• Saskia (8/5): - Die Beschreibung für die Anfahrt war wirklich gut und hilfreich! Leider sehr hellhörig, aber es gibt kostenlose Ohrstöpsel.
• Jennifer (6/5): Almost perfect, pity about the noise - The apartment is beautifully furnished and kitted out to a high standard. It is warm and comfortable. I loved the location, close enough to the town centre to walk (bit of a steep walk back) but away from the busyness and parking issues. If you follow the owners thorough instructions, parking at the property is easy and I didn’t mind the walk down the driveway to the apartment. The noise. I was aware that the apartment is below the house but I was not expecting the level of noise. If you enjoy a sleep in, this is not the place for you, it’s a pity the noise insulation isn’t better, this place would be perfect otherwise. The owners provide disposable ear plugs but these irritate my ears, they may work for others.
• Andrea (7/5): - Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Leider ist die Unterkunft recht hellhörig, man hört viel vom oberen Stock. Das Bett war für uns etwas hart und der Boden im Bad sehr kalt. Insgesamt ok, aber mit Abstrichen beim Komfort.
• Paul (6/5): Not what I thought it was from the description given. Room was nice, but noisy and no views. - Room was nicely styled, the bathroom was fabulous. We did not discover that the accommodation was under a family house until we arrived. The family had a social night on upstairs until nearly midnight and then early morning had footsteps across the ceiling and routine family activities echoing down.

• Debra (7/5): - The room and bathroom were both lovely, spotlessly clean. Shower nice and hot. Coffee machine and frother great. This is a personal preference, but the bed was really hard, we like a soft bed, so we didn't get a lot of sleep. Plus you can hear the family upstairs walking and running around, not so bad l wouldn't recommend this accommodation, but the bed was a big deal for us.

• Hylkje (9/5): Perfect place to stay for a short visit to Queenstown. Very comfortable bed. Great shower too! - The location just out of Queenstown but still within walking distance to get to the main centre is perfect. Very nice view and quite for a great nice sleep!
• Jacqueline (10/5): - Good accommodation for the price. The heating was on when we arrived and the room was warm, clean and tidy. Perfect for when we arrived as the weather was cold! The shower was amazing. The whole room was decorated nicely and the bed / bedding was lovely. I’m not bothered by noise as they stated it would be a little noisy in the description, but it was very quiet when we stayed which was nice. Would stay again! Nothing that we didn’t like however, the parking was slightly awkward - wasn’t sure how much to park on the area mentioned as there was a sign further down that stated not to park on the grass (I do have a van so most likely why it was so awkward for me to park) but I also didn’t want to be in the way of the driveway for the neighbours. Couldn’t find any coffee (not a major issue - did find tea!) and one of the dispensers in the shower was empty. Again, not a major issue but thought it should be noted.
• Melissa (10/5): spectaculars views with amazing hosts - Sarah and Piet were amazing hosts; the location and views were absolutely incredible. Cannot highly recommend the accomodation enough. Super easy and quick drive into Queenstown centre. The furnishing and bathroom were immaculate.

• Myah (5/5): Passable - Beautiful view from the driveway! Short commute to the town centre. Good communication from the hosts and overall a nice place to stay! Room is below a family home and you can hear EVERYTHING. I did read this in the description however did not realise the extent as we live in the bottom level of a 3 story home. Hard wood flooring with no soundproofing, and footsteps with what sounds like heavy footwear, also the dogs bark for a while when the family left the home. No access to drinking water. Also only one towel per person for 4 night stay.

• Anonymous (8/5): Great little hideaway just far enough out of town well appointed and comfortable - The property was open and I located a key in the TV cabinet although this was not obvious and although very well appointed there were no instructions or house rules in the property. Parking was our only issue and it was not made clear prior to arrival where we should park Not sure if there was wifi available if so this was not made clear This being said the accommodation was very comfortable and well appointed and we enjoyed our two night stay

• Cole (7/5): Good - Beautiful views, comfortable and cozy furniture and lay out. Slight problem with the property not being soundproof from upstairs but wasn’t a major issue.
• Natasha (10/5): A truly great hideaway - Sarah was so kind and greeted us when we arrived. We were interested in hiking up Ben Lomond, and she let us know that there is trail access right across the street from her house, which was great! The house is up the hill from the hustle and bustle of downtown Queenstown, so we could enjoy nice lake views from up above but then venture down into town when we pleased. It was a great hideaway!
• Michelle (5/5): Although the apartment was very nice, we opted to cancel a future stay because we couldn’t deal with the noise situation - Very clean with nice shower. The dog starts barking when the owners leave and this goes on for hours. The sound insulation so you can hear everything going from the home where the owners live upstairs.
• Gerry (7/5): Lovely room and bathroom, hosts very friendly. The room is under the house so you hear the family - Parking at the top of the drive OK Everything in the room was great. Would have been easier to just get a code or key left, rather than texting the arrival time so they could meet onsite so not to have them waiting for us? No email for WIFI code, even though mentioned sent. Perhaps a sheet with detail in the room? The room had everything you would need, perhaps some milk for a hot drink. Extra towel as they didnt dry overnight.

• Melanie (9/5): Queenstown from the hill - Very nice interior and bathroom, very stylish und new. Even a nespresso machine where I enjoyed a great coffee in the morning. I felt very comfortable. Once understood, parking was not an issue for me, I drive a Toyota Corolla. If you want to walk to Queenstown mountain back to the flat is quite steep. You can hear a lot from the flat above, especially in the morning the dogs. But still I enjoyed my stay very much, the flat and host were super nice.

• Ava (9/5): Superb - We loved the bathroom and how clean the space was. We loved that it wasn't too far from where we wanted to visit and that the home owners were super kind! Everything exceeded our expectations, however the only minor downside was that you could only park at the top of the driveway which happens to be a busy road which was a bit scary but not much of a hassle. The roof is also quite thin making it easy to hear whats happening upstairs but that didn't bother us and it did tell us in the description!

• Emily (6/5): Pleasant - Really cute space and great location there was no sink to clean dishes or fill up the kettle unless you wanted to use the bathroom sink. But the kettle didn’t fit under the tap so made it very difficult. No microwave was a bit annoying too. Good spot for only 1-2 night stay at max.
