• Flip61 (10/5): Quiet, peaceful hidden gem & still close to old town! - Miljenko&Bozena are great on site owners&hosts. A quiet place in a busy high season town. Apartments are modern & very clean. Entrance codes for front door and apartment doors are easy, no keys to misplace. Bathrooms modern&spacious walk-in shower. Good bed&beautiful large common patio area with seaview for the apts. Old town 10-15min walk. Take the street sidewalk to the old town, at the big watchtower take the steps to the old town. Steps are part of the Dubrov experience. This is a welcome quiet place around otherwise busy Dubrovnik. Quiet patio area to enjoy, mornings and evenings. Thanks for a nice stay Miljenko and Bozena! And Paco, the fun dog! Bakery, bar & supermarket are about 5min of steps down to the street. Most apartments in Croatia have electric hot water boilers for the hot water, if it runs out,. the next person will have to wait 10-15 min for new water to heat up. Not a problem.
• Nitya (10/5): Comfortable for a short stay! - The common space courtyard was beautiful, as were the views. The apartment was very modernly furnished and clean. Easy check in access. Location was great too, very central. The walk up to it is brutal. We only had carry on’s but can imagine how difficult it would be for people with mobility issues or with checked bags. Regardless, the view was worth the hike.
• Marcin (10/5): Idealne miejsce👌👌 - Obiekt bardzo ładny i czysty, do starego miasta 5min spacerkiem. Apartamenty wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne. Piękny taras i roślinność. Fajnie można spędzić wieczór lub zjeść śniadanie z widokiem na morze i stare miasto. Właściciel bardzo pomocny, konkretny i miły. Przywiózł nas i odwiózł na lotnisko, pomimo, ze loty były późną nocą. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić obiekt, w szczególności na krótsze wypady. Jak będę się wybierał do jeszcze do Dubrownika na citybreake, to na pewno tam wrócę. Nie było takiej rzeczy

• David (9/5): Great views and value for Dubrovnik - Very modern room, lovely bathroom. Shared Courtyard area is also very nice, with lovely views and vegetation. There is quite a steep climb form the old town but that is expected being up on a hill.

Die liebevoll mit vielen Pflanzen gepflegte Terrasse zum Verweilen und Essen. Der sehr gastfreundliche Vermieter hat uns mit vielen nützlichen Tipps für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt bestens beraten. Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung würden wir die Unterkunft auf Grund der viel n Stiegen nicht empfehlen.

Przepiękny duży taras na którym jadłysmy śniadanka z widokiem na morze i stare miasto Dubrownika największym autem apartamentów . Przemili gospodarze, zawsze pomocni, nie było problemów gdy potrzebowaliśmy dodatkowe ręczniki np czy po prostu pogadać każdego ranka ;) Kawa , herbata, kosmetyki , płyn micelarny, waciki, balsam do ciała, dezodorant - wszystko czego potrzebujesz gdy podróżujesz bez bagażu ja miejscu ! Apartament bardzo czysty , modny, odnowiony , wszystko top ! Przewyższył nasze oczekiwania. Taki standard w niskiej cenie, niesamowite! Czuliśmy się jak w domu! Highly recommend!!!!! Awesome place , awesome people ;)
• Julia 1982 (10/5): Romantyczny taras - Pobyt bardzo udany. Przesympatyczny gospodarz, bardzo uprzejmy oraz pomocny. Ogromne wrażenie zrobił taras. Roślinność oraz dbałość o przytulną atmosferę przez właścicieli, wraz z przepięknym widokiem na Fort Lovrijenac sprawił, że poranna kawa była cudownym rozpoczęciem dnia . Wieczorami taras ma bardzo romantyczną atmosferę , którą podbija oświetlenie wraz z wygodnymi fotelami bujanymi. W pokoju aneks kuchenny z pełnym wyposażeniem. Wygodne łóżko. Tv z netflix, prime video itp. Kosmetyki do kąpieli, zmywania makijażu oraz balsam do ciała dostępny w łazience ( bardzo przydatne jeżeli chcesz przyjechać tylko z małym bagarzem/plecakiem). Bliskość centrum i bardzo łatwe dojście do I z twierdzy Lovrijenac oraz samego starego miasta. Bardzo blisko sklep oraz piekarnia.

