• Giorgia Francesca (8/5): - Mi è piaciuta la posizione, gli arredamenti moderni e la composizione della camera. Presentava una macchinetta del caffè e un bollitore. Non era molto pulita: c’erano peli di barba in bagno e dei capelli sul pavimento della camera. Un po’ di polvere in generale. Sono dettagli su cui farei attenzione.

• Melissa Villalobos (9/5): Accesible - Estaba muy cerca de la estación de trenes. El acceso fue fácil. Nos enviaron las instrucciones para entrar y lo logramos sin problema. La habitación es como se ve en las fotografías. Los 2 enchufes de la cama estaban sueltos. Es un aspecto por mejorar.

• Rebecca (8/5): Absolut ok! - Schön renovierte Zimmer, Haus etwas hellhörig, Straße auch deutlich hörbar Liegt in einer Seitenstraße, freie Parkplätze an der Straße kaum zu finden. Leider keine Gläser oder Tassen auf dem Zimmer

• Azeredo (9/5): - Localização ótima para as Cinque Terre, muito perto da estação e muito confortável o ambiente, muito limpo, cama muito confortável e ambiente com ar-condicionado e televisão. Recomendo e voltaria. O quarto não tem muita isolamento acústico, então conseguimos ouvir os outros quartos, no caso dessa estadia, ouvimos até demais.... Um outro ponto a considerar para o anfitrião é: o quarto possui cafeteira, mas não havia xícaras ou copos para tomar o café.

• Ana (9/5): - Tivemos um problema. Na primeira noite alguém trancou a porta que dá acesso aos quartos e tivemos 30 m a fazer barulho na porta. Finalmente um hóspede veio ver o que se passava e destravou a porta. Como não há receção, nem nos atendiam o telefone, foi um momento de stress. De resto gostámos muito, limpeza, preço e localização Não ter um contacto telefónico fácil

• Kendall (7/5): Good except for the bathroom - Handy location to train station. AC worked well and was a relief! The bathroom had a bad smell and the shower didn’t drain. Owner said he would get plumber to look at. It was difficult to get into the property as we didn’t receive the codes to get in.
• Charles (7/5): Very nice and clean room next to the train station to visit Cinque Terre ! - Very practical and close to the train station to visit Cinque terre ! Also it’s ideal if you want to visit Porto Venere and Lerici which is 20 min car distance. Easy to self check in and the owner very responsive with good recommandations to walk around. Unfortunately, sometimes the room was very noisy and not well isolated from other appartements or corridors. No private parking space but if you reserve and pay in advance there is a private parking just across the room. La Spezia isn’t really nice to visit but whats around is very nice!

When you need to go to the bathroom in the night, the light in the hallway/entrance goes on which wakes up the other person in bed. We found out if you cover the sensor, it stays off in the night.

• Ana (9/5): Recommend for La Spezia/Cinque Terre - spacious and well equipped room in a great location. would recommend to anyone looking to stay in La Spezia. the host was responsive and helpful when asked to bring a new adapter for blow-dryer (previous guests had taken old one with them) everything looked quite clean besides the floor. right after entering the room for the first time I noticed hairs and dust on the floor
• Ashish (9/5): My wife and I enjoyed the stay and I would recommend staying here if you're visiting La Spezia. - The room was very nice, spacious and clean. Very close to the train station and the main square and the pier The floor was very cold. This might be perfect for the summer but it was somewhat cold for us. The bathroom sink was very impractical but usable.
• Amber (9/5): Very well Located, proper and lovely Guesthouse. - Nice room with enough space. Very clean and perfectly located to visit Cinque Terre (5 min. Walk to the train station of La Spezia). The Host is very welcoming and sent you a lot of information about the area, restaurants, Cinque Terre etc. You can asked him anything, everytime and will respond very quickly. We stayed for 5 nights and would recommend the guesthouse of Gianluca It can be a little noisy because of the road underneath the window, but we were perfectly able to sleep when the window where closed.

• Klaudia (8/5): Very good - Gianluca was a great host. He messaged a few tips already before arrival, accomodated our check-in time and sent us recommendations for our 3-day stay in the region. The room is nicely renovated and had all comfort we needed for our stay. The location is great, only a few minutes walk from the train station so it was easy to reach Cinque Terre, and it's also a few minutes walk from the main street of la Spezia, where you can find a lot of restaurants and bars.
• Magnus (9/5): Relaxing stay in La spezia - Very prompt information and information about accessing the room and also fast response to any questions. The room was fairly big and had a good layout. Location fairly close to the station was also very convenient. No real points here.

The lighting was either on/bright or off, no in between. The motion sensor by entry door triggered lights on when going to restroom during the night.

Perfect location, easy check in and everything was perfect. Book this perfect apartment for your stay to see cinque terra. And so close to the train station. There were free nespresso and water waiting for us when we came. I can’t recommend this place enough!
