Dès notre arrivée, la prise en charge depuis l'aéroport s'est faite avec une immense bienveillance. L'équipe de réception nous a accueillis avec des sourires radieux ونune énergie positive incroyable ; ils ne vous traitent pas comme des clients, mais véritablement comme des membres de leur propre famille. L'appartement était d'une propreté étincelante, parfaitement ordonné et très confortable (un grand merci à la dame de ménage pour son dévouement et son travail impeccable). Côté restauration, le petit-déjeuner et les repas au restaurant étaient tout simplement délicieux, avec ce bon goût fait maison. Ce qui a rendu nos vacances encore plus magiques, c'est leur agence de voyage intégrée. Ils ont parfaitement organisé nos activités et nous ont fait découvrir Dakhla à travers les yeux des locaux. Meine Freunde und ich waren begeistert, mitten in der Stadt zu sein und im America America Hotel in Kevin und Domin zu übernachten. Unser Apartment entsprach genau den Bildern, wenn nicht sogar noch besser. Wir wurden hervorragend betreut und erhielten Tipps für nahegelegene Orte wie das Panda. Wir genossen sogar ein Dessert im Restaurant unterhalb des Hotels. Die Zeit mit diesen jungen Männern war wirklich unvergesslich. Ich kann Herrn Hafez, einen sehr hilfsbereiten Reiseleiter, der uns hervorragend unterstützt hat, wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank. Mit freundlichen Grüßen.

• Maria (8/5): Buen calidad precio, falta limpieza - Los apartamientos son muy amplios, cómodos. Las camas y almohadas comodas. La cocina no hemos usado, pero parece que esta bien equipada. Tiene dos terrazas a la calle principal. Un gran salón para unir con la familia. El personal muy simpático, te ayudan en todo. Desayuno muy bueno y variable. El segundo día la limpieza han llevado la toalla de manos y la alfombra de baño y no han repuesto. La chica de recepción pidió el movil al llegar para confirmar algo de la reserva y cambio de 4 noches a 1. Y el día siguiente otra vez pidió móvil y puso la reseña. Tener cuidado NO dejar el móvil. La limpieza el último día a sido muy mala, no han limpiado nada. Se oye mucho los ruidos por la noche de la calle.

• karimah (1/5): Honest Review Tourists Beware - The cleaning lady was thorough and maintained our room daily. Our stay at Residence America was unfortunately disappointing, especially considering the price and the expectations set by their online presentation. We rented an apartment for nine days, hoping for a comfortable, home-like experience. Instead, we encountered a series of issues that made the stay stressful and unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, the internet was not working and both televisions were outdated. The living room TV was not a true Smart TV, and the bedroom TV was small with no internet access. Even the remote controls had dead batteries ... we had to swap them from one remote to the other. The staff did attempt to update the apps and reconnect the internet, but the signal was unstable throughout our stay. One of the main reasons we chose this apartment over a hotel was the promise of an in-room washing machine. However, the washing machine was old, leaking, and malfunctioned dangerously. The spin cycle continued running even when the lid was open and the dial was turned off. While removing clothes, the machine suddenly started spinning and ripped off my nail completely, causing a serious injury. We reported this immediately, but it took four days and two attempts before they finally removed and serviced the machine. We also booked activities through Residence America, which turned out to be misleading. The staff sold us both a “small tour” for 80 euros and a “big tour” for 140 euros. We were told the big tour could not be completed in one day, but that was not true ... it easily could have been. Instead of being given a clear choice between one or the other, we were pressured and ultimately swindled into paying for both. In reality, both tours covered nearly identical stops, with the big tour adding in for extra stops and going a little bit farther in distance. There was no added value in purchasing both. This kind of misleading sales tactic is unacceptable! The tours themselves were poorly coordinated.

Bei Ankunft wollte die Rezeption unsere Buchung sehen und das Handy haben, um die Buchungsnummer abzurufen und hat dann unsere Buchung storniert.. Wir hatten wie gewünscht bei Ankunft bar bezahlt, eingecheckt und dann die kostenpflichtige Stornierungsbestätigung von Booking.com erhalten.. kein schönes Erlebnis, letztlich wurde die Karte nicht belastet und die Rezeption hat sich entschuldigt.

• MehdiReghai (9/5): Excellente surprise et idéale pour une famille nombreuse - Excellente surprise avec cette Résidence America puisque la chambre est en fait un petit appartement spacieux avec salle de bain, cuisine équipée, salon, terrasse et chambre à coucher. Parfait pour une famille de 2 à 5 personnes. Sans oublier le très sympathique Ayoub qui m'a récupéré de l'aéroport, m'a conseillé un très bon restaurant et a accepté que je laisse ma valise en attendant un vol de retour tardif. Ainsi que la jeune fille de la réception très à l'écoute et qui m'a également préparé très vite une facture commerciale. J'y retournerait sans faute si j'en ai l'occasion. Rien à signaler

• Maria (6/5): Pleasant - Good location. Strong WIFI. The property offers complimentary transfer from the airport, which is convenient. I decided to go on one of the tours offered by the hotel, and, while I was grateful to the receptionist to arrange it on short notice, the tour was utterly disappointing. It was very poorly organised and far too short for the price. One of the stops, an oyster restaurant, was skipped (it was closed due to Ramadan), but nothing was proposed instead to make up for it. The driver didn't even try to make the tour interesting. Moreover, though I paid full price for a private tour, I had to share activities with other people from the hotel. It was not necessarily bad, but it was definitely not what I paid for. I felt taken advantage of. It was definitely not worth the money.

It could way better ! - The property it was fairly clean, stuff were friendly but checky haha I didn't like the noise coming from the outside, you can hear every single car pass by in the night time 🙄 add to that the property was very hot so AC is must there whoch they don't have.so I couldn't have a good night sleep the whole time there. Also I felt like the host bit tight, they used to give us one toilets roll per night, so many times we stayed without 🙃 So I won't recommend it to be honest specially for the amount of money I paid I don't think the property deserves 50-60£ in a small city like dakhla, specially with the location and the services provided. I think 25-30£ is fair.

The staff at the residence were incredibly friendly and helpful, Specially Hafid the driver, and Outmane the employee in the reception always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The apartment were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious Ftour that was served every day in Ramadan. Overall, I would highly recommend Résidence America to anyone looking to stay in Dakhla. With friendly staff and comfortable accommodations, it truly made my trip with my familly to the city an unforgettable experience. Score: 10/10
