Excellent equipment for eating and cooking. Extras such as dishwasher tablets provided plus chocolates and biscuits. Also milk and orange juice. Decorated for Christmas for the children. Parking spaces for two cars. En suites to each bedroom plus a family bathroom Nothing

The wo - Exceptionally accommodation, beautifully designed and very comfortable No cafetière or teapot. The towel rails in all en-suites either needed bleeding or did not work in one.

Three great sized bedrooms, all with ensuites and the living area, was spacious and bright. There was nothing I didn't like. I can't fault the place.

• Alistair (10/5): Fabulous view with comfort and gadgets for all the family. - The lay-out of the kitchen diner with a terrific view was the highlight. Easy walk to the beach. Lots of en-suites which meant you could all shower at once after a swim in the sea.
• Joanne (10/5): Stunning penthouse apartment with views over Swanage Bay - Great, very well equipped (including welcome drinks and biscuits 🙂), apartment a few minutes walk to Burlington Chine beach which joins onto Swanage beach. Two local cafes on the immediate promenade Down the Beach (great for cooked breakfast) and Cabin Bar (nice Pimms!). High specification of fixtures, fittings and equipment supplied. 3 excellent size bedrooms (all flexible for double/twin). Stunning views to White Cliff and Swanage Bay from the kitchen/lounge. Parking space provided. 10 minutes easy walk to town centre/carnival area (when carnival on in late July/early August). Nice selection of shops, restaurants and takeaway options. Local walks/runs from apartment to White Cliff/Old Harry's Rocks, Peveril Point and Durlston Park. Nothing. A few very minor improvements for added convenience suggested to Adrian who was very welcoming and helpful.

Every detail was catered for and it was so lovely to find many essential & little extras provided. I’ve come to Swanage since I was little and getting to stay at the Marston penthouse has been such a treat & the icing on the cake! The view is stunning and such a relaxing place to be. We’re so grateful for this experience & wished we could’ve stayed longer. We can’t wait to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much :) Nothing! Everything from the high end finish to the extremely well equipped and modern kitchen/ dining area with a stunning uninterrupted view of the sea. Great access to the clean beach. Nothing
