- Angela (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, safe, comfortable and central. Will definitely stay here again for a more - The property is very centrally located, and close to most things by walking. The suite had everything that I needed; a kitchen, air conditioning, hot water, drinking water, wifi and a comfortable bed. There was no TV, which wasn’t a problem for me but some may see this as a disadvantage.
- Robin (9/5): - My apartment was large clean and quiet. The location is excellent for the price you pay. Ten minutes walk to the Beach ⛱️, and the beach is very quiet. Ten minutes walk to the Sirene Supermarket which is well stocked. Bars and restaurants are closed and you can walk around at night. I had a gas hob and a fridge which is good for small meals. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I arrived by bus, and you can walk to the station. Uber is very patchy. You can't rely on it here, yet. There really isn't anything not to like here!

- Lu Silva Malladot (10/5): - Nilaya siempre estuvo disponible y atenta a todo, ¡súper amable! La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro: puedes salir caminando a todos lados y es muy seguro. El complejo también es muy tranquilo, con cámaras de seguridad, lo que da mucha confianza. Alquilamos una pasola y no tuvimos ningún problema para dejarla allí. La habitación era cómoda y tal cual se ve en las fotos. Al principio no había agua caliente, pero Nilaya lo solucionó enseguida. No hay nada mala que decir.

- Jean-pierre (10/5): Un séjour de 12 nuits inoubliables, toute les personnes rencontrés on été très courtoises - Le petit déjeuner était non compris, l'appartement est pourvu de tout le nécessaire, pour se préparer les repas. L'emplacement parfait pour aller faire des courses ainsi qu'a la plage. Les résidents des appartements très respectueux. Séjour très agréable adresse a retenir. Nous étions deux familles à occuper 3 appartements, chacun de nous ont apprécier le séjour dans ce lieux. Rien nous avons passer un séjour très agréable.

Majoittaja varmisti vielä ennen saapumistamme, että olimme lukeneen majapaikan kuvauksen tarkasti. Majoittaja piti meihin yhteyttä ja antoi jo ennakkoon hyviä neuvoja. Saavuimme yöllä ja avain löytyi koodilukon takaa. Paikka oli meidän tarpeisiin täydellinen. Voin lämpimästi suositella paikkaa. Toivottavasti pääsen vielä joskus perheeni kanssa heidän vieraakseen.

- Romane (9/5): Excellent séjour, n’hésitez pas une seconde. - Super appartement, très bien équipé, très propre et fonctionnel. Eau chaude et ventilateurs, pas négligeable. Super localisation à proximité de tout. Manfred s’est montré très réactif à nos besoins et demandes. Foncez les yeux fermés. Peu de débit d’eau (comme partout ici) rien de grave.
- claudia (8/5): - Curat,locație bună,comunicare buna cu gazda Sistemul de plata ar trebui îmbunătățit,eventual direct prin booking sau cash la cazare.Cand mi s-a cerut sa fac plata am făcut-o prin una dintre metodele de plata acceptate,transfer bancar..Doar ca banii nu s-au văzut imediat in cont si in ziua cazării eram pe punctul de a nu putea sa ne cazam,cu toate ca plătisem.Daca nu intrau banii exact in ziua de checkin,probabil ca trebuia sa ne luam alta cazare deoarece proprietara nu a vrut sa ne cazeze pana nu I se vad banii in cont,cu toate ca trimisesem dovada plății.

I spent five weeks in the Dominican Republic visiting many cities, and this is the only apartment during my entire trip that surprised me very positively based on the description on Booking.com. The apartment is very well equipped, clean, nice, and well maintained.. The owner is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend it.

- Alejandro (10/5): La mejor estancia de nuestro viaje hasta ahora. - Todo nos gustó mucho! La ubicación es bastante central, en una zona segura y muy tranquila a pesar de la cercanía con la calle principal. La casa está muy bien equipada, tiene cocina con todo lo necesario para cocinar por unos días, ventiladores y aire acondicionado, la cama estuvo súper cómoda, pero lo mejor de todo fue la ducha, temperatura y presión perfectas. En la terraza hay 2 lavadoras una automática y la otra manual, bastante prácticas y para viajeros de largo recorrido o Backpackers como nosotros fue una bendición. Sinceramente la mejor estadía de nuestro viaje hasta el momento.

La proprietaria è molto cordiale e ti può aiutare ad organizzare le giornate. Il parcheggio non è incluso però molto vicino c'è un supermercato dove si può parcheggiare gratuitamente.

- Natacha (6/5): - Propreté et confort de l'appartement équipé avec douche chaude, cuisine, machine à laver... En plein centre ville donc proche de tout. Emplacement très bruyant car proche du centre ville et de la route de jour comme de nuit ( bruit circulation et chiens dans la résidence), difficile de se reposer et dormir. La porte d'entrée de l'immeuble est fermée constamment , il n'y a que un seul trousseau de clef donc difficile quand on est plusieurs de s'organiser pour gérer les entrées-sorties...et en cas de problème, on se sent " enfermés" par la grille qui ne s'ouvre pas de l'intérieur sans clef. On a trouvé ça dangereux ( incendie, incident ..) pour évacuer.

- Michael (8/5): Convenient location at a reasonable price - We enjoyed the fact that although the property is relatively close to the street, it is quiet, peaceful and safe. It is close to everything you need in town and not too far to the beach. Very responsive and friendly host I misread the description and thought all of the rooms have AC. There are fans so that is still ok this time of year. Just read the room description carefully and you will know what to expect
- Adam (7/5): Decent place for non-demanding people, but there is room for improvement - - Good location - walking distance to supermarkets, shops, bars and a beach - Laundry machine available for guests - The hosts were friendly and professional. - Clean and cozy. - Overall, a nice place for a short stay. - Kitchen equipment (pots, cutlery, etc.) is not in the best condition (e.g. scratched, rusted, etc.) and should be replaced. Also, it was not very well equipped, e.g. no large knife, no large frying pan, etc. - Most of the kitchen equipment was dirty, including some pots with burnt stuff on them. I had to clean everything before using it. - It can be loud from the neighbors or the street. This combined with no air conditioning in my room (I knew about this before booking), squeaky fan and open windows at night makes it difficult to sleep if someone has a light sleep. - Internet connection - most of the time it was fine, but there were moments where it slowed down drastically and mobile hotspot was a better choice. If you need a stable connection (e.g. for work), keep that in mind. It uses Starlink.

The place is very clean and well maintained in and out.It is also quiet considering it's central location.I was here for over 3 weeks. I have been to the DR 20 times in the last 13 years.This is the best $50 a night I ever spent.......well on a room anyway. All was great!!

It’s clear that they really care and put thought into the details. It had everything I needed and would be a great place for a longer stay. Just know that you have to walk a little bit to the beaches, but it’s very easy to navigate. Overall an excellent apartment and great value! Nothing
