• Thomas Robert (1/5): - Wir sind sehr enttäuscht. Der Check-in wurde erst zugesagt, dann verschoben. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, trotz Nachreinigung nur oberflächlich geputzt. Die Tür war defekt und ließ sich nicht richtig verriegeln. Der Gastgeber reagierte auf unsere Beschwerde mit Drohungen („bleiben oder gehen“) und verlangte später eine zusätzliche Gebühr für die Tür. Das Verhalten war völlig unangemessen, wir haben die Unterkunft verlassen und eine andere genommen. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass auch andere Gäste ähnliche Probleme hatten.

• Volcho (2/5): This situation looks like the client could not find the apartment and contact the owner. Later, the owner cancels the bo - location and view from the window Hello. Upon arrival, we were not able to check in immediately, as we could not get through to the phone number sent to us, as it was disconnected. We sent messages and called the main number, but no one answered. We spent about 2 hours searching for these apartments, as there was no address or name on the location we received. In one of the cafes, we found out that the apartment was located above this cafe. The employee agreed to help us and contacted the owner and after long negotiations, he placed us in the booked apartment, asking us to leave the keys in the door when checking out. Once inside, we discovered that the faucet in the bathroom was broken, and the accessories specified in the reservation were a piece of used soap and the remains of a roll of toilet paper. The next morning, no one provided us with breakfast, which was included in the price. No one contacted us for two days to explain the situation. This is our first experience of this kind. In the morning of 25.08.2025 we wrote a letter that we were leaving and left the keys. We were answered well, thank you. After 30 minutes we were asked to leave the payment in the premises, but we had already left. In the evening we wrote a message that we were ready to pay, but taking into account the discount for the unreceived services specified in the description. We can provide screenshots of the correspondence with the owner of the apartment.
• Begoña (9/5): Inmensa habitación con excelente ubicación - Bojan estuvo todo el día pendiente de nuestra llegada ya que al venir de Albania no íbamos a tener datos en el móvil, fue muy amable y su apartamento estaba perfectamente situado justo al casco antiguo, una gran habitación con cama enorme muy buen aire acondicionado. El desayuno que incluye en el restaure de enfrente estaba bastante rico y tortilla contundente. Recomiendo mucho este alojamiento por su increíble ubicación.

• Natasa (5/5): Apartman je na super lokaciji,pohvale za ljubazno osoblje restorana u kome je dorucak. - Nisam prvi put u Ohridu,tako da mogu da napravim neka poredjenja.Dorucak ok. Lokacija izvanredna. Preko bookinga smo dobili kontakt Natalije,ona nas je preusmerila na Bojana,a on na Evgeniju ,koja nam je dala kljuceve...ovu komunikaciju treba uprostiti.Dogovor(nas zahtev preko bookinga koji je odobren ) oko ulaska u 13h,nije ispoštovan,kljuceve smo dobili oko 14h.Higijena celog apartmana(mravi po podu,prasina ,fleke po posteljini)...slavina na lavabou pada...frizider na podu....naslon jedne stolice polomljen...zavese nemaju sve zakačaljke tako da se ne mogu lepo razvući...šifru za wi fi smo trazili,nismo dobili...programe na tv nismo mogli da pratimo jer je trebalo tv povezati na wifi. Nezgodno je sto nema obezbedjenog parkinga,uz doplatu smo dobili godisnju kartu za B zonu,pa trazili mesto za parkiranje .

• HWaldron (5/5): No locks, fix the security issue and it would be 5 stars. - Location, cost, staff and clean I felt very unsafe when I discovered that both balcony doors had NO locks in them. The mechanisms we're gone. The doors did not close fully and could be opened from the outside. We we're on the 1st floor off the main square so anyone could have easily climbed up. Luckily people were staying next door and could easily hear us if anything happened and I put the furniture/rubbish in front of the doors incase I fell asleep so I could hear if some tried to get in. TV could not connect to internet but that was the least of my worries.

• vincent (8/5): Large clean comfortable apartment, centrally located. - Centrally located, large comfortable apartment but only basic tea coffee facilities. View of lake. Due to central location was very noisy at night until quite late. I would suggest not to take the breakfast option as it is in a nearby restaurant that doesn't open until 0930. Did have good breakfast options though.