Dojście do apartamentu ulicą "z góry" i "z dołu" - ubiera lepiej zamówić od góry, bo z dołu już jest strefa Starego Miasta. Przydałby się stolik nocny po obu stronach łóżka, a nie po jednej. Brakuje haczyków w łazience.

La ubicación es muy buena, permite llegar caminando fácilmente a las principales atracciones y al casco histórico. La habitación estaba muy limpia, cómoda y bien equipada. El lugar es tranquilo, ideal para descansar después de un día de turismo. Sin duda, una muy buena opción para hospedarse en Dubrovnik. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

• christine (10/5): Fabuleux - Tout est fabuleux dans cet endroit, la vue, la terrasse avec un magnifique jardin, la chambre moderne et confortable avec la possibilité de cuisiner quand vous avez marcher toute la journée et que le soir sur la terrasse vous êtes aussi bien là et puis les propriétaires sont charmants. Nous avons goûté à des olives production locales qui me resteront longtemps en bouche ! Je recommande vivement Ce n est pas que je n ai pas aimé, c est juste qu il faut pouvoir monter quelques marches car la résidence est sur les hauteurs.

• Sonja (7/5): Odotukset eivät aivan täyttyneet - Hyvä sijainti. Terassialue oli kiva, ja sieltä oli hienot näkymät. Onneksi muut majoittujat vinkkasivat kattoterassista jolle pääsi pikku portaita pitkin, muuten olisin missannut sen. Kylppäri tilava, ja hyvin varusteltu. Majoittajat jäivät täysin kasvottomaksi ja persoonattomaksi. En tiedä, kohtasinko heitä kahden yön majoitukseni aikana?! Tervehdin kyllä näkemiäni henkilöitä. Jäin kaipaamaan jotain henkilökohtaisempaa kontaktia kuin pelkät tulo-ohjeet. En saanut vastausta lähtöpäivää edeltävänä aamuna viestillä esittämääni kysymykseen paikallisliikenteestä (bussien reittikartat ovat vähän haastavia lukea). Huone oli hieman kummallinen, sängyn ohi kylppäriin oli ahdas kulkea ja baarijakkaroilta puuttui pöytä. Laskutilaa ei ollut tarpeeksi, huonetta voisi hyödyntää paremmin hyllyillä, koukuilla. Näitä ei ollut yhtään, ei kylppärin pyyhkeillekään. Ovet eivät eristä ääntä juurikaan. Kun naapurihuoneessa keskusteltiin, sain selvää jopa sanoista. Eli korvatulpat mukaan.

• Paulina (7/5): - - bardzo ładny widok z tarasu - szybka reakcja właścicielki na pytania/prośby - klimatyzacja w pokoju - czystość łóżka oraz łazienki [w minusach pisze o pleśni w szafie] - miłym zaskoczeniem było codzienne posłanie łóżka oraz codzienna wymiana wszystkich ręczników - bliskość sklepu spożywczego - pleśń w szafie i zapach stęchlizny - jeśli ktoś nastawia się na przygotowywanie śniadań to w moim pokoju aneks kuchenny był ultra mikroskopijny, bardzo niefunkcjonalny. Trochę szkoda że nie było więcej miejsca. Ale na samo zrobienie kawy miejsca starczy ;) - nie wiem jak inne pokoje ale w moim słychać było wszystko co działo się na zewnątrz. Niestety dźwięki sprzątania, rozmów, robienia prania itp dochodziły do nas od bardzo wczesnych godzin porannych [czasem 5 czy 6 rano, a wiadomo że na wakacjach każdy chce chwilę dłużej pospać] dla mnie to był duży minus i powodował permanentne niewyspanie.

