• LidiaGG (6/5): - El apartamento es amplio para un grupo grande. Eso es lo mejor. La ropa de cama y las toallas, muy bien. Y el menaje, también. Tiene al lado un supermercado y varias paradas de autobús, aunque está bastante alejado del centro. Aunque tiene tres baños, el grande no funcionaba bien. No se podía regular el agua y hacía un ruido tremendo que conseguimos parar presionando sobre la llave del medio de la bañera, así que esa bañera no la llegamos a usar. De vez en cuando había que ir a apretar la llave porque volvía el ruido. Era como tener en casa a Mildred La Llorona... El baño de la habitación principal no tenía picaporte. Está metido en el armario del baño, pero ya podían repararlo. Los colchones... El de la habitación principal tiene un pase, pero el resto, fatal. La cama doble de la habitación de litera de tres pisos se hundía tanto que solo pudo dormir una persona. Y la litera de tres pisos no está anclada a la pared, así que era hasta peligroso. En la habitación de la litera doble no funcionaba el radiador. Menos mal que hay uno en el pasillo grande y algo de calor llegaba. Y lo más terrible es la moqueta! Los baños y la cocina estaban limpios, pero la moqueta de las habitaciones y el pasillo está sucísima. En cuanto a la ubicación, aunque está bien comunicado, está bastante lejos de todo lo que hay que ver en Londres. Merece la pena pagar un poco más y acercarse al centro. El anfitrión no se dio mal rato para solucionar los problemas. No tuvimos wifi hasta el tercer día, pero hay que decir que fueron amables.

• Sonia (7/5): Buena relación calidad precio - Lo mejor es que tenía 3 baños y éramos 10 personas, también decir que la zona de la cocina salón estaba bien preparada por espacio para los que íbamos. En la cocina faltan bastantes utensilios, un cuchillo para cortar más grande, alguna sartén más pequeña, la que había estaba bastante sucia al igual que los cazos que había para calentar, estaban en malas condiciones. Las zonas que tenían moquetas, también estaban regular porque moquetas era de color claro y se veían mucho las manchas. La zona común un poco descuidada. Por lo demás el apartamento está bien, un poco lejos del centro pero bien comunicado.
• CRISTINA (7/5): Justo lo que esperabamos - La cajetilla de las llaves esta muy escondida, pero me enviaron un video de donde estaban y como se usaba el código y se abría, aunque la llave se atacaba en la cerradura. Las camas eran muy comodas, el agua calentita y con fuerza En general estaba bien y con paradas de bus muy cerca La moqueta de las escalera estaba muy sucia, y las sabanas de algunas camas con mancha La llave se atascaba en la puerta

• pauline (10/5): - Le logem6etait tes propre et très fonctionnel avec les 3 sanitaires. Rien à redire a part le système de clef assez compliqué (force beaucoup) pour l'ouverture de l'appartement. Et vidéo ne montre pas l'ouverture du 2eme barier.

• Jamie (7/5): We had a lovely time. It’s great for those who want to spend all day out. - It was well situated as easy to bus route to and from the apartment Facilities were a bit unusable. The toaster was a bit manky and the sofa had a rip in it and the dishwasher wasn’t working very well but all in all it was an enjoyable stay.

• Sulueti (7/5): It was good but could be better. - The size of the accommodation was great and the location was not bad considering that it’s in zone 2 of London in Brixton. Buses were regular. Fast food and supermarket were in walking distance if in need. The pillows were abit smelly. One of the bathrooms was missing a door. Carpet needs some serious attention and the cushion covers need a change. Doesn’t look clean.

• Steph (2/5): Communication with owners was terrible, security of the building and apartment wasn’t safe. Fire alarm was covered so ag - The communal space for a large group was good, enough places to sit for eating. The communication with owners was absolutely shocking, the number given on the booking.com profile they didn’t answer, neither did they answer to emails. Managed to contact owners through WhatsApp via a number found on a previous review, had 3 messages to confirm we could check in 1.5 hours early, turned up and the cleaner was still there and then told check in was at 4. The door to the building didn’t lock so anyone from the street could have walked in and the lock on the door to the property was loose and it was hard to open. The showers weren’t clean and the water didn’t drain away properly. The fire alarm was covered over with what looked like dried paper towels which isn’t safe. The bunk beds weren’t secure and really wobbly and the floorboards going down the steps were lose and moved. The decorative cushions on the sofas and bed were dirty, it wasn’t as clean as the pictures showed. I would not recommend staying at this property.
• Saskia (7/5): Good flat - We were concerned by the reviews and lack of communication from the property owners. The stay however, and thankfully, was just right. The flat was as pictured and there were plenty of towels and toiletries provided. I tried multiple times through booking.com, email, and the phone numbers provided to reach the host but got absolutely nowhere and it left us concerned. The host finally reached out the day before with more info. This is their WhatsApp for anyone who needs it.. +44 7401 967116. I would stay here again.

• Stefanos (9/5): Superb - The apartment was the best value for money choice. The host was very helpful and available whenever we needed anything. Very good heating and always hot water . For a group of 8 people that we were it was very comfortable. The description and the photos were totally different but in the end everything worked fine.

The house was a totally different property than I booked and much cheaper and run down than w - I liked the area it was conveniently close to a tesco express and McDonald’s. I had booked a completely different property. Upon expressing this to property owners I was met with very nonchalant behaviour and even on my final day when I was checking out I still had no answers as to whether I’d be compensated for their mistake. I was supposed to have an entire house and was met with a 3-flat shared house with people above and below us, nothing was the same as pictures, the entryway to the house looked very run down with filthy torn up carpets and the cleaning lady wasn’t done cleaning upon arrival so majority of our towels and sheets etc were still in the washing machine for us to deal with ourselves, although check in was stated to be 4pm. Overall I was so so disappointed as this was my birthday trip and we were a group of us staying so instead of the large bedrooms we were supposed to have we were squashed into tiny rooms with triple bunk beds. The shower was also broken in the main bedroom constantly falling down when showering no matter how many times we fixed it and it was leaking everywhere.

Water wouldn’t go down in the showers and took a very long time to go down in the sinks , maybe blocked drainage? Property isn’t very clean and struggle to get in through the front door
