- Dr Bernhard (8/5): - Zimmer etwas dunkel, Straßenverkehrsgeräusch störend
- Roger (5/5): Fine apart from central heating issue - Food location and staff pleasant Short stay but issue over cold bedroom with central heating not on & not being able to turn it on was annoying and a discomfort
- Debbie (10/5): Amazing surroundings and very relaxing - Beautiful hotel , stunning location and grounds . Staff very friendly and helpful . Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Stayed for a birthday and they not only arranged for flowers in room that hubby had ordered but also put two delicious cupcakes boxed with happy birthday message . - SHEILA (6/5): It was the only time in N Ireland that a 4 star hotel restaurant disappointed. - Room was comfortable and no problem Dowdy, old fashioned and tired decor.
Polite but extremely poor service in restaurant: inordinate delays between courses despite prompts. Repeat requests for water and incorrect bottle of wine delivered , which we unfortunately neglected to note until after tasting. (It was of course £7 more expensive)
- Stephen (8/5): Lovely atmosphere, very pleasant staff and nice room. - Hospitality and views Dinner was served slow because of a tour group who arrived all at 7pm. The staff did well to try to keep all happy but they were under pressure to deliver.

The food was excellent and the staff very friendly, polite and helpful. We had a lovely view of the sea from our window and a pleasant walk around the garden and neighbouring beach. The room was very comfortable, had plenty of space and was very clean. The ghost room was a fun feature if you don’t mind spiralling stone staircases. So much to see and many historical facts to find out.

- Ed (10/5): Wow, excellent staff & quiet wonderful hotel, Great view, easy parking. - Wow, booked this last minute and we're glad we did. Parking is across the street, and free. Hotel room was very nice, staff were great on check-in, comfortable bed, across the roadway is the water. We didn't have that view but if we did it would have been amazing. Amazing. Just standing in the hotel parking lot is incredible. We would definitely stay here again. Reasonably priced heat was good. TV was good, no place nearby to eat that we could locate but I'm sure there's some place there.