• Ernest (9/5): Beautiful spot in a quiet location. - Apartment was clean and well appointed. The patio and terrace were lovely with a great view over the old town. The host, Miljenko, was hospitable and helpful. The location was somewhat away from anything, but there were a good local restaurant, bar and bakery nearby. The apartment could have used some more shelf space and there were a good number of stairs to the entrance. Not for the mobility limited.

La atencion personalizada de Miljenko&Bozena quienes nos ayudaron con el equipaje en subir y bajar las largas escaleras, tratandse de dos personas de 74 años, y nos invitaron con una copa de vino y buñuelos de zucchini de bienvenida, y Miljenko se ofrecio a estacionar el auto en un parking Visitar Dubrovnik significa estar preparado para subir y bajar muchas escaleras, y por el costo del parking, si Uno esta en la zona del Centro Historico no conviene ir con auto

• Tina (10/5): - I was in Dubrovnik for business, therefore this apartment suited me perfectly. Located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood yet just steps (though many of them) from the old town. Loved the large bathroom, all of the amenities, a large comfortable bed, the fact that they cooled down my room before the arrival and the efficient communication before the arrival. Would gladly stay there again. I would have struggled to cook in that small kitchen had I come for a longer vacation, but I didn't and I didn't need to cook, so no issue for me.
• Gonçalo_91 (10/5): - O Anfitrião foi muito prestável, estava constantemente a oferecer ajuda e sempre preocupado em saber se precisávamos de alguma coisa. Relativamente ao quarto superou as expectativas pelo conforto e bem como é muito superior ao demonstrado nas fatos, pelo menos na nossa opinião. Quanto à localização é próximo do centro da cidade e de paragens de autocarros. Por fim, a companhia do Paco (o cão do anfitrião) que andava a passear pelo jardim foi o ponto que falta para tornar a experiência super acolhedora. Nada a apontar.
• PCCF (7/5): - O espaço exterior estava muito ciidado e tinha mesas e cadeiras para podermos apreciar a vista e do clima. Colchão era muito mole. Não ter microndas. E o espaço da "cozinha" não era muito funcional.
• Ambra (8/5): - Habitación moderna, con baño reformado. Muy bonita y acogedora la terraza con vistas al mar. Los dueños son muy amables y atentos, además tienen un perrito adorable! La habitación me pareció muy oscura ya que no llega mucha luz natural. No había sitio para apoyar la mochila o la maleta y muy incomodo para cocinar cualquier cosa.
• MoisesPerez (9/5): Apartamentos con una gran ubicación , modernos y de gustos exquisitos - Apartamento moderno , muy cerca del Old Town , personal muy amable , objetos de baña fabulosos , había de todo y con gusto exquisito , la ducha espectacular , funciona por botones , la cama muy cómoda , y la entrada y salida cómoda , si vuelvo a Dubrovnik volvería a este apartamento. Pues no tengo mucho que decir que no me gustara , quizás los casi cien escalones que hay que subir para llegar , y que en el baño no hubiera perchas para colgar las toallas.

• Sampson (7/5): Needs to be more organised - Room was adequate, outdoor area was very charming Arrived at the location, no one to let us in. The cleaning lady that came to help us was very nice. After many attempts to contact the owners of the property, we eventually got in contact. Instructions were sent via message, which did not open with my wifi. I had to log into the apartment free wifi, which was not available until we were inside the locked gate. Very stressful start to our stay.
• Florencia (10/5): - Excelente, cuenta con autocheck-in muy cómodo con cocina completa, baño y habitación amplia con desayunador. A menos de 10min del centro caminando, próximo a una parada de bus. Si bien tiene escaleras para llegar es muy accesible.