• Raul (1/5): No merece la pena solo por la localización - En pleno centro. El A/A funcionaba bien. El anfitrión amable La habitación, al entrar tenía un escalón, bien y otro a continuación muy pequeño, justo para hacerte daño en un pie, no sé por que estaba ahí. La nevera, tetera, y cafetera, se enchufaban a un enchufe de atrás, no funcionaba. La funda de almohada no estaba, la sábana bajera era pequeña. El ventanal era corredera, estaba cerrada y, entre ventanas, podías meter la mano, así mismo, el tubo del A/A tenía un agujero inmenso que daba a la calle por lo qie imaginaros el ruido insoportable toda la noche. La cortina, más pequeña que el ventanal y a las 5:30 am amanece. Ofrece desayuno pero solo es un café y poco más en una pizzería de al lado. Imposible de encontrar si no vienen a buscarte. Justo en la pared trasera de l cama hay un restaurante, ruido infernal por l noche y por la mañana.

• makis1902 (8/5): Οκ - Είναι στο κέντρο της Οχρίδας και όλα είναι δίπλα σου. Έχει υπέροχη θέα Δεν έχει πινακίδα και σαφείς οδηγίες για την είσοδο του διαμερίσματος. Επίσης δεν υπάρχει πουθενά δωρεάν πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο
• ΝΙΚΟΛΑΟΣ (3/5): Nikos - Μόνο η τοποθεσία Στο δωμάτιο το χειρότερο από όλα ήταν η τουαλέτα. Βρώμαγε απαίσια όλη την ώρα και όλες τις ημέρες. Τα παράθυρα του δωματίου, δεν κλείναμε διότι δεν υπήρχαν αντίκρίσματα στις κλειδαριές. Κουρτίνες υπήρχαν μόνο σε μέρος των παραθύρων και όχι σε ολόκληρο το μηκος τους, με αποτέλεσμα πλούσιο φως να μπαίνει από τις 05:30 το ξημέρωμα. Τέλος και από πλευράς καθαριότητας η κατάσταση ήταν ανεπαρκής.
• Abdulkadir (10/5): Tesisin konumu ve mobilyaları içerisi çok iyi. - Konumu harika. Mobilyalar ve odalar yeni. Tek olumsuz tarafı kahvaltı diyebilirim. Bilginiz olsun tesisin hemen karşısındaki kafede kahvaltı kartı veriliyor. Ancak islami kurallara uygun olmadığı için kahvaltı yapamadık. Ancak ev sahibi sağolsun 10 Euro indirim sağladı bu durumdan dolayı.

• dimi (1/5): - Το μόνο θετικό ήταν τα ευρύχωρα δωμάτια Ήταν βρώμικο. Τα παράθυρα δεν έκλειναν δεν υπήρχε μπαλκόνι όπως αναφερόταν στις παροχές. Το σκέπασμα δεν έφτανε για δύο άτομα. Υπήρχε ένα κάτω σεντονι χωρίς προστασία από το στρώμα το οποίο δεν είναι υγιεινό.Για το πρωινό έπρεπε να φύγεις από το κατάλυμα και να πας σε μια κοντινή καφετέρια. Προτιμήσαμε μα μην πάμε καθόλου. Οι φωτογραφίες είναι επιλεκτικές από κάθε δωμάτιο. Το δικό μας είχε αλλού το ντους αλλού η τουαλέτα .(η οποια κουνιοταν κιολας).δεν υπήρχε ούτε κρεμάστρα για την πετσέτα όταν κάνεις μπάνιο. Ούτε ράφι να ακουμπήσεις σαμπουάν. Πετσέτα για τα πόδια δεν υπήρχε. Ούτε παντόφλες Ούτε μπουρνούζι. Το πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά δούλευε μόνο για πέντε λεπτά και σταματούσε. Έκλεισα τρία δωμάτια και τα είδα και τα τρία. Ένα μόνο είχε καλό μπάνιο οργανωμένο. Έγινα και ρεζίλι στους φίλους μου.

• David (2/5): Overpriced and with many flaws. - The location, being in the center, made it easy to walk and do everything we wanted to do. 1. The bathroom shower would not drain and flooded the entire bathroom. The water heater did not provide enough hot water for one person to shower. 2. There wasn't three beds as announced. 3. The big sliding door lets in a lot of noise and cold at night because there was no seal in center as well as the handle had toilet paper stuffed in it. There also was no lock. 4. The noise is like you are sleeping in the square and no one was able to sleep until after 1 am when the music stopped. 5. There is no balcony as mentioned in the listing. 6. No slippers were provided and the floor was not clean. Also noticed ants on the floor near the bed. 7. The entrance is difficult to go past the big AC in the way of the stares. 8. The main entrance door needs a key from the inside to unlock which poses a fire escape hazard.
