• Christel (10/5): Don’t Sleep on this Beautiful Penthouse!! - Amazing!!! Perfect location as it has easy access to public transportation. There’s a coffee shop in the lobby and delicious empanada place around the corner. Beautiful rooftop pool and staff in the building are very nice and helpful.

No complaints on room or amenities. Only thing would be a little more clear on key drop instructions / location when checking out.

The views were to die for. The location was fantastic and central for the bayside and the cruise terminal. Unfortunately during our visit one of the showers was out of action plus there was a cup missing. However the host recognised the problem and reimbursed us the next day without being asked. Nothing

I was a little nervous as I have never stayed in a property with a private host before, there was no need to worry at all and the host had excellent communication throughout. The location is great just across the road from Bayside. I would definitely recommend booking this property. Nothing

• Renata (10/5): Excellent apartment, Great Location, Amazing Amenities and Comfort - The Lumière Penthouse is an exceptional place to stay. The apartment is very spacious, extremely comfortable, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. It truly offers all the amenities one could possibly want — everything is well equipped and thoughtfully designed. The hosts were very helpful, responsive, and friendly, which made our stay even better. The building itself has excellent facilities, including a great gym, exercise areas, and a very nice pool area. Overall, the structure and amenities are outstanding and contributed to a wonderful experience. At times, the hallways had a strong smell of marijuana coming from neighboring apartments, which made the corridors uncomfortable. The pool is not heated, so the water was quite cold. The dryer in the apartment is rather noisy, especially compared to the washing machine, which is very quiet. None of these issues affected our stay in any significant way. We had a wonderful experience overall and truly enjoyed our time at the Lumière Penthouse.

• Michael (8/5): nice stay great venue with great facilities and the wow factor. - The accommodation was excellent, suitable for a family with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a foldaway bed if needed. it is based in an excellent location and has unrivalled views. Unfortunately the property could not accommodate early entry, the earliest they could accommodate us was 16.00 which is very late in the day they could not store our suitcases but they did offer a bag drop close by which was not secure and the bags were left behind a hedge in open site. if the vendor needed a comfort break the bags would be very vulnerable to theft. i also requested late checkout the vendor did not offer me any option and we had to leave at 11.00.

• Robert (10/5): Opinia od Polaka - Super miejscówka dla osób, które mają kilka dni na zwiedzenie miasta. My mieliśmy 3 dni i dzięki lokalizacji udało nam się wiele zobaczyć. Lokal ma już kilka lat, ale jest zadbany. Wg mnie jak na wynajem krótkoterminowy to jest bardzo czysto. Obsługa miła. Jest to sam środek centrum miasta, więc ceny wokół potrafią zaskoczyć, ale wystarczy przejść się 300 metrów na południe i można spotkać sklepy spożywcze czy restauracje o połowę tańsze. Zero stresu dla wynajmujących z daleka, lokal istnieje i jest zgodny z opisem. Jedyny minus to brudny basen na 18. piętrze, ale mając 20 minut do Miami Beach, ciężko się tym przejmować. Polecam serdecznie.

• Kimberley (10/5): Relaxing time with family, did not want to leave! - Great communication, beautiful view, clean, comfortable beds, well stocked, spacious bathrooms, walking distance to plenty of places and excellent location to drive to Loan Depot Park or Brickell.
• Ruth (5/5): False advertising not suitable for 6 person - The property is nicely furnished, equipped with all the necessaries and amenities needed. Loved the view from the 32nd for and the location is less than 5 mins to the cruise port. The property advertised 2 rooms with double beds and a sofa bed that sleeps 6. That was not the case, the apartment only sleeps 4 comfortable with no sofa bed. A single folded spring cot was added that only sleep 1 person and the chair is only 5ft so if you’re taller you’d have to angle your body as it’s too narrow to fold up comfortable. We contacted the host and he insisted the apartment sleeps 6 even after we explained they were no sofa beds as described he said no one ever complains and ignored the request. For that reason it turned me off, had he brought another single bed I would have given a much better rating. So for the false advertising I would not recommend. If you have a group of 4 then by all means it’s comfortable.

• ahmad (10/5): احلى اقامة في ميامي - انصح فيها وبشدة خصوصا العوائل الشقة مكانها بالسنتر وتحتها كل شي مطاعم وعالبحر ومقابلها المرسى وكل شي الشقة فيها كل المستلزمات بالمطبخ والحمامات يعني ماتحتاج شي من اغراضك و فيها سوبر ماركت صغير ومسبح ونادي صحي ومواقف سيارات لاشيء
• Claudia (9/5): Beautifully appointed apartment. - The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated. It has all you will need in the kitchen. Also has a really good washing machine and dryer. Good location, minutes away from bayside market place. Very good facilities. Everything related to the apartment is very well explained in a booklet, although we found some of the things weren’t where they were supposed to be or weren’t in the apartment at all. ( Something to be improved by the host). The communication with the host was quite good. You only get one key fob which is necessary to enter the pool and gym floor and its facilities, and to key your apartment floor on the elevator. This poses a problem when the people in the apartment want to do different things. The beds are said to be queen size but are double. The bedrooms are on the smaller size in comparison to the rest of the apartment.

Was spacious, with great well stocked kitchen, the bathroom is well stocked too with plenty of towels! TVs in both rooms and in the living area with a balcony outside. There is a very large pool area, chilling area, great gym, coffee shop. Loved it all!

All toiletries were there, even things we didn't know we needed, such as body cooling wipes and dry shampoo! Host was very responsive. Washing machine and dryer were top notch. Kitchen well equipped, comfy beds, Metromover station was just next door. We ate out as well as cooking in the property. There was an excellent supermarket nearby and sea food section was excellent. Property views are incredible. Great stay overall.