• Sarah (10/5): Great place to stay, good hosts and fab location - Brilliant stay, would absolutely recommend this place. Hosts were lovely. Smooth airport pick up, lovely hotel with good supply of tea, coffee and toiletries. Not to mention the well kept courtyard for breakfast and drinks. And the lovely Baku the Pomeranian for pets and plays!

• Ellie (9/5): - Great location. Fantastic room with entrance via a pin - very easy. Even though our pin was wrong, this was resolved fast by the owners. Lovely bathroom, comfortable bed and great aircon. We slept really well. Would recommend completely!! Some hooks for towels would be a great addition :-)
• lolygf (10/5): Nice apartement and well located - The room was very clean. The communication with the host was super good and they give you all the info for the self check in (super easy). The common terrace was great to have breakfast or chill a bit. It's like 15 min walk to the Old City.
• Danielle (8/5): Goede locatie, prima appartement - Net buiten het centrum, uit de drukte van de stad. Een gezamenlijke binnentuin waar je kunt zitten. Appartement is ruim, mooi ingericht en schoon. Ingang van het appartement is de eerste keer lastig te vinden, zit verscholen achter 2 deuren. Bereikbaar middels een lange trap. The room is very clean and they have a very beautiful garden with beach view which is so peaceful to sit and relax. You will also meet a cute little dog who is very friendly. Overall the best stay we ever have come a-crossed. You should just go for it!

A comunicação foi rápida e muito boa, foram sempre muito gentis, amáveis e generosos criando uma experiência única. Será um local que voltarei a ficar numa próxima viagem a Dubrovnik. • Erika (10/5): Ritorneremo,Milijenko sarà oramai il nostro riferimento croato - L’appartamento è praticamente a due passi da porta Pile,si raggiunge facilmente a piedi dal punto in cui lo shuttle bus dell’aeroporto si ferma(distanza aeroporto/appartamento di circa 20 minuti) percorrendo una strada in lieve salita,vi si arriva salendo una scala comoda e non faticosa.Pur essendo così magnificamente vicino al centro storico è isolato e silenzioso,dispone di 5 appartamenti perfettamente arredati,che si affacciano tutti su una veranda graziosissima la cui vista mare non dimenticherete facilmente,in veranda c’è un tavolo,diversi tavolini,un dondolo,un pergolato che fa tanta ombra e tante piante curatissime,sarà una coccola farvi colazione,leggere o semplicemente star li a guardare il mare e le mura del centro storico dall’alto,non sarete disturbati da alcun rumore,ne di auto ne di vicini,c è un silenzio rotto solo dal canto degli uccellini.L’appartamento è nuovo,fresco(aria condizionata già accesa all’arrivo),letto grande e ultra comodo,pulizia impeccabile,nella stanza e’presente un’isola con piano ad induzione,lavabo,cassetto con posate ed altro,piccolo frigo con freezer(due bottiglie di acqua naturale ad accoglierci),bollitore,piatti,bicchieri,tazze,cestino con l’occorrente per un caffè in polvere,zucchero ed altro,che dire del bagno?meraviglioso,nuovissimo,box doccia grande e ultra moderno,cambio teli giornaliero e ad accogliervi una cesta con dentro tutto ciò che potrà essere utile per il soggiorno (crema idratante corpo di due tipi,dischetti struccanti con tonico viso,cotton fiocc,assorbenti,crema mani/piedi ,balsamo shampoo,bagno doccia,schiuma da barba ed altro)vi assicuro che per chi viaggia come noi solo con zaino in spalla è stata veramente gradita.Da casa si raggiunge a piedi qualsiasi punto di interesse,percorrendo la scala che ti porta in strada raggiungi una delle vie principali sulla quale troverete Panificio,Market,locali per la colazione(Tata’s Restaurant),fermata autobus,a 700 metri una spiaggia. • Ueberbach (10/5): Top - Fijne ligging, heel net appartement met een heel fijn schoon bed. Jammer dat er geen bijbehorende parkeerplekken waren maar er was gelukkig een parkeergarage op steenworp afstand.

