The people running it were super friendly and swift in their communication, went out of their way to accomodate my needs (extra blankets, heater and fire place turned on for a cosy and warm entrance) and are nearby, just in case. Everything was very clean, cosy, it felt like they are opening up their home to you. Highly recommend it!
