• Rachael (7/5): I would stay here again because of the neighbourhood and the staff. - Location was perfect for what we needed, but may not suit tourists wanting to be near the old town. Staff were fantastic, always willing to help. Place was spotless. Wifi was fine. There was no place to unpack a suitcase and put clothes -- no drawers or shelves in the bedroom, only a cupboard with hangers in the kitchen. The design of the bathroom meant that the shower inevitably splashed onto the floor. There were no wineglasses nor corkscrew.

• Charalampos Amerinos (10/5): Ζώντας σαν ντόπιος - Υπέρ άνετο σπιτάκι με καλές παροχές και πάρκινγκ. Ωραία ανακαίνιση, χωρίς υπερβολές. Ποιοτικά κουφώματα, μεγάλη κουζίνα και ψυγείο Προτείνεται και για πολυήμερη διαμονή. Η αγορά είναι 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια Είμαι σε σπίτι στην Κρήτη και δεν υπάρχει λάδι σε κανένα ντουλάπι; Εσωτερικό το σπίτι, βλέπει σε πίσω αυλές αλλά η γειτονιά ήσυχη.

Przedostatniego dnia miejsce parkingowe, na którym stawialiśmy auto okazało się zajęte, bo przyjechali nowi goście. W obiekcie mieszkania są 2, a parking tylko na 1 auto, co może być trudne.
• Geleva (10/5): Страхотен апартамент - Много чисто и подредено място. Изключително близо до стария град. ( около 10 мин пеша). Лесно за намиране и домакина беше мила жена която ни звънна да ни провери дали сме намерили мястото и също при заминаване да ни пита дали всичко беше добре и ако нещо ни липсва да кажем. Имаше кафе, водички които ни чакаха. Всичко ни хареса.

• Marlena (10/5): - Świetne miejsce, położone blisko centrum. Pomieszczenia klimatyzowane. Apartament czysty. W lodówce czekała na nas woda. Nie było żadnego problemu z odbiorem kluczy i zameldowaniem. Istnieje możliwość skorzystania ze sprzątania podczas dłuższego pobytu, aczkolwiek my się nie skusiliśmy. Z uwagi na to, że mieliśmy sporo czasu od wymeldowania do wylotu pozostawiliśmy rzeczy w Hotelu. Przemiłe Panie z recepcji. Prysznic. Prysznic jest zabudowany dwiema szybkami, które się nie zamykają przez co podczas kąpieli woda zalewa całą łazienkę. Myślę, że dobrą opcją byłoby zabudowanie tego albo dołożenie nawet zasłonki.

• Giulia (7/5): - Struttura ben arredata, dotata di tutti i servizi (cucina, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, ombrellone per spiaggia). Climatizzazione presente. Posizione buona, a pochi minuti di camminata dal centro. Presenza di molti lombrichi dentro casa. Nei dintorni sono presenti molti gatti che spesso di notte si azzuffano, disturbando la quiete (soprattutto se si tengono le finestre aperte)
• Τσιφτσακης (10/5): ΑΨΟΓΟ - Το Δωματιο ηταν πεντακαθαρο και ολα ηταν σε αψογη κατασταση απο επιπλα και συσκευες. Σου παρεχουν οτι χρειαζεσαι για να μεινεις αρκετες μερες! Εχει κουζινα , πλυντηριο , σιδερο , πιστολακι! Ευκολο πάρκινγκ! 15 λεπτα απο το λιμανι στη παλια πόλη! Οποτε παρκαρεις και πας παντου με τα ποδια!! Μας διευκόλυναν και με την ωρα που επρεπε να φυγουμε γτ η πτηση μας ηταν αργα!! Μη διστάσετε να το κλεισετε θα μεινετε ευχαριστημένοι σιγουρα!!!

• Ivan (10/5): - Everything was perfectly handled from our arrival and easy check-in to check out. The hosts were very helpful, responsive and the apartment was as advertised - comfortable, clean, cool and with a great location.

• Louis (9/5): Superb - The property itself was perfect. Comfortable, clean, spacious and well appointed. The WiFi works perfectly too which is rare these days. It’s a short walk into old town and the harbour too, maybe 8-10 minutes. Communication and instructions could have been much better, and the check in process is needlessly difficult. They make you pickup the keys from a separate address on a really busy street where there is nowhere to park. They could very easily message you a code for the lockbox to save you the hassle of going to two locations - I don’t understand why they do it like this instead of self check-in. The staff initially told me that there was no car bay available at the property, and only when I had found a spot to park the car down a side street far away and phoned them to ask if the room was ready, did they say ‘oh yes, we have a car bay available’. Once we checked in we also got overly complicated paper ‘instructions’ to get to the car bay, just for it to be right outside the property! It made us think we were going to yet another address. Just simple things like this were frustrating and confusing.

Excellent condition and very close to bus station. 10 minute walk to Old Town. - the kitchen cupboards are a bit bare. It has a few dishes but no coffee/tea/spices- everything else was perfect!

• Lovelydovey (9/5): Safe & Sound(s) - The apartment is located in a calm and safe living area, yet easy to access the central bus station, Chania city centre and the harbour right in comfortable walking distance. The facilities are suited for a longer stay and home-cookers. The staff is readily available at all times due to the hotel-management. Thus issue's are addressed ASAP and they are helping with any questions. Staying downstairs we could precisely count the steps of the ones staying upstairs as the stairs leading up are metal made and swing like a bell at every step. Pray for light-footed neighbours;)

• Eleni (10/5): Beautiful apartment in centre of Chania! - Beautiful spacious apartment right in the centre of town! However, it was quiet and secluded enough to offer a relaxed stay. The airconditioning was the best as we were there in the middle of a heatwave. The living room was lovely with a huge corner sofa where our daughter slept on.I am sure that 2 kids could easily sleep there. The kitchen was ideal especially for a family with a young baby as you can cook if you need to. There was also a washing machine and washing liquid provided if needed. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious with a double bed, desk, drawers, and a full lenght mirror. Right in the corner there was Ninas cafe with delicious pastries and good coffee to wake you up! The apartment was a 10 minute walk to the Old Town of Chania were we went everyday for food and shopping. The reception staff at the Mosaic hotel were lovely and so helpful. They offered the choice to contact me by WhatsUp as I did not have a greek mobile and choose when the cleaning service would be provided. The apartment also had very good WiFi and a TV. I would be staying here again!
