• Ngati (9/5): Great property in a great location. - Great property, I liked the bedrooms and bathrooms. All very clean. We struggled to get the TV connected to wifi, however the situation was rectified.

• Sebastien (3/5): Making money but don’t care about the property - The place was very dirty, traces of the last guest all a over the place , windows in the bathroom didn’t close , stains on the walls , sticky surfaces , door didnt lock from the inside… the whole vibes of the place where doggie… Tv remontes didn’t work, battery cover missing on both,

• sitsandzile (8/5): Absolutely amazing stay at the penthouse - It’s a stunning apartment, very modern and spacious. Well equipped too. Loved the en-suites in every bedroom and air conditioning. The aesthetics are amazing. What you see in the pictures is what you get. There’s a Great Restuarant in the same building and a spa. Once you’ve arrived no need to leave the building. Absolutely loved our stay. I Would definitely return. Bed was a bit hard but pillows were great. The tv wasn’t working. We called the owner but no one came to assist. That was a huge downer .Luckily we had a laptop. The smeg stove isn’t user friendly. We had to use YouTube video to start it up. A small step by step instruction next to the stove could be of assistance. Took a while to figure out the glassware and plates were not in the kitchen cupboards but in the dining room cupboard. The defy washing machine is faulty it locked in our clothes. Could do with better cleaning. Filth under the beds and old bottle tops and roaches. That wasn’t a nice to see.

• Richard (7/5): Very comfortable stay. - Great property, spacious and wonderful views. TV remotes broken and dead batteries, bit of wear and tear not fixed. Would have been nice to supply some washing powder and dishwashing tablets as we arrived late and unable to get to shops.

Leonie a really bad host! Never answers messages and replies 3 days later, offers cleaning services and when asked it’s a big deal! The WiFi didn’t work for a couple of days and didn’t do anything about it!!!!

Good parking in the basement It would have been good if the apartment had more cleaning material. For example dish washer powder. A small renovation (clean up) would be necessary

• Benny-jnr (10/5): Exceptional - The setup is just so great for family.... Not that we didn't like it but as a recommendation, I think it would be great to include a broom & a mop in the room. With a family you wouldn't want to be waiting for a cleaner for spillages or dust accumulation. Its always great to allow the guest to clean after themselves after cooking or do minor cleanups every now & then

• Sikelelwa (7/5): Great for a vibey stay in the city! - Beautiful apartment, spacious and well kitten out. Located in central Sandton, the building has a restaurant downstairs which is very busy and vibey. Host :The host was very short with me, verging on rude and dismissive. She also wasn't very responsive when contacted. Least fav part of my stay. Unit: There was no coffee, milk or tea just sugar sachets. I don't even recall seeing a kettle. They also didn't have dish washing liquid, so we could wash any dishes. The beds didn't have a top sheet which I found a tad bit uncomfortable. Building: The building is very popular for young groups so it was very busy, only 2 elevators and I think has 11 floors. Also nosy guests. Great for weekend in the city if you young and vibey, not so great if you older guests wanting peaceful stay.

• Claire (5/5): Ok but wouldn’t come again. - Great views and decor There was not enough cutlery to host 8 people and we were left eating dinner with cake forks. Place was not clean and I killed 2 cockroaches. One in kitchen and another in a bathroom. I was also issued one access card and one key on arrival for 7 people. You need to use the access card for the lift and car park and can only lock the apartment with a key. Host should have known to supply more keys and cards without me having to request more. The pool advertised for use is not accurate. You can not use the pool as it forms part of the restaurant outside area. Loungers have been replaced with table and chairs from restaurant.

• Jamlubrino (10/5): Great penthouse with amazing view - The view from that house is incredible, the house if so beautiful and well equiped, the location is perfect, few minutes from Mandela square and other places we wanted to visit. The ladies at the reception were nice and they allowed us to drop our bags untill the check in time. The lady that answered the phone on the number 0748253456 was rude/arsh. Regardless of whether you have already sent an email with instructions, it would not take you 5 minutes to explain it again over the phone, you must understand that you will be dealing with different people of different nationalities who process information differently. I wouldn't advise the building for a family vacation there, for groups of friends its okay. Using the same lift/elevator for trash would sometimes leave the lift and the hallway with a bad smell, smell of fish.

• Binky (9/5): Breathtaking - The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. The sunrise and sunset was breathtaking. I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked in. The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and neat. The wifi didn't work well.

Great having bathrooms en suite for every bedroom. This is the third time we stayed there. Liked that coffee was provided this time. Still could do with a small milk for arrival.
