• Sil (2/5): Decepción - La ubicacion Demoraron en dar la clave para entrar, no había sábanas, solo cubre colchón, la tv nunca funcionó, el aire lo prendía y se apagaba, y por último al abrir el agua de el baño para lavarte los dientes el desagüe estaba roto , caía al suelo . Pero no un poquito , caía toda el agua !!!mi peor experiencia en Madrid .
• Estela (9/5): compact apartment in a good location - Great location. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. For one person it's perfect if you don't want to cook and will be eating out almost every day or buying ready-made food. Soap is available, the shower is small but it's good (it will only be a problem if you are tall/big person). Everything worked well. The self check-in was great for me, as I needed to arrive late and leave early. The apartment was clean and had basic utensils. I would definitely stay here again. The selfie check-in is good, but it's also a bit bad because my internet got a little unreliable when I was returning home after eating, and I couldn't access the apartment because the Wi-Fi password was incorrect. After a few minutes, my internet came back, so I was able to log in. Since I was only staying for a few hours, it was OK, but if I had to stay longer, the Wi-Fi could be a problem.

• Daniel (4/5): Estancia a mejorar - La ubicación Era muy complicado sacar la llave del candado! La comunicación con el anfitrión toda por WhatsApp y eso dificultó el check in! El calefactor funcionaba mal y hacía ruido. Apenas calentaba la habitación y pasé frío!
• Kebin (2/5): Extremadamente caro para un tamaño tan absurdo - Lo único que me gustó fue la ubicación Extremadamente caro para 10 metros cuadrado, el baño horrible, no se puede casi ni entrar, no hubo servicio de limpieza

• Isha (10/5): Loved it - Everyone was super sweet who i spoke too, and the apartment was at the best location literally! the facilities were good too, nice cosy room, A/C was so good, loved my stay. i just didn’t like that the shampoo conditioner body wash was an all in one, also no toothpaste

• Lee (4/5): It served a purpose and would recommend for very short stays. Maybe a video of the whole apartment would allow people to - Location what incredible Very small and not well utilised. Potentially would be able to put a double bed up on the raised part with a ladder. This would allow for a kitchen sink and a small hob or a large shower as this was very small. The hand soap / shampoo that was left wasn’t labelled and no WiFi. Check in was late and didn’t feel as organised as other places I’ve been to.

• Andreina (6/5): - El personal estuvo atento a mi llegada y a mi comodidad. Son amables. Por las noches es muy oscuro, la almohada y cama eran muy rígidas.
• Nenad (7/5): - This is not comfortable accommodation but it has all you need for short stay. And it was clean, perfectly located, easy reachable. It was low price but value for money is high. Room is small and only single bad but OK if was low price . I did not expect better for one night

• Marco (10/5): Buona!! - Tutto e sopratutto la posizione centrale.!!! La finestra perche a prima matti a entra troppa luce e quindi nn s puo piu dormire al buio...servirebbe qualche tenda o persiana che chiuda affinché non arrivi la luce a prima mattina.

• Olga (3/5): - La ubicación y cama es muy cómoda Lo anuncian como apartamento porque tiene un frigo y un microondas. La cama es de 90 y con una maravillosa ventana a un patio interior que no puede ser más ruidoso. Por otra parte, anuncian servicio de maletero. Lo que no dicen es que es una habitación a la que tiene acceso cualquiera por lo tanto, seguridad, ninguna. Por cierto, te envían mil mensajes por WhatsApp y además piden confirmación de recepción. He tenido parejas que no me han escrito tantas veces (hablo de más de 20 mensajes para un alojamiento de una noche).
• francisco (1/5): Engañado - De lo mas cutre que he encontrado en los últimos años viajando a Madrid. Le falta espacio en el baño y no hay nada en el habitàculo.es un autèntico cuchitril de apartamento
• Daniel Prieto (10/5): Ubicación ideal en el centro de Madrid. - La ubicación es ideal, pleno centro de Madrid, con boca de metro justo delante. Totalmente recomendable para conocer el centro sin necesidad de grandes desplazamientos. Recomendable para familias, muy amplio y bien cuidado.

• Simón (6/5): Really small apartment in a good location. - It was really clean. The location is really good for those who are exploring downtown. I didn't meet any of the personnel, anything is online. I know this can be really cool for someone but not for me. Besides all their messages I got from them a huge terrifying message that it is prohibited to make a noise after some hour. Well, this is fine, but there was a huge part of sanctions that they can apply if one is making noise. I didn't do anything and this message was around 6pm. Moreover the neighbours were making noises, not me.
