• Devdatta (1/5): Bad - Nothing.. Right from the entry.. there was no one responsible.. Rooms were not clean and bedding was also not clean. Toilets were in pathetic state. No hygiene.. No service.. No clean towels..and it was told that towels are over. We were given only one towel per room when the occupancy was double occupancy.

The bed sheets were very dirty. we were given a room that was smelling of water leakage. we then moved to some other room. it was also smelling same. The bed sheets had black spots and the pillows and blankets were smelling too. A pathetic experience.

• 123 (7/5): Being hotel is located industrial area so lots of dust particles present in atmosphere. - I booked the 2rooms fory family stay and 1day outing for kids.Hotel rooms were not dust free.Bathrooms sanitary fittings were broken and western sit pan and wash basin were not cleaned properly when we reached hotel..Electrical switches were not functioning.Television,remotes battery cell were not working.Towels ,toiletry items were not provided unless we asked .Lots of things to be standardised for update the hotels. No own kitchen for tea and breakfast. Only 2 staff working .Most of rooms were vacant still not properly maintained. Responded average.

• Anonymous (1/5): An overpriced piece of dump - Absolutely nothing. The staff were very rude. We were charged a service fee for ordering food from outside. I would have thought that was acceptable if the plates they served were clean, but the plates were very unhygienic.

• Abhishek (1/5): Best avoided ! - Please avoid this Hotel. The Front Desk Manager is completely clueless about the concept of a confirmed reservation, especially through Booking.com. Even though I had a confirmed booking, he casually informed that they were overbooked, and put us in a neighbouring hotel which is supposedly their "sister" concern.

• Rakesh (4/5): Disappointing - There is cleanliness problem in this hotel. Lots of humidity inside the room and it creates unhygienic and odour problem also there is no facility of ventilation. So my experience with this hotel is very bad 😔

• Shashi (3/5): it was a vey bad experience, putting old state of art pictures gives a false impression to the person who is booking it - nothing great about the property other than it is 10kms from the airport. every thing, the property was poorly managed, room had a stinking smell, shower was broken.
