• Kseniia (9/5): Гарне розташування, співвідношення ціни та якості. - Розташування недалеко від центру, відносно безпечний район, зручне ліжко, гарний інтернет. Гаряча вода в душі, фен, на кухні достатньо посуду та інших зручностей. У внутрішньому дворику помешкання було темно, тому повертатись ввечері було не завжди комфортно. Це особливо актуально для соло-мандрівнків.
• Оксана (10/5): - Дуже затишні апартаменти. Розташування зручне - 10 хв пішки до вулиці Дерибасівська. Чисто. Всі зручності були - праска, сушилка. Але розраховуйте, що холодильник маленький. Все сподобалось)
• Інна (9/5): - Зручна квартирка, два кондиціонери, є все необхідне, близько до центру. Ворота в двір не зачинялись схоже взагалі, це двір автомобільного коледжу, то було трохи неспокійно, що зайти може будь хто вдень та вночі.

• Mgol1302 (9/5): Warm and quiet flat, perfect for singles or couples - The location is perfect. Rather close to the very heart of the city, yet extremely quiet thanks to the location within the internal yard. The individual heating by means of electric convectors was really efficient. Despite the severe limitations of the war time, the apartment was always warm and cosy. The owner, Julia is very nice and helpful. Both check in and check out were flawless (not very common in Odessa). The kitchen declared as a studio is extremely small and is not suitable for a continuous stay. If you are alone or a couple, it's fine because the bedroom is very nice and spacious. But, if somebody has to sleep in the "studio" more than one night, it could be a real problem.
