Guest Reviews
- Alain (8/5): -
- Stephen (8/5): Comfortable, and good value, pleasant staff/ owner. - Very convenient for the boarder crossing .
- Michael (10/5): -
- Almero (10/5): Very comfortable stay and great vibes - Lovely and clean accommodation. Great vibe in the bar area.
The owners are very sociable, hospitable and accommodating and went above and beyond. We planned to stay for one night, but stayed for three in the end.
Highly recommend! Everything was perfect!
- Prins (10/5): Fantastic - Everything, staff very helpful and friendly. Nothing
- Hilkka (8/5): - The cabin set up.
- Undjondjo (8/5): A very comfortable, quiet, and lovely place located close to the road. - The cabins are very cosy and spacious especially for a short stay. A very good space to work.
- ARTIA (8/5): very good - We didn't have any breakfast, maybe the price paid didn't include breakfast. I liked everything.
- Erikka Ndaimevava (3/5): - changing bedding and bathing towel once weekly and my clothes got damage d by the rats in the room
leaking toilet pot...the bed was uncomfortable
- Ben Haraseb (6/5): -
- Anne (9/5): Beautiful place where you can relax with nice people - Very nice place , friendly staff , good location . I do recommend it . Nothing
- Mark (10/5): - The overall experience None
- Julie (7/5): Great food but with a little effort could be a lot more comfortable - The Pizza was amazing!! Hundreds of Mozzies in the room when we entered! Changed room to half as many - staff sprayed room to kill but please do this every day before guests arrive
- YOUNGIN (1/5): - Nice bar. The worst hostel.
There were so many mosquitoes so I sprayed them, and there were countless insects like wasp coming up from a wall crack. When I asked them to solve the problem, the female employee said that I should get used to it because this is Africa. She was so drunk, couldn't solve my problem.
She was just blaming the area for the lack of care of the accommodation.
벌레 엄청 많습니다. 가지마세요.
- Bere (5/5): The kitchen lady and the bar man were very kind and helpfu. I enjoyed their pizza - I had no option was the only one with space The Manager looked drunk. Need to be professional
- Lloyd (6/5): -
- Tommaso (10/5): - The people!!!!Amazing!!!!!!
- Johanna (5/5): Mrs U - Warm water and a quiet environment made for a comfortable stay. While other parts of town experienced water and electricity shortages, this place remained unaffected. Daily housekeeping was also much appreciated. Very thankful! However, for the price, the space wasn’t very aesthetically pleasing, and the absence of a refrigerator or microwave was inconvenient. At the very least, a fridge would be a valuable addition.
- Kethanyegile (3/5): - Bathroom facilities
- Gamage (7/5): Good -
- Mudamburi (7/5): Good -

- June (6/5): Pleasant -
- Subarayan (7/5): Good -
- Daigo (1/5): So bad. - At the gate, no securiy, no explanation and I had to wait for 3 minuites, and because of that, I horned. After a while thanks to the horning, they open the gate, but the lady came to complained to us very arrogantly and aggresively, accusing the driver and me. And when she didn't explain properly for depature, saying "Just leave the keys in the room." but concering the gate remains opened, I gave a question on it but she emotionally answered "Staff will close it" like spiting words. Common sense never works on her. So unconfotable attitude throughout the whole conversation. Thanks to our advice, they put an explanation on the gate.

- Seun (1/5): I and my Family did not enjoy our one night stay at Kololo - I did not like anything, the atmosphere is not welcoming. The welcome was unprofessional, a lot of Mosquitos, and the TV couldn't turn on,
No orientation especially to the dinning area for breakfast, We did not have any breakfast because we didn't know what was going on at this place, or maybe it's because we are black, it looked like as if only, Not Black people work there, I'm just saying.

- Takudzwa (1/5): Think twice before booking there - Nothing at all
Worst Service ever We did not even get to stay there. We did not get attended to at all ,called the number at the gate got hung up on waive ,drawed peoples attention and we ignored and later dogs show up and bark at us so basically we didn't even manage to get into the property so we had to seek alternatives which was quiet difficult in relation to the time we arrived The next day I receive a message frm the guest house saying I should have the decency to cancel bookings when they kicked us out, like can you imagine
I wanted to give a 0 rating but there's no option to do so
- Anne (5/5): Passable - The shower had good pressure. Bad WiFi connection. Very noisy environment with three barking dogs running around, and the lodge is located next to a petrol station where big lorries were keeping their engines on also late at night, whereas the lodges were not insulated. The pizzeria, as in the online information, was not open.

- Annelly (5/5): Passable - location is great since it's on the main road. rece
- Liisa (9/5): A beautiful experience - So clean and quiet. Strategically placed, lovely staff and so cozy. Felt like I was having both a bnb and campsite experience. Loved it… No breakfast option though. Not that I didn’t like but their restaurant menu is very limited to pizza only. A bit inconvenient but it’s okay as they are STRATEGICALLY located on the main road.
- George (7/5): Good -
- Ndakolute (7/5): Good -
- James (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious rooms Location. It's too close to the road, it can get noisy

- Jorry (3/5): On arrival I was stopped drastically to be met with "Can I help you" loud and rude three times - There was no breakfast in the morning. Self-service dry tea and coffee packets available on the desk. The room was cleaned every morning but restricted movements inside. Aircon was priceless at night. Shower was excellent but needed mirrors in the room. Gate remote controlled keys on day 3 was very convenient. Room was a modified container. No wifi, No TV and inconvenient entry into the container. Mosquitos were abundant and no mosquito nets or spray at all. Room visited by ants of various types day and night.
- Hamutumua (7/5): Good -
- Aj (9/5): Was welcomed good and helped fast to my cabin and assisted fast - Clean and tidy and private cabin Nothing
- R. (9/5): Superb - To be honest, didn't really expect much, but it was a perfectly nice stay. The room was much cozier than it looked in the pics. Pretty decent pizzas, cold beer & friendly staff. The wifi was a bit so and so, but it's like that everywhere. A huge table in the kitchen but no chairs.
- Baku (3/5): It’s was okay. Wouldn’t stay there again - Very nice hosts and staff Rooms and facilities were not impressive for the price one has to pay. Way over priced in terms of value for money
- Karl (7/5): Good - Clean room with attached bathroom. Plenty of hot water and the room had air-con, tea and coffee facilities. Nice pizza and good value bar on site. 10 minute walk to town centre.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lackson (8/5): Very good - The place is so nice close to shopping centers and easy to locate next to main road.
The owner is so sociable we got to play a snooker game together.
- Uiseb (5/5): Passable - No breakfast offered, only pizza which u can only order as of 15h00... you will die of hunger there
- Expeditions (10/5): Amazing place ,feels like home. The property owners have give it a personal touch. - The ambience Wifi issues

- A. (10/5): Handy passing by on the way to Zambia or Botswana - Very easy to find this place . Stay was nice and the lady running the place does her best. During the week you can have drinks in the bar and nearby is a popular Portuguese restaurant with very nice food. Place to park your car as well and a garden with grass behind the units where one can enjoy the shade of trees. Value for money.
