Sie ist höflich, kommunikativ und versucht, deinen Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, auch wenn sie nicht persönlich vor Ort ist. Kontaktiere sie einfach per SMS und sie wird dir immer so gut wie möglich helfen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. • FİLİZ (7/5): - Daire temizdi büyük bir balkonu vardı Banyo yaparken her yer ıslanıyordu ne perde vardı ne duşakabin. Apartmana girdik dakikalarca bekledik bağırdık çağırdık en sonunda biri geldi o da sadece arnavutça biliyordu derdimizi anlatana kadar çok yorulduk. Odaya dahi geçmeden elimizde bavullarla hemen odanın parasını istedi hiç hoş değildi.
• Guest (10/5): Esperienza ottima - Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito, profumato, appena entri si sentono i profumi dei fiori del giardino. Sia la figlia che la proprietaria dell’appartamento sono state molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno aiutato quando avevamo bisogno. Persone solari e buone!! L’appartamento è situato in un’ottima posizione, la spiaggia è raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi, sotto l’appartamento c’è un ristorante, ci sono vari supermercati nelle vicinanze. Gode di una bellissima vista sulla città. Esperienza ottima!! Ci verremo sicuramente di nuovo!!

• Beáta (9/5): Kényelmes, komfortos, tiszta és jó áron volt foglalható! - We were welcomed by a kind lady! Out of the three apartments on the upper floor, we received the one facing the back yard and the mussel farming lake. It was clean, had comfortable beds, and a large terrace. The air conditioning worked well. The fridge was also spacious enough, and the stove was easy to use. We had no complaints about the internet either—it worked perfectly. Although the bathroom was relatively small, we quickly got used to it and had no issues using it. The only shortcomings were in the kitchen equipment. However, upon request, the lady managing the apartment was able to bring us some extra mugs and glasses. We had to get our own kitchen towel, wooden spoon, dish soap, and sponge, as these were not included in the equipment. Unfortunately, there was no microwave, but we managed just fine without it. We were always able to coordinate the room cleaning, which was done every three days, so we didn’t disturb each other. Luckily, there are shops and excellent restaurants and cafés nearby, offering delicious and affordable meals. We were always able to find parking close to the apartment. The apartment building is located on one of Ksamil’s hills, a bit farther from the town and the main road, in a nice environment. That’s why it’s quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Still, the vibrant town is just a 10-15 minute walk away. The nicer and calmer beaches were about a 25–30-minute walk, so we usually reached them by car. Thank you very much for the pleasant hospitality! The better beaches are a bit farther from the apartment. /A jobb tengerpartok kissé messzebb vannak tőle.

Also the air con covered just 1 of the 2 rooms. The toilet was not flushing properly and we were 3 people. The lady didn't speak English but she was very nice and helpful
