. Also, the cleaner was in the apartment when we arrived at 3:15 pm (check-in is at 3:00 pm), not okay

• Sharron (9/5): Newly refurbished, Safe, Secure, Very Clean and Ideal location for tube and green spaces. - This was a very last minute booking as our previously booked apartment was uninhabitable. The management company were quick to meet up with the keys and provided two new fans which were a blessing due to the hot weather. The apartment was newly refurbished and of a high standard. It was lovely to have a dishwasher and washing machine available. The locations was good, close to tube stations and green spaces. Lots of places to eat and drink on the doorstep. Found a nice coffee shop in New Cavendish Street called Cracked Coffee. Apartment was as described and very well appointed. Ability to double lock the apartment door and felt secure with the front door self closing. This apartment is on the 2nd floor, there is no lift but this wasn't a problem. Fitzroy Square Gardens at the bottom of the road was a lovely place to sit in the shade of the trees on a hot day. They also allowed us to leave our luggage on checking out day which was a great benefit, we thank you so much for your hospitality. We hope to return if we are in the area in the future. There is nothing of note here, only that the shower was slippery without a shower mat which was then quickly provided.