Vi stortrivdes, og vertene var veldig behjelpelige og hyggelige! Leiligheten var godt utstyrt, det var rent og vi hadde alt vi trengte!☺️ Uteplassen var også et stort pluss!✨

Klimatyzacja, ręczniki, aneks kuchenny z wyposażeniem, kawa, herbata, kosmetyki w łazience. Wymiana ręczników i sprzątanie. A na powitanie na stole owoce, a w lodówce zimne piwo i woda. Widok z tarasu...bezcenny.

Note for all they don't have parking, because we had a hire car I was sure this was an option when we made the booking however was advised the day before we arrived it was not.

• Renata (10/5): - Krásné ubytování kousek od centra, s překrásným výhledem, jednoduše a vkusně zařízený pokoj s výhledem do rozkvetlé zahrady. Velmi milý a pozorný majitel se o nás staral jako o vlastní :-) Nic nám nechybělo. Velmi jsem ocenila koupelnu vybavenou košíkem s veškerými kosmetickými potřebami. A jako bonus úžasný pes majitelů, který nám často dělal společnost. Moc doporučujeme, rádi se vrátíme!
• Maria Dolores (9/5): - El Apartamento estaba muy limpio y era muy confortable, el anfitrión siempre dispuesto a hacerte la estancia más cómoda. Tienen un patio en el cual es muy agradable desayunar o tomar cual cosa puesto que estaba muy cuidado. Estaba situado a diez minutos andando de la ciudad amurallada, teniendo en cuenta los precios de los alojamientos dentro de la muralla, estaba muy bien. La zona era muy segura, con supermercado y panadería. Volvería sin dudarlo. Nos dimos cuenta que había otros apartamentos que la cocina estaba mas apartada y separada de la zona de la cama, lo hubieramos preferido puesto que hubiera resultado más cómodo.....pero teniendo en cuenta que solo realizábamos el desayuno no nos importó demasiado.

• Shirley (10/5): A great place to stay in a very beatiful city with great people. - A very nice room in a great courtyard setting with lots for flowers and plants. The patio area was good for sitting and enjoying the evening views. Room was clean and comfortable with a small kitche area. The host was fantastic and went above and beyond in his service. He carried our bags up all the stairs to his place after he picked us up at the airport late at night. Apartment is located an easy walk to old town Dubrovnik. We didn't dislike it so much as one should be aware that there are a lot of stairs, up and down, to go anywhere because Dubrovnik is very steep and hilly.

Recomendo a 100% É verdade que é preciso subir algumas escadas para chegar, mas em Dubrovnik isso é normal! Já para não falar da magnífica vista que o terraço proporciona aos hóspedes! Limpo , com todas as comodidades! Incrível!
• Carolina Danieletto (10/5): Espetacular - INCRÍVEL! Melhor experiencia em hospedagem. Os anfitriões nos fizeram sentir acolhidas o tempo todo. Nós ajudaram a achar estacionamento, nos passaram todas as informações sobre a cidade. São pessoas muito gentis. A acomodação é super linda, cama e travesseiro super confortáveis, chuveiro ótimo, varanda lindíssima e bem cuidada. Ainda tinha o Paco (o cachorrinho) para alegrar nossa estadia! Amei e recomendo demais.

• fabienne (10/5): tres bon séjour dans un appartement tres sympa - la situation : proche du centre historique sans y être collé (donc quartier calme) avec une supérette, un restaurant et une boulangerie à 2 pas la propreté : nickel rien à redire la fonctionnalité : présence de bouilloire, assiette, couverts, petite terrasse très joliment fleurie pour prendre le petit dej facilité d'accès : avec un code envoyé le matin On n'y peut rien Dubrovnik est ainsi fait mais il faut monter les marches pour y accéder. ou alors arriver du haut de l'escalier et les descendre (mon chauffeur d'Uber m'a laissée en haut, + facile de descendre la valise que de la monter)
