• Renate (9/5): - Sehr hübsche familiäre Appartementanlage mit einem sehr schönen romantischen Garten mit Kinderspielplatz. Die Besitzerin und das Personal sehr nett und stets bemüht, auf Wünsche der Gäste einzugehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zusätzlich mit lokalen Spezialitäten ergänzt. Zum Strand nur ca. 300 Meter. Eigener Parkplatz! Das Badezimmer ist relativ klein und keine Abtrennung von Dusche und WC, daher ist nach dem Duschen das WC nass. Nur Kaltwasser beim Waschbecken.

• Tijana (10/5): Ein rundum erholsamer Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Atmosphäre. - Nach dem Sonnenuntergang gingen romantische Lichter im wunderschön gepflegten Garten an, sodass man die Atmosphäre auf der Terrasse bis spät in die Nacht genießen und sich von den stressigen Tagen erholen konnte. Für Kinder ist es ideal, da das Gelände eingezäunt ist und sie ihre ganze Energie ausleben können. Auch das Frühstück war fabelhaft – es war für jeden etwas dabei. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei den Eigentümer für das traditionelle Essen (Mish e Lakna), das extra für uns zubereitet wurde ❤️. Es gab nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat.“
• Iryna (2/5): Nedoporučuji. - Je parkoviště a je možné bydlit s mazlíčkem. Na teritorii kouření je povoleno a to neuvedeno v popisu k ubytování na booking. Snídaně bylo normální , ale byl jen jeden párek pro všech . Kdo dříve přijde, ten ho dostane . Džusy jsou práškové. Okolí je špinavé, hlučné. Bydlíš jako na trhu.

• Sergei (9/5): На одну ночевку на Великой Плаже - Очень радушные хозяева. При заезде угостили соком и кофе. Завтраки очень интересны и вкусные. Недалеко от пляжа, пешком до плажа Маями совсем рядом. Есть парковка в тени через дорогу напротив отеля. Wi-fi хорошо ловит. Кондиционер в спальне есть. В номере есть спальня с двуспальной кроватью и односпальной (правда они занимают всю комнату). Есть еще диван в прихожей/гостиной. На фотографиях и отель и сад выглядят лучше, чем есть на самом деле. Домики сделаны из дешевых материалов, внутри все очень просто и дешево. Стены очень тонкие. Номер крошечный, только переночевать. Сад не очень большой, разве что совсем маленьким детям будет интересно. Самое ужасное, что отельчик находится на углу прямо на улице, где каждое утро отдыхающие едут на пляж, а вечером с пляжа и стоят в пробке около отеля.
• Mahmutovic (7/5): - Staff was helpful and location is perfect Bathroom was bad. Dor was hard to close. When showering entire bathroom will get wet and water was pooling on the floor. Garden was ok but all children toys are broken and destroyed. Not much to play with. Cleaning staff does not speak only Albanian i think hard to communicate with them.

• Daria (8/5): Despite these issues, the warmth and friendliness of the staff more than made up for the shortcomings. - The hospitality and cleanliness were outstanding. The breakfasts were excellent – a wide variety of fresh food every day. The photos on Booking.com did not match the reality. In fact, the room was less appealing than expected. For example, the sink had only cold water, the air conditioner was very noisy, and the room could use a more recent renovation.

• Diganta (7/5): Good - Location was great as it was very close to the beach The in-house restaurant is good The staff were helpful and accommodating 1. When we checked in and we were a group of 5, the toiletries were not enough. We had to request and we got only next day 2. There is no facility to pay by credit card contrary to the advertisement 3. The breakfast spread is limited and while we got what we requested for, we had to wait and request for stuff like sausages etc during the breakfast hour

Definitely overpriced! The apartment was dirty, the night table was broken, the main door was hard to open, small for the family of 5, there was no kitchenette, the dining table was outside of the apartment on the terrace, but no privacy on the terrace and is crowded at night because of the fast food restaurant which is part of the property. The property for sure needs a renovation.

The rooms were clean and everything seemed new. The garden was amazing, it felt so peaceful to stay there and will definitely visit again.

• Kreshnik (10/5): Exceptional - It's right on the beach, a walking distance from the water. No need to drive to enjoy the sea. Plenty of shops around the property for you to get all that you need.

The food was delicious and everything was clean and tidy. Also the beach was very close a few steps away. I would recommend it to whomever that wants to enjoy Ulcinj's beach. • Marina (9/5): Superb - The location is very near the big Ulcinj beach (couple of minutes of walk). The hosts are very kind and breakfast was delicious with the variety of sweet and savory foods. The host was available to do cleaning and change of sheets/towels whenever we needed even taking into account the hours that works best for us due to dog our dog staying in the room during the day. There is a yard and place to park the car with some facilities for children playing. And every room is having its own terrace connected with the yard. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy during the day due to children playing if someone is looking more silent accommodation, but it was perfect for us travelling with the pet (and for the families as well). Thank you for the hospitality! -
• Semir (10/5): If you like to chill and relax than this is for you! Our staying here was outstanding! - Everything is brand new and super clean. You get big apartment with all you need. Outside is really nice garden with playground for kids. Parking is on site as well. Wifi works perfect. Beach is like 100 meters from here. As a Bosnian who loves food I must say that we have great breakfast as no where before, you get mixed cheese and dry meat plate, eggs, vegetables, pancakes and fruit salad. Juice, coffee, tea, milk, water etc. Staff is really polite, kind and comfortable. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here! Everything was just perfect!
