• Cristina (10/5): Limpieza, ubicación y la anfitriona muy sinpatica y atenta - La limpieza de los baños, y que tuviese dos baños con solo 3 habitaciones me pareció genial, la ubicación cerca del casco antiguo y al lado un centro comercial con muchas tiendas y supermercado El recoger la llave que estaba un poco lejos del alojamiento si vas en coche es difícil de aparcar para recogerla, pero cuando haces el check-out puedes dejar la llave en la habitación

• Juan Carlos (3/5): Mucho que mejorar, no volveremos - La ubicación es muy buena, aparcamiento alrededor, a 15 minutos del centro andando. Los cuartos de baño compartidos estaban bien. Humedad en las paredes La limpieza, había chapas de cerveza en la habitación, se vio que no limpiaron en profundidad y el armario estaba pegajoso. La insonoridad, había una habitación al lado que la persona que se alojaba roncaba y se escuchaba como si estuviera en nuestro dormitorio, de hecho no nos dejó dormir en toda la noche.
• Guest (3/5): Convivencia con gente q no conoces. - Papel higienico un rollo para toda la estancia y dos personas. No hacen la limpieza del baño diariamente.
• Marta (3/5): Camas incómodas, y muy sucio - Que no se escuchaba nada y era bastante tranquilo. Es un piso adaptado al turismo así que tiene cocina y los baños estaban reformados. La habitación con dos camas tiene una cama cómoda y otra incomodisima con colchón de muelle, somier ridículo que parece se va a desarmar en cualquier momento y una almohada dura como una piedra. O sea que no pude dormir en las dos noches que me quedé allí porque la cama era realmente incomodisima. La verdad que me parece una vergüenza que se tenga que pagar por dormir en una cama que parece acaban de recoger de la calle. Además cuando llegamos ni habían limpiado, estaba todo el suelo lleno de pelos y nos tuvimos que poner a barrer. Otra cosa que deberían de avisar de antemano es que las llaves hay que ir a recogerlas a otro punto con lo que se pierde un montón de tiempo. Vaya que para el precio, las condiciones del alojamiento me parecieron indignantes.
• Enrique (5/5): Recoges las llaves muy lejos del alojamiento. - No hubo nada destacable que me gustara, lo mejor que tiene es el precio Tuve que recoger las llaves a más de 15 minutos del alojamiento y se escucha todo. Además todos los días a partir de las 10 de la mañana entran a hacer la limpieza de la casa y no tienen nada de cuidado con el ruido, me despertaron todos los días.

• Sixto Javier (7/5): ractica, y en condiciones decentes. - Lo bien equipada que estaba la cocina, los electrodomésticos en condiciones, la conexión wifi gratuita, la localización al lado de un centro comercial La lavadora no lava bien y deja la ropa escurriendo, no centrifuga ni aunque ponga un centrifugado adicional. Los baños tienen desperfectos que hay que reparar. La habitación en la que me quede no es apta para 2 camas, poco espacio. Esencial para dormir y trabajar.

• Daria (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment and room has everything you might need. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, pots, cutlery, and other utensils. You’ll also find an open space for drying clothes, as well as an iron available for use. Unfortunately, we were given room, which had visible mold on every wall. The smell of dampness and mold was strong and made it difficult to stay in the room. Although we had planned a 2-night stay, we were unable to spend the second night due to the mold (no other issues in the room or apartment). To their credit, the staff did their best to help – they tried to arrange an alternative room elsewhere and eventually agreed to refund us for the second night. We then had to find accommodation in another hostel.

• Georgia (5/5): No heating, shared bathroom with strangers, key pickup far from actual stay. - I had to get the keys from a location that was over a 10 minute walk from where we were actually staying. There was no heating so it was freezing. Keep in mind it is a shared bathroom, with no way to know who you're sharing with. The walls had lots of water damage.

• Ericka (5/5): Passable - The apartment is located at a very accessible spot. Just a few minutes away from the bus stop, the mall, and the Puente Romano. Had a nice kitchen and two bathrooms. I booked a twin bedroom and was expecting two beds but arrived to only one. I asked the point person if they could do anything about it and they said they couldn't. Didn't receive any kind of compensation for it too.
• Dominica (7/5): It was mixed it improved with time .I think Alma has many apts and this one is not a priority. - Nice hot showers laundry on premise good kitchen except no blender next to grocery store at cc My phone was not working when I arrived by taxi I had to borrow a phone.There was no working in the room the first few nights.when I contacted office I was told it will be fixed to this afternoon several times but never came.I had no t.v for several days until a cleaning lady made it operable.I had a radiator another guest gave me when he left.Hw had been without heat and foundcut on the grounds.This virtual management does not work but it does for the money transfer..No small room to eat or socialize no natural light no view of the outside of sky just of cement.
• Rebecca (10/5): Great, comfortable safe room. - Our rooms were very secure, clean, lots of room, good sheets and a choice of two blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and the 2 bathrooms clean with great showers. The rooms felt safe with good locks, as well as secure windows. Included WiFi Our host was very accommodating with our last minute booking and request for twin beds. The location was decent to get to the old town, restaurants and tourist sites. Definitely recommend.
