- Kedibone (3/5): Bad... based on the room that was provided - Nothing What was advertised on @booking.com was not provided by the property. There was no closet/wardrobe in the room, no kettle and no air conditioner. The main light in the room didn't work, they only had a bedside lamp. The water pressure was very low. Also felt unsafe. I wonder if booking.com does inspection to this properties or they just collect their commission!!!!

- Bongi (10/5): - Nice clean and comfortable 👌
- Kgatliso (1/5): - Nothing, hence i didn't even spend the night The bathroom was outside, literally can be seen by the neighbors
- Gukuta (10/5): - Safe and clean bedding One small window it was hot there's no air-conditioning and no wardrobe or drawers to put clothes and bags
- Lukhanyo Mzana (1/5): Very bad !! Owh regret - Only closer to the airport My stay at this guest house was very disappointing. The bathroom was in poor condition, the shower was cold, and the room itself was not warm or comfortable. There was no closet or wardrobe, and the walls were extremely thin with no soundproofing. I even heard strange noises at night, which made the stay unsettling.
There were no wall sockets near the bed, so charging my devices was a struggle. Due to all these issues, I ended up checking out earlier than planned and booking another place. The overall service was poor, and I would not recommend this guest house.

- Kiarie (7/5): Fair - The location is ideal The shower head is towards the corner of the bathroom and therefore the showering space is too squeezed

- Mariska (2/5): Very very disappointed - Unfortunately, it appears that the amenities described in the description were not available. There were no toiletries, slippers, or air conditioning. Furthermore, the shower lacked a door or curtain, and the bathroom door was unable to close properly. The room's sliding door was covered with translucent paper, which allowed visibility into the adjacent room, including the use of the toilet.

- Ipfani Kevin (3/5): - Location was perfect, and fact that it's open 24hrs I've called them several times without answering the phone. When they answered there were babies crying on the background, we couldn't understand each other properly. There's no professionalism on the stuff, the call was rushed like I'm bothering them.
When we got there, the room had a weird smell. The bedding looked clean but it didn't smell nice. The blankets smelled like they've been used and not washed for several days. The towels were clean. The bath and the shower had very disgusting green marks on them. I feel like if they care, can make a plan to remove them, they're disgusting.
All the 2 chairs inside the room are broken. What's the point of putting them there if they aren't usable? The couch is find but chairs???
It wasn't a pleasant experience to be honest. I would definitely NOT visit there again, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. You need to train your stuff on how to answer the phone and be professional.

- Nkosinathi (10/5): - Perfect location
Staff friendly and efficient
- Basil (1/5): I looked around , did not like what i saw , I pretended to leave to go buy food , but I never return - spacious 3/4 of the place unrenovated, parts being used not very well done at all , very low class, beds are old , bedding is old. old floor carpets, old tiles , the on suite bathroom is actually just an old balcony where they claim they have used one way glass ...the glass goes from floor to ceiling , you basically shower and use the toilet looking out side. I could see it was just a window tint stuck to the glass from inside. I do not trust that your privacy is protected. The bedroom door lock is falling apart. The wi-fi was working when i arrived , however I was warned that it often just drops for no reason.
- Acob (1/5): I will never ever set foot i won't recommend anyone - Nothing Bedding is very poor towels the shower is faulty
- Mahlatsi (4/5): - The place looks very beautiful overall, with proper maintenance it can easily be a four star 🌟 BnB This place needs a lot of maintance, the chairs we unstable, the bathroom had tinted windows which meant that people outside can see you at night and there was no active receptionist, the reception was left unattended to.

- Deli (7/5): The place is very good only to upgrade the Giza - The room is so spacious with the table and two chairs for relaxation also the bar fridge. There is no light at the shower, also water was cold in the morning which made very difficult to bath while the weather was very bad, cold. Imagine bathing with cold water.
- Victor (8/5): Very good -
- Lesedi (8/5): Very good -
- Nyoni (5/5): Passable - It was reasonable and very quite The water was very cold and the door wasn't locking
- Mashabane (2/5): Very poor - We arrived there a bit early because our check in time was a bit late, the lady was kind enough to give us a room I guess, even though her tone was rude. when we got to the room it was extremely dirty, the bathroom had no toilet paper, there was also used soap as if somebody was already staying there, the floors and mirrors where dirty and there were spider webs on the walls, the whole room had a bad smell, I'm honestly disappointed even when we were leaving the staff didn't bit Farwell or check up on us whatsoever

- Zonna (8/5): Very good - It was easy to book It needs renovations, wish they had Smoking area, No Balcony, we were at upper floor, we had to go outside to smoke and it was raining, no shelter. The place is not for long stay
- Anel (2/5): Very poor - N/a
- Fanie (1/5): Disgusting!!!! - We did not stay for breakfast, we didn't even stay at the place it was revolting. There were no sheets on the bed, only a mattrass protector. The cockroaches were running all over the fridge, The ceiling looked as if it was going to fall in at any stage. Absolutely nothing, I cannot believe that people can advertise a place of that standard.
