• Maya (7/5): Good, budget accommodation - Self contained apartment in a block of flats on outskirts of Marrakech, gated access and parking. Fairly spacious. Bit dated but I wasn't expecting luxury at this price. Very helpful host. Good, budget accommodation. Bit dated. The kitchen would do with a kettle and a few more bits and bobs. Lack of shower enclosure or at least curtain is a bit of a problem especially for those with long hair.

La limpieza era excepcional, tenias todo lo que necesitabas para tu estancia. Quiero añadir que el anfitrión se adaptó a mi hora de llegada y fue muy muy amable. Hay parking dentro de la urbanización.

• Patrick (10/5): - L'accueil de Hassan, disponible, très attentionné. L'appartement se situe a 15min du centre dans une résidence calme et surveillé avec parking. Je conseil de le contacter avant d'arriver car pas facile de trouver le logement la 1er fois. Merci pour tout Hassan, elle a apprécié le bouquet de roses. ❤️

• Leanne2915 (10/5): A great traditional apartment - Lovely apartment, spacious and in a lovely local area, friendly neighbours and nice shops and cafes a short walk away. Lovely host and is on hand to help with anything.

• Muhammad (9/5): excellent value for money, calm and peaceful stay and super friendly caring and responsive host - Location is not far off from central places, but do require public transport, car etc but convenient local eateries around plus hammam, spa, barber , local grocery shop very humble courteous and attentive host to cater for all needs. Requested for heater, promptly delivered, quick and easy check out plus a bonus of late check out in case of late flight on check out day. Can do with upgrading the apartment to modern standard - but a minor- probably for host to consider in future

• Imranahmed1124 (10/5): Host + apartment excellent - Mr Hasan is a fantastic host. He took care of me and my needs from beginning to the end. Every time I needed anything he was just a call/ text away. The apartment is nice and well presented The location is approx 10km away from Medina. It is an approx 1 hour bus ride, but Mr Hasan sourced me a scooter for rent and that turned into a 25 minute journey.
• Leanne2915 (9/5): Lovely authentic stay. - This apartment is spacious, well equipped and traditionally Moroccan and our stay was enjoyed. Lovely host and very welcoming and easy to communicate with. On a residential neighborhood so you get a really true feeling of Marrakesh away from the medina and main streets. Taxi is easy. Shops nearby very well stocked for essentials. A very enjoyable and happy stay. Thankyou. We have no complaints
• Steven (10/5): Clean, spacious, safe, and affordable apartment in Marrakech - Excellent host! Hassan is very kind and responds quickly. Best to contact him through Whatsapp with the number provided on this site. The apartment was spacious (2 bedrooms) and clean. Free and safe parking in the guarded compound. There is a grocery store and shops within walking distance. We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of our trip and then one night at the end. This apartment would be perfect if Wifi was provided. We did come prepared by purchasing data access through an e-SIM.
• Sohail (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed with family, the accommodation very comfortable, safe and quiet. The host (Hassan very helpful with providing taxis and local information. The grocery and other shops are nearby. Shower area too small, not enough utensils in the kitchen and not enough pillow covers if you want to stay more than a few days. Taxi difficult to find if you try to find taxi yourself.

• Marek (3/5): Would be ok if cleaner and without cockroaches - Responsive host, 2 bathrooms Far from centre (30 minutes by car), not cleanest, it had cockroaches in the kitchen.
• Frenchiechindo (5/5): ELECTRICITY ISSUE - It is situated in a very quiet area. The host was really nice, letting us know about the better Taxi options and very patient when the airport transfer taxi that we booked with booking.com fought him due to the difficulty in finding the property. There is a supermarket nearby. As well, within 15 minutes of walking, there is a small town centre where you can find bakery, restaurants and even electronic shops. There was no power at the property! The host told us it was the first time that it ever happened, but it is really unacceptable not to have electricity. Be careful on this! It is hard to go anywhere, you would typically have to spend around MAD 70 for one trip to the centre of the city.
• Mohammed (1/5): Bad - Hi I emailed you before no one was at the apartment,I have a disability.i waited for an hour no one there and no one was answering the phone,so I was stranded and had to look for a another apartment at the last minute. And that cost me an arm and a leg. I deserve a refund. Because no one was there.
• Ruben (9/5): Really cozy stay with all the essentials in a gated community - It was a two bedroom apartment and for the price it was amazing. It is cozy and the art and decorations are beautiful. There are two toilets which makes it more convenient. The community was gated so only residents patrolled the area and there are local cafes and street vendors around the corner. Washing machine included. Just be very careful with the shower because if you don’t hold the shower by hand you could splash water all over the bathroom

Guarded car park/whole area. Friendly & helpful neighbours. Very quiet and shady. Two toilets. Two bedrooms. Big front room, fully equipped. Fresh flowers for a warm welcome. Washing machine Not enough bed linens, the available is synthetic, not cotton. Kitchen: for 2 people not enough plates, pans, etc. No kitchen towel. No wi-fi No gps data, difficult address (for taxi etc.)
