Angeles (5/5): - La ubicación, cerca de la estación de trenes. El departamento en general me decepcionó, sobre todo pensando en la relación precio-calidad. Se entra por un garage muy deteriorado que no figura en las fotos. No funcionaba la calefacción. La habitación estaba descuidada, sobraban muebles y estanterías como si hubieran acumulado cosas diversas para ocupar el espacio. Los platos no eran aptos para el microondas. No tuvimos wifi porque no nos respondieron el mensaje hasta 24 horas después de la llegada. En fin, mucho para mejorar.

L'alloggio ha poca manutenzione, scarico dell'acqua della doccia intasato, scarico WC guasto, rubinetto dell'acqua di un lavandino funzionante solo in parte, serratura della porta che da sul balconcino guasta, la mancanza di piu asciugamani,e la totale mancanza di tappetini del bagno, le camere erano senza TV.

It's hard to find from the street, you really have to know it's in the courtyard. For the rest, it's miasing details in cleaning and maintenance...but it is true that they are only noticeable when you live in the place.

Guest (10/5): Alles top. - english below Mit meinem Aufenthalt im Aparthotel bin ich mehr als nur zufrieden. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und bequem. Man hat viel Platz. Man fühlt sich nicht eingeschränkt. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Alles war frisch. Die Lage ist auch top. Es ist sehr nahe am Hauptbahnhof. Die Nachbarschaft ist auch sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich sicher. Das Zimmer selbst ist auch sehr ruhig. Ich konnte Nachts gut schlafen ohne mich gestört zu fühlen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und war immer verfügbar für Fragen und Tips rund um Müchen. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft zu 100%. Vielen lieben Dank. Bis zum nächsten mal I was more than satisfied with my stay at the aparthotel. The room is very large and comfortable. There's plenty of space, and you don't feel cramped at all. The room is very clean, and everything was fresh. The location is also fantastic, very close to the main train station. The neighborhood is very quiet, and you feel safe. The room itself is also very quiet. I was able to sleep well at night without being disturbed. The host is very friendly and was always available for questions and tips about Munich. Beds were comfortable. Dishes were provided. Room itself worked great. Sheets and towels were not very clean (some stains). No washing machine soap was provided and the only shower materials (shampoo, etc) provided was just one gel.

cj (6/5): - De locatie was prima, dichtbij het centrum of bus metro. De bedden waren goed. Er waren veel dingen stuk of vies, Wc bleef de heletijd doorstromen. Een personeelslid heeft de toilet gemaakt, door er een paar klappen op te geven. De volgende dag was het weer stuk. Een stoel was gammel. De wasbak was vies. Aanrecht zat onder de brandplekken. In de nacht was er muziek, dat stopte rond half 2.

Richard (10/5): Nice owners, great location, great value. - Owners were incredibly nice and helpful. Apartment is one minute walk from a major street car stop. So you are a two minute train ride to Train Station. Four minutes to main pedestrian/tourist zone. Six minutes to Sendlinger Tor. 9 minutes to Marien Platz. You can be pretty much anywhere in the city in just a few minutes. You aren’t quite in a touristy area so the restaurants are half the price you would pay just a few blocks away.

Es ist alles abgewohnt. In den Schlafräumen wurde geraucht. Es ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Wir sind vorwärts rein und rückwärts wieder raus. Danach ewiges hin und her um das Geld wiederzuerhalten.

JULIETA (8/5): - Si! Era más chica de lo que pensábamos, pero cumplía la función dormir bañarnos y desayunar! Relación precio calidad ok! Que el secador de pelo no andaba 😬 incluso lo enchufamos y rozaba con lo peligroso el olor que largaba y el ruido que hacía!

The apartment was well designed, and there was everything that was necessary for a stay, including cooking and washing. The furniture was quite old. The bed was not comfortable.

Vizinha (8/5): All and all, it was good! - Good location, covered all essentials (e.g. kitchen had all the right appliances), great location (close to an Afghan restaurant that is worth a visit!) The bathroom. It becomes almost unusable after a shower, since the water soaks up the floor. It could have also benefited from providing more towels

Curtis (1/5): Dirty apartment (including stained bedsheets) with an unhelpful host who won’t do anything about it - Our apartment was dirty and did not look cleaned at all. Upon checking in, there was dust everywhere in the apartment and cobwebs. Because there was dust in the bathroom, we would end up having clumps of wet dust after showering all over. It was not explained to us either that the door needed to be locked specifically using a key from the inside. We assumed that it would just lock after we closed the door from the inside when we got home. Because of this, drunk people who somehow had access to our building walked into our apartment in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. This happened twice. Worst of all, there were stains on our bedsheets, which was absolutely disgusting. Even after contacting the property owner about the cleanliness issues on the day we checked in, they did not reply until we checked out and disregarded any of the issues we brought up.

Girolamo (5/5): Non molto bene - L’appartamento è collocato vicino ai servizi e all’oktoberfest. Nella descrizione si presentava con 2 camere di cui una con letto matrimoniale e una con 2 letti singoli, sala con divano letto e poltrona…invece c’era una camera con 2 letti singoli e una camera con un solo letto singolo. Il lavello del bagno aveva lo scarico otturato.

Silke (7/5): - Früherer check in war möglich. Der besitzer sehr nett. Es war ruhig und für 1 nacht mehr als in ordnung. Parkplatz gegen Gebühr direkt an der Unterkunft. Es könnte sauberer sein und alles ist etwas abgewohnt. Das Bad ist winzig.
Lieven (4/5): - Slechts één handoek pp voor drie dagen. Kranen in badkamer zwaar versleten. Verlichting niet aangepast. Donkere keukenhoek. Reuk van sigaretten op de gang en daardoor ook binnen.
Sarah (4/5): - Gute Lage, Bahnhof/ U-Bahn war schnell erreichbar. Das Apartment war leider nicht besonders sauber und es miefte. Beim Duschen konnte das Wasser schlecht abfließen, weil die Dusche nicht abschüssig war und der Duschvorhang nicht bis zum Boden reichte. Der Abzug im Bad war komplett verschmutzt und führte direkt ins Hauptzimmer.
