• SMLN (7/5): a good choice at an attractive price for a family, traveling by car - Convenient location - about 10-15 minutes walk from the center, the staff is friendly and welcoming, there is plenty of parking near the building, the apartment itself is spacious and has a convenient layout, the beds are average The apartment is poorly equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils, there is no microwave, no dining table - only a bar counter, only 2 chairs, which is clearly not enough for a family

• Viktoriia (10/5): Все добре. Ніяких нарікань. - Все як завжди добре. Заселилися у ці апартаменти вже другий раз поспіль. Квартира чиста та охайна. Гарний вид з вікна. Ніяких нарікань. Подушки на цей раз привезли свої, посуд теж був свій) Був запах цигарок, але провітрили и все було добре. Був єдиний незрозумілий момент з ціною. Я не могла підтвердити оплату, звʼязалась з менеджером,мені на ватсап прислали ціни і вони дорожче ніж на букінгу. Було якось неприємно. Добре що вийшло все ж таки забронювати через сайт .
• Viktoriia (10/5): Overall, I recommend it! - A very clean and cozy apartment, exactly as pictured on the website. It was just really hot)) There are no pots and pans in the kitchen The only thing I didn't like was the uncomfortable pillows.

• Gabriela (10/5): - Tivemos problemas com o wi fi e prontamente nos mudaram de apartamento, foram todos muito gentis e prestativos.
• Katja (9/5): - Nice, clean, for our need the location was perfect. We didn’t cook so that was ok because the kitchen has 4 plates, four spoons and 3 glases. A cutting board, one knife and a cattle. Wi-fi works in the hallway and rooms but not in the living room. The staff was friendly but they don’t speak much English. The location on Booking is off. You have to go on a bit longer and turn to the left. It is there, it existsbut the address is not correct.
• Szilvia (7/5): - Az épület és az apartman is nagyon kellemes volt, nagyon tágas, és szép volt a kilátás. A városközponttól nincs messze. Volt erkély is, de sajnos bútorok nélkül. Kicsit nehézkes volt a kommunikáció, előzőleg egyeztettünk a szállásadóval, hogy mikor fogunk érkezni, ennek ellenére nem volt ott senki és várni kellett, igaz, nem sokat. A tisztasággal is gond volt (bár Törökországban ez sajnos elég általános), hogy a vízkővel egyáltalán nem foglalkoznak, így nem lehet kilátni a zuhany üvegén. Az ablak is elég koszos volt.

• Emilia (3/5): Mehr schein als sein - Zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthalt ist das Hotel noch am renovieren. Die Zimmer sind nicht wie auf den Bildern. Ausstattung mangelhaft. Im Bad kein Föhn und die Küchenausstattung ist auch ein Witz! Badezimmer sowie Küche waren dreckig. Der Duschkopf war halb zerbrochen und zu allen Seiten undicht. Zusammenfassen kann man das Hotel mit den Worten: Mehr Schein als Sein.

• Hands (7/5): Easy and convenient stay close to airport - Close to the airport, clean and convenient. Warm place to stay on a very cold night with very kind and helpful staff - even with a big language barrier. Playground right outside, easy to park. Ideal place to stay when arriving late at night with young children. We were sceptical about the Google location as the map didn’t look very likely but they helpfully sent pictures and when following Google we got straight there so no actual need to worry

• Sergei (8/5): Good place to stay but need few amendments to make it value for money. - The apartment is nice and spacious, the territory around the building looks a bit abandoned, however it's located not far from center - 10-15 min by walk. The door of the shower cabin was absent. There were only two bar chairs in the kitchen and the set 📐 of kitchen utensils was quite poor - two Turkish style kettles, one small frying pan and one big cooking pot. Four ceramic plates and four plastic ones. That's it The light grey painted walls have lots of dirty traces and need to be refreshed.
• Sam (8/5): It's a great place, but it needs small touches to make it even better! - Great location, and spacious. The property lacks essential amenities expected in the 21st century. There was no electric kettle, microwave, or even basic items like cups for tea or coffee. Staying for 9 days, we planned to cook but found no pans or saucepans available. We had to purchase these ourselves and left them behind, hoping they’ll be useful for future guests. Additionally, there was no small or large brush, making it impossible to clean during a week-long stay. The bathroom towels and bedsheets were outdated, and there was no hairdryer provided. Some items in the property are in poor condition and seem beyond repair. Overall, the lack of basic necessities made the stay inconvenient.

• Mohammed (6/5): This place has real potential once completed and if all facilities avaialable. - Comfortable beds. Newly built. Clean spacious apartments. PLenty of parking space. Allowed late check out. Wasn't completed yet after recently built. Hence no AC in rooms. No breakfast included. No drinking water or kettle in apartments were the only other things that could be better.
• Djordje (9/5): Great stay. - The location of the property is good. It is easy to get wherever is needed. The building is in a quiet neighborhood. There is just one thing which was not great. The flat we rented didn't have internet.

• Farah (9/5): Superb - The hotel is really beautiful, there is a lift and a place to park just in front of the hotel. We just stayed for a short night. The apartment is beautiful, it has all the amenities. The hotel is located near the airport. The night manager was really nice. I recommend this place.
• Nikolaos (9/5): Nice apartment to stay in Kayseri - Very convenient nice and clean apartment, in a residential safe area. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious. 4 people fit for sure, 5 if someone sleeps at the couch. Nice view of the mountain. Kitchen fully equipped. Nice curtains and balcony. Flippers, fresh towels and shampoo provided. Highly recommend Everything following is in a small scale, nothing bad that says to avoid the apartment, just some minor things. It was warm during the night, without AC. If you open the windows it's noisy sometimes. There were some small damages. No hairdryer. I selected to pay by card but I was asked to pay only cash, pos not working, and didn't accept booking.com payment. Needs some soundproof improvement. Location is a little bit far from the center to walk if you're not a walking type. Also the light was too bright, very intense without a dimmer to regulate it, so it was ON or off. No seats or anything in the balcony.

Kitchen was not equipped to its minimum standards, no washing liquid or tools to wash cutlery. No microwave. We had to do full shopping to be able use facility.
