- Katja (8/5): Great long weekend stay - Modern, comfortable and clean beds, good location, free parking, good amenities Overall it was clean, however could do with a deep clean under furniture / in couch. We found hair on the floor and shower. We also found a sewing needle on the couch (so glad we saw it before the kids did or someone got hurt!!)

Waste of - Apartment and location was great A water bottle lid and biscuit crumbs were left on the floor next to bed in master. Lipstick stain on one of the bath towels and quite a bit of rubbish under cushions in lounge room.

- Ilona (10/5): Besser geht nicht 👍🏻 - Das war unsere absolute Lieblingsunterkunft. Leider waren wir nur 3 Nächte dort, da wir dann wieder weiter gereist sind. Wunderschöne Ausstattung, großzügige Küche mit Wohn- und Essbereich. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Alles war sehr sauber. Toller Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt. Tolle Balkonmöbel. Alles Top 👍🏻 Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

- O'Regan (7/5): A comfortable stay in a well-equipped apartment. - This apartment had everything you could need — a great 2-bed, 2-bath setup with a smart layout. There’s a fantastic wine bar with delicious food right downstairs, and it’s just a short stroll to the beach (though not directly beachfront). The apartment itself was comfortable and well set up, but we were disappointed to find it was listed as beachfront when it’s actually one street back from the beach. We stayed in apartment 305, which faces away from the water. Everything else was fine overall, though it would’ve been nice to have a few more basic supplies provided — like extra toilet rolls.

Honestly the best mattress I've ever slept on while travelling (that means a lot!) Ducted aircon was amazing and easy to adjust in each room. Not a 'dislike' at all - but be aware there is a lot of hard surfaces, so you will hear the conversations of everyone out in living spaces (even on a different floor). If the kids are playing, the sound will echo.

Delighted with the location - on the fringe of the city, close to shops and cafes, best part was being so close to the coastal walk heading north or south. Will be back! Nothing to fault!

This was our first holiday with our 3 month old and the block out blinds made day naps so easy in the second bedroom! We didn’t stay longer!

The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the fridge was awesome. Parking spaces are very tight for cars. Its not the owners fault, its the developers. They are well positioned and easy to get to, just not practical for big cars

Called ahead and they quickly made arrangements to pick up keys from a lock box (from a nearby property, not at Rise). Parking was great. All the appliances (including a Dyson vacuum) were very high quality. So spacious and beautiful. Quite expensive for one night but if staying for longer at a better price, would definitely be worth it. Was promised a free upgrade to an ocean view apartment but the key received was to an apartment that did not have an ocean view.

- Leeca (10/5): Exceptional - Stunning views overlooking Maroochydore. Close to restaurants, beaches and shops. The apartment had everything we needed. Pool was only a largish plunge size pool so not great if you wanted to swim. However there is a patrolled beach across the road.
- Bernadette (8/5): Lovely apartment close to the beach - This is beautiful location with ocean views. The apartment has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms. We thought there might be a compendium in the apartment telling us how to use the tv. We were unable to access Netflix and were not sure if this was offered. The cost for the two bedroom apartment is more expensive than comparable ones overlooking the water in Maroochydore. As with a previous stay with Veuve, there were no directions as how to open the gates in the car park. There was no bin for bottles in the garage that we could find even asking a local resident. It would help to have this specified on the letter provided upon key collection. It was not possible at 7:15am to put the keys back at Veuve as the Rise keys we had did not open the entrance.
